kind of weird how parts of your soul are left in various locations without any warning… like yes i’m always at the top of that hill, sitting at the bus stop, in the cool light of the Japanese restaurant, standing at the pier etc etc
I can say I hate living at home at this age but the other night I couldn’t sleep so I went downstairs at 1am and my dad was sitting on the floor assembling a Halloween decoration that was a life sized dog made out of bones. And I sat on the stairs explaining my life’s woes and he made the dog turn and face me and pressed a button and it shot fake flames out of its mouth and made a barking sound. Lol
