birthday lunch

what i did this MoRNing- it was FREKKIN AWESoME!

it was an amazing ride up the canyon this morning.
the weather was perfect and this was actually my first road bike experience.
i want to get my own bike but before i fork out all the doe (it's about $1000 for those crazy fast bikes) i thought that i should rent one for the day and try it out.
my neighbor is a major fitness guru and bikes at least 3 times a week. so she and i took off for the canyon.

we made it up to bridal veil falls in about an hour

i was really happy with the bike. the ride back down the canyon was so exhilarating!
what an adrenalin rush!
i'm hooked!

while driving i looked in the rear view mirror. the lamb stayed for the whole trip in the car.

brynnley moves back

so in my birthday wishing to brynnley i stated that we don't have any current photos- so during one of her visits in feb we took these at the air port.

so she has now moved back to utah (march 29th).
and apparently we can't seem to live very far from each other for very long.
