Last weekend we went to the Tushar Mountains in Beaver with Matt and Katy.
It was a pretty last minute trip and I agreed to go before it even crossed my mind that it would be freezing cold. We camped next to snow, but Breck was one happy camper and even slept til 9:30 am! She insisted on wearing her skirt the entire time to be sure she was camping in style. Matt and Katy treated us to incredible tinfoil dinners (because our freeze dried dinner wasn't too great), and egg mak (matt + katy)muffins for breakfast.

We stopped for a little snack at the top.

Hiking in her tutu.

She had a few of these moments, but mostly LOVED camping, hiking, and helping.

She made JP and me wear our headlamps day and night.
My favorite picture from the trip.

Brecken yelled, "Camping fun!" and giggled like crazy when we crawled into our sleeping bags.

Roasting starbursts cause that's all we had. I got off work late and didn't have time to get s'mores stuff. Breck likes to wear glasses so the smoke doesn't get in her eyes (and cause she has an obsession with glasses).

We stopped at the hot springs on the way home and I had to snap a picture of her snow boot/swimsuit combination.
She was looking forward to the hot springs the entire trip and they did not disappoint. We could've stayed all day.
Matt and Katy soaking it up.
We didn't quite capture the joy she experienced, but she talked about the hot-pots all day. She refuses to look at the camera from time to time to let us know we've already taken 5 million pictures of her.

Perfect way to end the trip.
