A mosque in Ahmadli settlement

A mosque located in Ahmadli settlement was basically restored on the initiative of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

 

The prayer rooms meant for both men and women, the ablution rooms, and a building for religious ceremonies were basically repaired and the area surrounding mosque was renovated.

 

Renovation works were carried out at the main entrance and in a number of central streets of Ahmadli settlement by preserving the settlement’s historical view, and furnishing stones were placed and strips of greenery laid. New sewage lines were built in the renovated streets. Roof coverings and gates of a series of houses were renewed.

 

The monumental complex and the park around it were rebuilt, and greenery zones were laid. While performing these works, the unique architectural style of the settlement was preserved.
