Bug description

If there's a lot of mods in a mod preset, it goes off screen.

Columns could be used if it goes off screen.

Screenshots or videos

The tooltip is also supposed to show the name, but it's off-screen too.

osu!lazer mods overlay. I'm hovering over a large mod preset, and it's fully in view with the mod preset description as well.

Similar screenshot, but now the mod preset is scrolled up, and the list is cut off.
