They were two clouds
The sky was their home
Clouds that connected
But were forced to part

Now they roam the Earth
Hearts heavy with rain
Broken apart
Yearning to be whole again

Desperately seeking
Just a glance would suffice
They live in each other
O’ but to be side by side

Their heart opens up
The heavens do too
A bridge to connect lovers
Is what a rainbow will do

When the journey is tiring
They look up to the skies
Love and hope gives them strength
Fate says they must try

So they wander the world
But its never in vain
For spending a lifetime
Searching for Love
Is the most noble of things

When Cupid Strikes

Cupid approaches
with his perfectly sharpened arrow,
aiming straight at the invisible ‘bullseye’,
that which is your heart

Beating with a carefree rhythm, unaware
it has become the unsuspecting target,
of another’s affections and charms….

Cupid always strikes out of the blue
When the lonely least expect it
The afflicted thinking
‘It’s impossible to live without you’.

As soon as the arrow pierces
The world seems alive in dance
Brimming with beauty
the lovestruck have eyes new

Like those of a newborn child ~ waves of naivete bubbling over
Joyful bliss springs from the piercing
Love anew has a fighting chance
peeking out with hope immature

Cupid is pleased
He sets his sights on a new subject,
bow expertly flexed, arrow pulled taut.
Again love rides, on a wing and a prayer

But no worries ~ Cupid is self-assured
confident that he will hit his mark
After all…
He always does!

Turn lead into gold
Alchemy of the soul
Possibilities are infinite
When you just let things flow

With supernatural loud silence

Singing down like Summer Rain
Renews and Lifts my Spirit,
An Eternal Cosmic Refrain,

Resting here Beside You
In the Shadow of the Moon,
With Love Tenderly Blossoming
Neither Late, nor far too soon….

This love is real as Life itself
Peaceful as the tone of night
Resting within your starry self
Speechless in your heart’s delights

A picture perfect moment
Worth a thousand years or more
Consumed in your paradise
Where Love and beauty always pour

Touch me with Your Lasting Love
And Make my Spirit Sing,
A Thousand years is not enough
To Span the Fervor Your Love Brings

Kiss me with your eternal flame
And make my being frail
A thousand years does fall short
A Love like this mocks all scales

Hold me with Your Precious Love
Play this True Song Eternally
And in Sweet Accord we both Shall Sing

The Alchemist transforms
days into sacred nights
When the world dies away
He brings you back to life
This is no time for sleep
Wake up! Wake up!
It’s the time of transformation
Time to be dissolved and built anew

Burn yourself a midnight candle
In the darkness
Feel the lightning surround you
Mercy is descending
to the lowest Heavens
Where the Beloved hears
the whispers of His lovers
Be still and listen!
You’ll hear the delicacy of blessings drop

Your heart beats with Remembrance of The Most Supreme!
Feel the warmth of love rushing through your soul
Without a doubt, angels flood your presence
The Light and Pure lay their wings at your feet
Blessed with glad tidings, deeds are recorded in gold

Your lungs breathe with remembrance of the The Most Gracious!
Fill your yourself up with His holy light
Let it overflow and emanate from your sides
Let the angels lift you up through the secret skies
Ascend through the heavens, Like the Prophet on that blessed night

Let go of time and travel beyond

A Lover's Dance

The universe is singing
Come and take my hand
Let us dance together
Moving to the music of Love

The meadow will be our dance floor
Come and hold me close
Barefoot, feeling the earth beneath us
Moving on the rhythm of Life

I’m losing my inhabitations
As we whirl in this ecstasy
Dancing with the universe
Moving in perfect harmony

The music of love has no end
And so we dance all night long
