This news just broke this morning, saw the headline pop-up on my phone.
This article from PJ Media is most interesting, you're creating a diverse White House full of people from many disadvantaged groups - racial, sexual identity, trans, etc. Then you have no plans to retain this talent and the question is even asked: How many of these do you think are useless bureaucratic positions that brought nothing of value to the American people to begin with?
Right! I see in this article my Morehouse brother Cedric Richmond is leaving the administration among other Black names. And to think he gave up a Congressional seat to be part of this administration "Let's go Brandon".
Anyway perhaps being diverse is nothing more than a platitude. A congratulatory self-pat on the back for a certain segment of the electorate that has very little to offer for American anyway other than a very stringent idea of what they think this nation needs. We're seeing it in action now!
ALSO, remember there was an exodus of staff from the office of the Vice President Kamala Harris. We can say in her case there's said to be a hostile work environment and it's basically led by someone who doesn't exactly know what they're doing. Again how about that for diversity.
Finally here's an article from Politico about this if you find PJ Media to be a bit more ideologically slanted.

[VIDEO] It's safe to say Tucker doesn't like last nite's address by Bran....President Joe Biden. It aired earlier this evening.
[VIDEO] Liberal Hivemind is saying what I have been thinking for the last month or so. Vice President Kamala Harris is just unpopular and ever since she was bequeathed the job of border czar it just hasn't gone very well for her. Even if Joe Biden somehow leaves office within the next year she just won't be effective at all as President in her own right. It's just my gut feeling....
As as for President Biden well there is talk among some commentators and buoyed by the opinions of former White House doctors that his mental capacity continues to diminish and he has no choice. The only reason why we're talking about this now after only 6 months into a new administration is that when he took over the nation it's been a very rough go indeed.
[VIDEO] Because Friday is SmackDown night I missed Tucker however this is his most recent monologue. Kamala Harris - the first woman to hold the office of Vice President - is a power hungry buffoon. And he's not wrong when if you call her out in the US media you'll be denounced as a racist and surely a sexist as well.
According to this monologue U.S. voter believe she's running the gov't not President Joe Biden. We see the President of Mexico take some shots at her referring to her as "president".
So I see another video on FOX News' YouTube page that Democrats aren't sure if V.P. Harris can actually beat a GOP nominee for President which leads to my conclusion.
I'm sorry Madam Vice President if somehow you do succeed to the Presidency if Joe Biden or someone around him realizes it's not working out I don't think you'll be able to do much. There isn't a groundswell of support for you and perhaps you might surprise us in your performance if that day comes. However, I don't see it if you become President you'll be a placeholder and that's with great respect as a fellow HBCU alumni.
So if that day passes I won't be too concerned. And I won't be too concerned that you'll even try to run for President at any time in the future. Enjoy your time in the limelight while you have it.
[VIDEO] The other day I was going on and on about the Vice President's hideous selfie image cookies. They were faceless and it seemed as if whatever icing that was used was running down from her hair. It was just ugly and those cookies were distributed to the press on her trip to central America.
With this said, she's had a rough few days as Ben Shapiro opines. VP Harris is the first woman to hold that office and she's also the first of south Asian and Black descent. One could say identity politics is why she's in this position after basically failing in the 2020 Democrat presidential primaries. I also hear she isn't really liked by Biden's people or even Biden himself, however, whoever was around Biden convinced him to make Kamala Harris his running mate.
So either way if heaven forbid Biden isn't able to complete his one term as president - and it doesnt seem to be going that great right now - then Harris might get it. And if you believe the analysis of right-wing pundits like Shapiro she's just not good at this. When friendly journalist Lester Holt tried to press her on whether or not she went to the border she just started giggling. Perhaps because she already knew she wasn't telling the truth when she repeated she's going to the border. She's the border czar after all and she won't go to the border and won't answer a friendly journalist.
In spite of her "historic" achievement as the first woman and woman of color to be Vice President, if she does become President which seems to be the hope of a certain segment of the electorate I get the feeling she won't be able to do much. Who's her base? Where will her political support come from?
Race or gender aside I just don't think she'll effective if she gets into the "big boy" chair. The way things are going the giggling, the fakeness, the public will see right through her.
Instead of watching President Biden's address to a joint session of the U.S. Congress - and it seems I didn't miss much because even U.S. Ted Cruz was caught nodding off - I wanted to catch AEW Dynamite. I switched over from Tucker just before the President gave his address.
During his address the President state "no amendment to the constitution is absolute". Since we're in such woke times where we're burning down anything that makes America great due to it's unfortunate history on race. If no amendment to the constitution is absolute then as for the title does this mean the American people have the right to own slaves?
Yes, I just made a wild argument. However, considering the President's statement with regards to guns that was the context of that quotable. I'm willing to be he's saying what many gun control advocate has been saying for years....BIDEN: "No amendment to the constitution is absolute. You can't yell 'fire' in a crowded theater." pic.twitter.com/JliS8DxJrb

[VIDEO] Basically this recent video riffs off of DC's response to a senseless homicide of a UberEats driver who was carjacked. He was killed as he was dragged by his vehicle where two minor teenaged girl one 13 and the other 15 had relieved him of his car. The car he needed to make a living and these two after mortally hurting another man were more concerned about where their cell phone is....
They have little idea what happened. Perhaps they don't know that in their actions a man lost his life. They probably don't realize the gravity of what they're charged with. Yeah charged with theft or auto-theft or carjacking then add murder. These two young women who remain unidentified may well have no idea that they may lose decades of their lives for this if convicted.
I was confused by the tweet reference in the video. He purports this to be Mayor Muriel Bowser's response to this crime. It's no accident that these girls were trying to carjack someone..
Anyway, Mayor Bowser shared a video from the Metro Police about what to do to avoid being a victim of carjacking. That was her only response and perhaps for Liberal Hivemind doesn't give much solace to a family who's lost their patriarch. I've been trying to find that tweet, and see that it's been deleted. Shame...
[VIDEO] I learned about this earlier afternoon when an alert popped up on my phone. I never use the news app on my iPhone. It's time to move forward is what I said.
We engaged in this exercise of impeaching a man who's already out of office and then using the guise of oh we need to prevent him from running for office again! Well good plan, it didn't even get off the ground.
This would've been unconstitutional anyway. I hope Trump had his lawyers ready to really challenge this action. It's been disputed whether or not it was possible to ban a person from running for federal office although someone who's been appointed to an office of trust in the federal government could be barred from taking a federal office.
Well either way no need to further debate this, it's over for now.
[VIDEO] I wrote about this briefly probably before Trump left office. I think this was foolhardy back then especially given that Trump from January 6th and forward was a lame duck. The Democrats just wanted to impeach a man who was out of office anyway.
The primary motivator of this as it turned out was not to punish a man who allegedly incited an "insurrection" it was to insure that this man will never run for federal office again. Trying to keep him from getting his job back in 2024.
For me without looking at the big picture, it was going to take some time for a trial to go forward. They tried to get then Vice President Mike Pence to invoke the 25th amendment on Trump, and thankfully Pence knew better and wouldn't take the bait. Still it took about a month to send one article of impeachment to the US Senate to finally begin a trial where Senators even debated whether or not this was constitutional. Newsflash they decided that it was.
I stuck with the time aspect, but what's the big picture. Well the big picture is that now that we've set this precedent, is it possible future presidents who are unpopular - whether with the public or with other politicians - will be subject to the same treatment. Especially while in office or after they've left office.
So you may not like the movement that propelled former President Trump into office in 2016, and yes I've heard that argument. People want to use this impeachment to kill that movement also. But to use such an important process for frivolous reasons is definitely problematic.
As Liberal Hivemind discusses recently it's amazing that they're going through a process that is in effect unconstitutional since Trump is no longer president and there's no office to remove him from. It's also amazing that there's a great chance that nothing will come of this process.
From what I've been hearing in the media, Trump didn't incite anything. He called for a peaceful protest on January 6th. Sadly it went further, and blame Trump or anyone else I just think what happened last month is a sign that America hasn't settled down from the stress of the coronavirus shutdowns or even the violence over the past summer.
[VIDEO] Tim Pool discusses the events of yesterday the certification of electoral votes in favor of Joe Biden. President Trump finally pledges an orderly transition. And it seems Trump is getting ready to leave office on January 20th.
I once predicted back in 2016 that whoever won the election that year would likely have only one term. That prediction as much as I hope that wouldn't come to pass has come true. I can't ignore the possibility that there were some voters who took a chance on Trump in '16 didn't like his conduct and personality and voted for someone else - whether Biden or whomever.
The sad toll four people died, one woman was shot in the neck by a police officer inside the Capitol. Three others had a medical emergency of some sort and died as a result. Truly a crazy day yesterday and it helped evaporate any energy the electoral vote objections had. I saw it when newly defeated Kelly Loefler from Georgia pledged to drop her objections, and she wasn't the only one. I should've anticipated this, however, once the nonsense happened in Washington it changed the mood for sure.
I want to note that there is a stark difference between how many viewed the riots over the summer in a number of cities vs what happened on Capitol Hill. The people who stormed the Capitol were insurrectionists, this was a coup d'etat, or even god forbid seditionists. Then again for the unrest over the past summer I think those same rules apply. Seditionist would apply to the assault in Portland on a federal courthouse and it would apply to the CHAZ/CHOP area of Seattle. There was no real outcry on the progressive liberal side of the aisle.
I would dare say the progressive liberal Democrats would feign support for why this destruction took place over the summer and yet be very upset over this. I hate the blindness Democrats have regarding Antifa/BLM the swamp Democrats who hold gov't positions won't get much harbor from these rabid leftist anarchists. We've seen it some rabid anarchist attempted to attack Andrea Mitchell and Del. Eleanor Holmes Norton. They booed Ted Wheeler when he attempted to speak to the "seditionists" in Portland attempting to show solidarity with them (and why would he want to show solidarity with them). Let's be clear anytime there is violence for any reason whether political or even race riots it has to be condemned and it can't be excused!
So aside from the electoral vote count on Wednesday, perhaps I have some hope that the incoming Democrat administration will be a lot stronger on this issue. I feel as if I will be very disappointed, but let's hope they realize they're not safe from this. They can be as hard on the people they can oppose all they want, but the ones they cover for aren't their allies.
Meanwhile it seems Trump has finally accepted his loss in November. I don't have to like that fact, but that's where we are today. Now we need to look forward to 2022 and 2024, hopefully we will be out of this crazy pandemic by those years.
As I share this, the Georgia runoffs for their two US Senate seats appear to be too close to call. I'm willing to predict that one of those two seats will remain Republican. The pressure cooker of this is that well Georgia is one of those disputed states from last year's presidential election and course a recorded call of Trump attempting to convince GA's Secretary of State to look into voter fraud.
And tomorrow will be January 6th when the US Congress will meet to certify the electoral vote. And there are a sizeable number of Senators and Representatives who will object to the certification over allegations of voter fraud.
Well I want to share with you Illinois Republican congressional response. How many of them might choose to join the group of Congressmen & women who might join in the object. They only mention LaHood, Kinzinger, and Bost. Also noted at CapFax Rodney Davis who represents amongst other parts of his district the University of Illinois has not taken a position as of yet.
I also want to note that there is a protest being planned in Washington, DC just in time for this certification. I think if anything really weird happens with this election this might light a fuse under the more destructive elements of our society. Whether or not they were involved in the process all they need is an excuse to get fired up. Here's hoping things remain peaceful though I'm not sure the objections will really do anything to change the process.LaHood still mulling objection to election results, Bost silent, Kinzinger calls it a “scam” https://t.co/SPcgNyRxWQ

Lewis on Friday told NBC News he wouldn’t attend next week’s inauguration, saying he doesn’t believe Trump is a "legitimate president.""I believe in forgiveness. I believe in trying to work with people. It will be hard. It's going to be very difficult. I don't see this president-elect as a legitimate president,” Lewis said.“I think the Russians participated in helping this man get elected. And they helped destroy the candidacy of Hillary Clinton,” he added.“I don't plan to attend the inauguration. It will be the first one that I miss since I’ve been in Congress. You cannot be at home with something that you feel that is wrong, is not right.”
