Consider the following metrics: ❶ 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 (MTTR) → Not just how fast you found it, but how fast you killed it. ❷ 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗰𝘆 → Is the $500k tool actually blocking the threats it promised to? ❸ 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗸 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 → The percentage of "critical" assets now covered by MFA or encryption.
