I made Grilled Cheese Sandwiches to enjoy with the rest of the 

Potato Soup

It was so yummy.

I love a good homemade soup that feeds us twice.

During this cold snap, the hubs has been forced to play games with me to pass the time indoors.

Racko is my favorite.

I think I like it so much because I usually win.

Do you remember when I wrote about the 

Alestorm Sailboat 

The 32 foot Catalina Sailboat beached during a storm on September 20, 2025,

while traveling from New York to Florida.

- it's still on the beach in Sea Girt -

I spotted this "beer keg tree" at a local brewery...it was so cool.

I have fallen in love with these laundry sheets.

My Paperwhites are at peak right now and they look and smell glorious.

The Paperwhites are like indoor sunshine,

I am so happy I planted them!

We have been home so much, I may have to start making things up for blog content!

As The Sun Sets

I have read that an insignificant rodent has determined there will be 6 more weeks of winter.

It doesn't take a rodent to determine that, does it?

It's early February, of course there will be 6 more weeks of winter.

I have fallen out of favor with winter as of late.

I hope I get that feeling back,

and move forward enjoying the change in the season...snow and cooler temperatures.
