For Monique and Malory

This makes THE BEST cookies ever!!
Cream together the following;
1 Cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
(Use a lot of elbow grease to make it as fluffy as you can get it!!)
Then add;
2 1/2 cups flower
1 tsp baking soda
dash or 2 of salt
Chocolate Chips
(I like to use a whole bag of milk chocolate chips. Yumm!!)
(If you want chocolate chocolate chip cookies take out 1/4th cup of the flower and replace it with Cocoa.)
Bake @ 375 for 8-10 min, cool on a rack.

One of my favorite family's in the whole wide world is my Aunt Sue, My Uncle Arnie and their daughters Polli and Beverly.

People who see my Mom and I with Aunt Sue and her daughters say I look like I belong with Aunt Sue and Bev and that Polli and my mom look like they belong to each other. (Now that Josce is here she fits right along with Polli and my Mom as well. Funny huh?)

Bev is a diplomat by profession and has had many amazing opportunities. I hope she knows how much I admire the strength and bravery that make her who she is!

Mother Nature is a woman

You cant tell in this picture but it is snowing on my Apricot blossoms. Mother Nature can't make up her mind if it is spring or winter.

What is your favorite movie?

I love "You've Got Mail", and all the Jain Austin ones. I think my favorite one is "Pride and Prejudice." The last line in the movie is the best... "Mrs. Darcy." Perfection! How about you? What are your favorites? I want some new ideas to peruse. Thanks for sharing.

Our Friday adventure

After the temple Jen and I took the kids to the aquarium which was a big hit!
