Hari-hari berlalu semakin secepat. Macam tidak sempat melakukan banyak tugasan dipejabat. Nak tarik napas apa tah lagi. Lunch time is not a time for berpoya-poya like others. naaaa i dun take lunch pong. Diet konon, pada hal dok penin-penin nak aturkan kerja. Semua bende nak urgent dan perlukan perhatian ketika ini..
I do have problems with programmers. They actually not muature enuf in this field.mungkin awal-awal dah masok *o*n. Maka hasilnya mereka jadi seorg yg semua nak kena suap. Macam mana la boleh ada attitude lagu ini lagi. Its make me sick and tired. How to over come this? any ideas? guys helps...plz..plz.How to be a good project manager macam ni. Kalau semua problem hempuk atas pala sendiri jem..jemmm. La ini dah ada tanda-tanda kurang menyehatkan diri saya sendiri, cuak plak. Tak kan la ia telah kembali nauzubilAllah jauhkan.syyuuuhhhhh.
Ada kalanya macam tak percaya je cara kerja mereka macam ini. setiap tugasan perlu disertakan dengan keterangan details sehingga table apa yg terlibat. ^*%$#( dol pikir sendiri la.) Detail spec udah le mak nak kena sediakan, database pong mak jugak? ambooiiiiiii...amboooiii baik saya je buat sendiri. Tu belom lagi configure server bagai, dah apart of my task. Network lagi...ada org nak tulun mak ke? kerja depa hanya ckp "puan ini problem, itu problem" ada nak tulun pikir solution? hihihihi...bukan ini keja mak nak kena buat. Projek lain ada lagi dek hooiiiii.
Positive side ...ok gak le depa bersuara cakap pasal masalah yg dihadapi. At least i know their progresskan. Tapi yg senggap tak ckp apa tu macam mana plak. Tu cuma ada 2 kemungkinan - tak reti dan tak buat or reti dan siap. Apa mau buat sama ini olang? im considering the negative side je la. Baik makan hati, penin migrain sekarang then later. Menyesal plak kann..kannn. Tapi saya masih memikirkan cara terbaik deal with this ppl. Haa im going to ask them weekly report dan sediakan dia checklist. Cheklist tu to keep them on track. By Friday p buat spotcheck.
Tu dia mariam carca marba nampak nya sekarang. Abis apa mau bikin kan. Ok ka cara bekerja lagu ini. Edak ka depa stresss? kalu mak le stresssnya siap kasi checklist bagai. saya tau le cara mana nak buat kerja kann..kann. Ala-ala tiada kebebasan menentukan cara kerja sendiri.
Im no good in managing ppl sekarang. Hope dengan pengalaman ini mengajar saya menjadi terbaik satu hari nanti. will see...till then wassalam.

Come on people!!
Assalamulaikom dan salam sejahtera,
Buat ucapan dulu selamat pengantin baru untuk NINI, terlewat sudah ka? janji semua selamat. Hari ini saya happy kerana saya dapat postcard semalam,trigat zaman-zaman dolu-dolu. Zaman surat menyurat gitus hissskkkkkk. Tampal-tampal poscard kat dinding, insyaAllah ada le rejekik saya dimasa hadapan utk berada disitu...owhh sejuk..sejukk (dah start berangan le ni..).
Ada satu cerita nak habaq nie..begini Hakim (anak sedaraku) masok sepital since lastweek.Ada le jiran-jiran sebilik dengan nya.Adalah sorang wanita nie, sorang-sorang ja jaga anak dia.The husband tak tau le p mana.Ada le sesekali jenguk kejap then esok, esoknya non ado dek non.Tu tak pa le since bz gamaknya cari rejekik. Diampunkanlah.Got 1 day nie wanita nie telpong (mode cikwokz) the wife ckp diapers dah abis.Laki dia suruh p beli sendiri.Apa punya *&%$&*$# le kan.Budak kicik tu miningitis, ubat masok ikut drip.Apa mcm siIbu nak turun beli diapers kann.Budak tu first baby diaorg, lain mcm je husband nie.Sungguh tak bertanggungjawab.Tu baru anak sorang buat bini lagu tu.Kalau 2-3-5 nanti cam mana lah nasib kan.Marah sungguh saya kelmarin. enuf said.

Agak lewat..
Assalamulaikom dan salam sejahtera,
saya bangkit lewat hari ini woooooooooooooo....siap kena kejutkan lagi.then ala..dah lambat ini.zassss mandi-mandi merempitt ke opis(sib baik mandi).fuhhh lega sharp 7.27.(b4 tat dah msg geng tulun punch..emergency,ok le nie kan!).disebabkan ada meeting tender gigih gak masok opis kot tidak EL sajorkkk lahhhhh(tidak komited betol dlm membuat kerja).

Ketika Memulakan Kerja
Assalamulaikom dan salam sejahtera,
Balik-balik cerita pasal kerja!!! kerja!!!. Tapi nak cerita pasal apa lagi kan. Kelihatan dull saja kehidupan ku ketika ini. I know..i know...i need to do something. bak kata org diseberang "weekend buat apa?" dok rumah sambil ber-ekon.naaaa salah tu ada jua aktibiti mak buat.tapi kelihatannya memang dull la kehidupan skarang.ada le plan-plannya tapi masih tak berjalan.kenapa ya? ka tanda-tanda penuan telah mula menunjukan taring. shuiii..shuiii p jauh-jauh.
Aktibiti yg wak suruh buat tu pong, mak buat secara slow motion sajork, man-man gitus.(die le wak tak percaya dgn credibility mak nie...hi.hi).rasa nak sign-up fitness club pong ada, boleh cari geng baruuu. (kemain nak cari geng baru, nak berckp pong susah..)..not practical nampak nya.
Sekarang beronline pong dah kurang, mungkin sebab dipejabat tak berchat bagai.so tak dak kepetingan sesgt la.blogging pong bukan lagi satu agenda dlm daily rutin.Rasa dah lama tak update then update.Catchup cerita-cerita kengkwn pong weekend. Ok le tu kan utk saya yg kehidupan nya didalam gua.
Adoiii tergangu plak penulisan ini dengan pengumuman "saringan berat badan dilakukan setiap hari rabu" ....hiisskkkkkkk till then wassalam
Note: Happy Father's Day utk mereka bergelar AYAH,DADY,PAPA dan seumpamanya.

Get to know myself....
Assalamulaikom dan salam sejahtera,
Setelah membaca blog fara sementara menunggu subuh pagi nie, saya jawap soklan test "get to know yourself better (better le sesgt)" yang diwawarkan fara.Keputusannya adalah seperti berikut:

1.Ukuran waistline anda ---> ukur le pakai mesuring tape
2.Blood Presure ---> kene p klinik gak tapi dah murah dah kalau nak ada BP set sendiri
3.Kolestrol Level --> p BP lab check
4.Resting heart rate --> terjaga je dr tdo, relax2 ukur nadi anda sendiri
5.Blood sugar level --> yang nie jua kena p BP lab ..check
