Like I have said, the CIA Tapes might have been destroyed (?) but the issues is not going to vanish so easily. Now The White House has to brace itself for the next blow dealt by Military Judge Keith Allred who has ruled in favor of Salim Ahmed Hamdan’s petition for a determination of whether he is a prisoner of war.

What Is Probably in the Missing Tapes

The issue of the missing CIA Tapes is not going to disappear, no matter what The White House does. The Bush administration wants a federal court and congressional committees not to pursue investigations into the destruction of videotapes showing CIA interrogations of two al Qaeda suspects.
Well the tapes may have been destroyed (?) but what may have been in them. Well, Naomi Wolf approached this and came out with the following report on The Huffington Post.
