KELIN is hiring a Communications Manager to lead its institutional communications, visibility, and influence function.
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping how KELIN’s work is positioned in public discourse—translating programme, research, and strategic litigation into clear, compelling messaging that drives advocacy, policy engagement, donor confidence, and institutional growth.
The Communications Manager will work across teams to ensure communications is not just a support function, but a core driver of influence, engagement, and impact.
Key focus areas include:
• Developing and implementing KELIN’s communications strategy and plans
• Leading strategic messaging, public positioning, and thought leadership
• Driving content development and storytelling across platforms
• Managing media relations and public engagement
• Overseeing digital communications and brand visibility
• Supporting advocacy campaigns and policy influence
• Strengthening internal communication and organisational alignment
• Supporting resource mobilisation and partnership positioning
• Safeguarding KELIN’s brand, reputation, and communication quality
This role is ideal for a seasoned communications professional with a strong background in strategic communications, public relations, and advocacy, and a passion for human rights and social impact.
