Big learnings from “Zero to Hero: Building Rovo Agents” with Team 26. The session broke down how Rovo agents are built and improved: Instructions define what the agent should do. Tools and skills give it the ability to take action. Surfaces determine where it lives. Triggers define when it should run. A few highlights that stood out: Start with real workflow pain points, repetitive work, and knowledge that already exists. Think in terms of users, events, and schedule when designing triggers. Improve agents by testing, reviewing analytics, and running evaluations. The future of agents is moving from simple LLM responses to more autonomous, goal-driven actions.
