We hosted an energetic Half-Yearly Townhall, bringing together our Shared Services teams across Hyderabad, Pune, and Bangalore — with the in-person celebration held at our Hyderabad office. The event began with an inspiring address from Avinash Samrit, President – GCC, who reinforced our commitment to S.T.I.C.S. values and the S.P.A.R.K execution framework as enablers of sustainable progress. His message emphasized the role of leadership and collaboration in propelling our GCC up the value chain. Sivaji Sasidharan, SVP- Shared Services highlighted on our transformation journey towards the Strategic Differentiator to the enterprise business where upskilling and internal capability building are key to move up the value chain. Department leaders showcased the real success stories that demonstrated how we are growing talent from within. We were proud to recognize our Super Stars—those who exemplified Excellence, Collaboration and Value Creation—and celebrated their achievements.
