Issues Education Benefits Application

Hi everyone,

I have an issue.
I tried applying for the Education Benefits, yesterday. It got denied due to some missing information on my profile.
I made sure al the provided feedback was filled-in/okay, but now every time I try to re-apply I get an error:

Can somebody help me? I tried Mozilla, Chrome, logging in and out...
Nothing works :'(

Hi @Scheevy,

I recommend you submit the application using another device, such as a smartphone or another PC, it usually solves this problem.

Same problem here. My first application worked but was denied because I needed to add some billing information and enable two-factor authentication. After I fixed those issues, I tried applying again, but I'm still having the same problem: an error with no feedback or status.

The new device works :). Although it's not possible to add files via smartphone (so I took a picture) which, ofcourse, was not good and got denied on that one too. I am running out of devices :D
