From policy discussions to customer interactions and local investments, the visit reflected Carrier’s long‑term commitment in India.
Energizing to be back in New Delhi this week. It was a pleasure to meet with The Honorable Nirmala Sitharaman, Minister of Finance and Corporate Affairs of India, and The Honorable Piyush Goyal, Minister of Commerce and Industry of India, as we continue to build on our partnership and momentum in this important market. Other key highlights of the visit included customer meetings, touring our local factory, where we manufacture Carrier and Toshiba AC India solutions for the Indian market, and inaugurating our new WC600 lab for advanced water-cooled chiller testing. This investment strengthens our ability to design, test and validate solutions locally, improving speed, reliability and efficiency as demand continues to grow across India. It also reflects the strength of our global team and their focus on execution, continuous improvement and delivering for our customers.
