It takes on the vital mission of securely processing data without risk of military leaks, developing high-performance AI models, and training and validating them on next-generation defense platforms, including humanoid and quadruped robots. At the ceremony, we showcased our humanoid robot, Billi, alongside our Physical AI lineup, conducting a live demonstration for key leadership, including Minister of National Defense Kang Shin-chul and Ha Jung-woo, Vice Chairperson of the Presidential Committee on AI. Key partners including NVIDIA, CJ Cheiljedang, and AWS were joined by journalists from more than 50 domestic media outlets. During the live demonstration, Billi showcased its abilities by: 📦 Lifting its upper body to pick items from high shelves and place them into its cargo bay 🛗 Pressing elevator buttons on its own to move between floors 👋 Greeting people it encounters Billi is a hybrid humanoid that carries out movement, assessment, manipulation, and transport not as separate tasks, but as a single, continuous flow. Wheel-based autonomous mobility, dual arms, a rotating Lift Torso, and a modular cargo bay are integrated into one structure built to carry real-world tasks through to completion in existing human-centered spaces.
