This fact does not imply that pre-Islamic poetry is monotonous with a single pattern of tendency. On the contrary, pre-Islamic poetry is a collection of various tendencies that are divided into different aspects and diversities, both in expression (al-ta‘bīr) and content (al-muḥtawá). Therefore, this study aims to describe the facts about pre-Islamic poetry that not only revolves around tribal fanaticism (‘aṣabīyah qabalīyah) but also exhibit deviations from tribal (qabīlah) traditions. It can be caused by the lack of insight into plagiarism and the limited understanding of techniques to avoid plagiarism in scientific publications, especially for Arabic language teachers in Banten. Based on this analysis, a community service activity was carried out such as training/workshops for PBA teachers who are members of the Banten Province Arabic MGMP. The training/workshop will improve understanding, provide training on techniques to avoid plagiarism in writing OJS-based scientific papers, improve the professional competence of Arabic language teachers, and enrich Arabic research and learning. The method applied is a survey method with the instrument used is a questionnaire. This training is for physics teachers who are members of the PTF as a learning application as the demands of the industrial revolution 4.0. The study method is an experiment with a sample of 352 teachers, the age 30-45 years, with using a questionnaire instrument. This trend is particularly as reflected in brigand poetry (Sha'a� lî� k). In the content, Sha'a� lî� k poems are not derived from tribal personality similarly to the poem that's being used in tribes, however derived from an act of rebelliousness and protest against the dominating social disparities in tribes life. The goal of protest's Sha'a� lî� k was against poverty and social disparities. So, there are two kinds of Sha'a� lî� k's poems. First, protest against differentiation of genealogical tribe. This tribe was marginalized Arab tribe. Second, protest against poverty which caused by social disparity in the tribe life.
