Pinky:  “I mean, really, when have I ever been pondering what you’ve been pondering?”
Brain:  “To my knowledge, never.”
Pinky:  “Exactly.  So, what are the chances that this time, I’m pondering what you’re pondering?”
Brain:  “Next to nil.”
Pinky:  “Well, that’s exactly what I’m thinking, too.”
Brain:  “Therefore, you are pondering what I’m pondering.”
Pinky:  “Poit, I guess I am.”
[Disclaimer:  The above conversation / exchange is from an episode of the cartoon show:  “Pinky and the Brain“.  Brain’s sole purpose in life is to take over the world.  Pinky’s the comical-reality check in the duo.  The above quote is readily available from several sources on the web, but I have not been able to find the exact episode it is from.  I am not making any claim of ownership of the quoted writing / material.  It is presented (with the post title) as political satire.  I’m not sure if #45 is supposed to be Pinky or Brain as he works well in either role (narcissistic megalomaniac or idiot / fool.  When I first stumbled upon the exchange, I thought of it as an internal conversation in #45:TrumpTheFelon’s head.    —    kmab]
