Detach yourself from a world of attire
Laugh and cry but remain still inside
Identify with the self that’s higher
Its the only way to ride this ride
The peace within is a gift and guide
An anchor built, strong and secure
Protects you from, fear and pride
In this world you’ll find one cure
A Life Divine from a place that’s pure
Anything else will make you sick
This, my friend, is the way to endure
So when you feel like you want to quit
Because life is falling into bits
