🥩 Scaling cultivated meat isn’t about bigger tanks – it’s about smarter infrastructure. “We rebuilt the production architecture for meat – not pharma,” says Eyal Rosenthal, CEO of Ever After Foods. The company’s Edible Packed-Bed (EPB) platform uses plant-based, edible scaffolds in vertical bioreactors, enabling cells to attach, mature, and form structured tissue efficiently – without the turbulence of stirred-tank systems. Instead of betting on mega-vessels, Ever After’s model is modular, food-grade, and copy-exact. “The fastest path to scale isn’t the largest tank – it’s higher productivity per liter and modular replication,” Rosenthal explains. “Once proven, modules can be copied anywhere, lowering CapEx risk and getting products to market faster.” Partnering with Bühler Group, Ever After Foods positions itself as B2B infrastructure for food companies and cultivated meat brands. “The challenge isn’t making a prototype – it’s producing consistently, at scale, and at viable unit economics,” Rosenthal stresses. 📌 Do you think modularity and “copy-exact” systems will define the future of cultivated meat scale-up? 🔗 Read the full interview with Eyal in Protein Production Technology International (subscribe free here): https://hubs.ly/Q03LVmBJ0 #CultivatedMeat #FoodInnovation #ScalingUp #FutureOfProtein #PPTI
