Bug - broken link in react-tokens readme

Then link to the "PatternFly React Tokens" page is not workin in the react-tokens README.

How do you reproduce the problem?
go to https://github.com/patternfly/patternfly-react/tree/main/packages/react-tokens and click on "PatternFly React Tokens" link

Expected behavior
Link should take you to the tokens page on the website
