I am so buff

Yup. Watch those muscles work.

I also am so super crafty and creative. Watch this:

That's the hat I made for Mandy and then gave to my sister Camryn. And then realized it would have made a good birthday present. Oh well. She loves it, and has been wearing it every day. I also am in love with the spiffy flower on the right. They can be made in so many different colors!

I also (finally) finished putting together Mandy's letter board things. Turned out cute, I think. One day, when we have a house, they will go on her wall.

The Zoo, round 1

We bought a family pass to the Las Vegas Zoo.

This was our first trip. All of the pictures are of Mandy with various animals, but before I get into those, I will show you the Freaky Rooster that was stalking me. We even tried several times to run it over with the stroller, but we couldn't shake it.

(If you haven't been to the Las Vegas Zoo, there are DOZENS of chickens running around, and HUNDREDS of pigeons. Yucky. Though they've actually sent a majority of the chickens to some bird sanctuary and have stopped selling seed in hopes of getting rid of the pigeons.)

This is a crocodile (alligator?).

(The otters were so cute! I loved them.)

There is a monkey on the other side of that window. Hence the Monkey Ears.

The parrots were cute (though loud). They liked to say "Hello!" which Mandy both enjoyed and found odd.

There were tiny little mice running around in one of the bird cages, and they were so cute. Which I wouldn't think if they were running around at my house, but there, they were. There was also little baby chicks. One in particular was wandering about on it's own, chirping as loud as it possibly could. I couldn't believe the volume that tiny little bird could produce! Adorable.

Bowling with Mandy

Jeff and I love to bowl (even though I'm happy to break 60 most games!)
So we decided to share our love of bowling with our crazy daughter. Last time we took her to a bowling alley, I think she was about six months. So I'm sure she appreciated it more this time.
I think her favorite part was watching the balls come out of the returner thing.

The lighting in the video is all weirdo yellow, so ignore that.

Today I realized

That I am a twenty three year old college drop-out who lives with her parents.

*sigh*

I also love this dress.
A lot.
