Unable to leave external tenant (EYGS.onmicrosoft.com) from my Microsoft Azure account

My personal Microsoft account was once added as a guest to EYGS.onmicrosoft.com.
I can no longer access that tenant, but it still appears under my directories in Azure/Entra portal. I cannot contact EY IT. Reqesting Microsoft to remove my guest association.I am unable to login to my Azure account uisng personal mail ID

- When you try and log into your Azure account, what error do you get?
- Have you got Microsoft Teams?

1.When I try to log into my Azure account using my Microsoft personal account , I don’t get an explicit error message, instead, I am redirected to the EY (EYGS.onmicrosoft.com) organization login page, which asks for EY Authenticator verification. Since I no longer have access to the EY tenant or Authenticator, I cannot proceed. This is the message i gets - “You can’t sign in here with a personal account. Use your work or school account instead.”2.I am able to acess my Teams account
