In April, we had the pleasure of welcoming our importers De Lille and Hullert to our headquarters in San Defendente di Cervasca. An important opportunity to open the doors of our company, offering a closer look at our fully integrated production process and the expertise behind every Merlo machine. Experiences like these strengthen connections, reinforce our shared vision and lay the groundwork for future growth together.

Also this month, we had the pleasure of hosting company visits at Merlo. Our headquarters in San Defendente di Cervasca once again confirmed its role as a key meeting point for our branches and strategic partners. On this occasion, we welcomed teams from Merlo UK & Ireland, France and Deutchland with the influencers from Farming Simulator, Bera, COMPTOIR DE MATERIEL SA, Lora and Emc2. Moments like these are more than just visits: they are opportunities to share vision, strengthen collaboration and align on future goals.

Last week we participated in Fieragricola, a key event for the sector. On this occasion, the TF 38.10 was awarded the Foglia d'Argento for its innovative system for configuring and managing non-original equipment. This award recognises our ongoing commitment to innovation, versatility and operational safety.

We would like to express our deepest condolences on the passing of Mr Marcel Braud, the founder and Honorary President of MANITOU Group. A leading figure in the world of telehandlers, he contributed significantly to the development of the sector, leaving behind a legacy of vision, innovation and values that will continue to be a benchmark for all. We would like to extend our sincere condolences to Mr Braud's family and the entire Manitou Group at this time of grief.

Merlo is pleased to announce a new partnership for Slovenia, starting in January 2026.
