Need fast way to switch between ask/edit/agent modes with keyboard

I have to use my mouse to switch between Ask, Edit, and Agent modes in the CoPilot Chat window in VS Code.

It'd be a lot faster and better UX if I could use my keyboard.

I think the best way would be to be able to set it in the prompt, like:

• ask: how do i use MutationObserver to watch for the 'foo' element to be added to the DOM
• edit: change the formatting of this code to match the style in other files
• agent: scaffold a class similar to FooBar that will do {feature}

Alternatively, there could be separate shortcuts for switching modes

Create custom keybindings in VS Code:
Open Settings > Keyboard Shortcuts
Search for Copilot commands
You can rebind shortcuts in the Key Bindings editor to use your preferred keyboard shortcuts

I don't see any options for changing the mode. Can you post the specific one?

It's Chat: Set Chat Mode

After seeing this, and agreeing that it was direly needed, I poked around and realized that there is a keyboard shortcut to switch between modes within the chat.

When I use it, it cycles between Agent <> Ask mode which is really wanted I wanted anyway since I never use Edit.
