What an unforgettable experience at #ShopX in Hanoi! 🇻🇳 As the Lead Media Production Coordinator for the event, I knew I’d be juggling interviews, behind-the-scenes coordination, and content capture—but I didn’t expect to walk away with such meaningful friendships and memories. From sharing meals to discussing CRO strategies with some of the top minds in the Shopify ecosystem—founders, co-founders, and growth leaders—ShopX felt more like a family gathering than a formal event. Everyone’s humility and openness made the experience incredibly special. A huge shoutout to Nhung Quach, who casually said, “Let’s aim for 12 interviews”—and thanks to the insane teamwork and communication from our media team from Taranker, Final Apps & Madras Entertainment Factory, we ended up doubling that. What more could I ask for? ✅ A solid, focused team ✅ Incredible new friends ✅ Professional growth ✅ And of course—Hanoi & Ha Long Bay's beauty, culture, and warmth My deepest gratitude to Arvind Subramanian from PushOwl for bringing me in and trusting me with such an important role. We all killed it (in the best way). Watching you grow from childhood into a true force in the Shopify world—I couldn't be prouder of you, brother.
