Hi everyone,

My student verification was approved on August 14, 2026, but the account has been stuck in "Awaiting Benefits" ever since. The partner offers and GitHub Pro coupon have not synced to my profile.

I submitted Support Ticket #4692599 over a week ago (and followed up to confirm the automated bot suggestions did not apply), but haven't received a human response yet.
