Role Description We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support end-to-end people management and help build a strong, engaging workplace. This role offers hands-on exposure across HR functions and is a great opportunity to grow into a future HR leader within the organization. As a Human Resources Assistant based at our Noida Head Office, you will gain end-to-end exposure to people management while working in a dynamic, growth-focused environment. In this role, you will actively contribute across the entire employee lifecycle—from onboarding to exit—while supporting key areas such as recruitment, training, performance management, and benefits administration. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations, maintaining people records, and enabling effective communication across the organization. More importantly, you will act as a trusted point of contact for employees and management, giving you firsthand experience in building relationships, resolving queries, and shaping a positive workplace culture. Ideal for professionals with up to 4 years of experience, this role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn, take ownership, and grow into strategic HR partners.
