Also inspired by one of M’s doodles. I used one half of a sketchbook that was falling apart before I had even started to use it. As you might have noticed, the pages will be ring bound when completed. Size of the pages is a scant 20 x 20 cms/8″ x 8″.

Page 2 in my art journal from Action. Watercolor pencils, water brush, fineliner
A while ago, I bought a couple of cheap art journals from Action (watercolor paper, 21 x 21 cms, 300 gsm). Backgrounds made with watercolor pencils and water brush, highlighted with acrylic marker. Turned out the fineliners I used for the frames were not waterproof.
Recently, a friend recommended a couple of artists on youtube. I watched a couple of videos on doodles – this is my humble attempt. Not my signature colors, just a combination of what was left on my watercolor palette.
I used some ancient material I had at hand –
