Disney on Ice

I took Joelle to Disney on ice- princess edition. She was in heaven. We went with her best friends, and mine. It was a fun night out with the girls.

Our new house.

We moved the day after Thanksgiving. We went to my aunt's house in Riverton and it was wonderful, I just forgot to take pictures. So my parents took our kids, minus Todd, and we packed and cleaned like crazy. I need to take new pictures with our stuff in and unpacked but here's what we have so far. (my computer is being dumb and I couldn't find some newer pics, but here it is). Thanks to all who helped move and clean and paint. We couldn't have done it without you!

The Turkey Tri

My sister Ashlee and I did a triathlon on Nov. 7, the turkey tri in Orem. It was great fun even though it was probably the least ready for one I've ever been. I made it right?

Wow, it's been a while. Well, we are finally in our house (pics to come). It has been great to have more space. The ward has been super nice and we like it already.
Here is what has been happening the past couple months.
Halloween:

We went on this hike before Halloween and the snow. It was so lovely, I don't know why I haven't done it way more. Probably just getting out the door is hard but I should have. The kids loved it and I could let them explore and not worry about them running into traffic. It was so great. Joelle once was exploring off the path and said, "Come on Mom." Me: I'll just wait here. (I didn't want Todd to be poked by branches.) So we argue for a minute about it and she said, "you won't fall, I promise." I just thought it was a funny comment. And then she was walking around and said, "Look, someone forgot their grapes." I look and it's deer poop.

Summer catch up- The lodge

I finally got a new camera so I can get my pictures from the summer and recent so it might take a while to post them all. And some exciting news is that we found a house! We are excited to move and have our own place but are also sad to leave our wonderful neighbors/friends and family here. We have been so blessed to be here for the past 5 years.

Update

I have not posted in ages. My camera is broken, my SD card won't work and I haven't been patient enough to figure it out. But mainly we've been looking at houses out in the Tooele area, online and in person. We're still looking, no buying yet. Hopefully soon though. So whenever I'm online, I'm probably looking at houses. So sorry for the neglect.
We celebrated Joelle's 4th birthday. Luckily we took a few good pictures before the bangs being chopped (which we cover with a head band most the time. We haven't fixed them much but my sister is coming to town so I might see what she can do, I think jsut time will help).
We've been to Lake Powell with our friends- had a blast. Love it there. Jon officially graduated and started his job. I think I see him less now because he's at work for so long doing paperwork. But he likes it and we are so proud of him.
That's about all we've been up to. I'm probably missing something big but I can't think of any right now.
I had some pictures uploading and it itsn't working. sigh.. Nothing is cooperating. Next time.

4 months old

Little Todd is 4 months old now. I can't believe how fast time goes the more kids you have. He just wasn't a newborn for very long. We love him in our house and has been so good. He's been sleeping through the night for 2 months and is almost ready for rice. I'm holding off as long as possible. (one less thing to do). He clocked in at 17 lbs and 5 oz and 25 1/2 in long. He's getting so big. I love his chub.

A side note on Joelle's hair- many asked if she did it or her friend. It was her friend. And that chunk of bangs left, I thought that needed to be cut too, what do you do with it, well I should have left it. I think I made it worse. Our camera broke so when i get another one I'll take another pic but it doesn't look so bad in headbands. Ce la vi (however you spell that)
