Student Developer Pack still not activated after 72+ hours

Hi everyone,

Hi GitHub Education team,

My application for the Student Developer Pack was approved over 72 hours ago, but I still don’t have access to the benefits. The page still shows:

"We're still processing your application. Once this is complete you will have access to the student developer pack offers."

I’ve tried all the suggested steps: logging in/out, incognito mode, accessing the Copilot Pro signup page, and refreshing my benefits page – nothing has worked.

Could someone help finalize the activation? I would really appreciate it.

The waiting time may vary depending on different factors, such as the volume of requests; it usually takes a few days, but sometimes it can take a little longer, even a couple of weeks.

Once approved, you can claim your Copilot PRO offer on this signup link.

To redeem others benefits, go to the pack offers page, scroll down to the "All offers" section and select any offer that suits you.

In case you encounter a problem claiming any offer, I recommend you raise a ticket here, select "I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers" and explain your issue.

Hey! I also applied for the GitHub Student Developer Pack, and my application took more than 72 hours too. After a day or so of waiting beyond that, it was finally approved.

If everything in your application is valid (like your student proof and details), then there’s probably nothing to worry about — sometimes it just takes a bit of time. I’d suggest waiting a little longer, and you should hear back soon.
