Hi! I renewed my GitHub Student Developer Pack a few days ago. In my case, I uploaded a photo of my college ID card, which clearly showed my institution name, my name and card expiration date, and my application was approved. I’m currently a little far from my college, so GitHub also asked me to explain why I was away. I provided the reason, and everything worked out. You may want to try submitting your college ID card instead of your electronic transcripts, as long as it clearly displays your name, institution, and valid-through/expiration date. |

I do not have a student ID card. As im a online student.

If you're an online student, I'd try an enrollment verification letter or
another official document from DeVry that shows your name, the university
name, and that you're currently enrolled.
GitHub also accepts things like transcripts and class schedules, but the
document needs to clearly show that your enrollment is current.
If your transcript was rejected, an enrollment verification letter would
probably be worth trying.

Hi everyone,
I have sent my transcripts several times only to be rejected. I have followed all the requirements and yet im still getting rejected my school information is all digital online. My classes are also online. Is there just no way for me to simply upload my electronic transcripts? Please assist
