    Hello,

Were you previously part of a Microsoft family group?

If so, you may be able to either remove yourself or ask the organizer to do so on your behalf.

When you visit https://account.microsoft.com/family, do you see the organizer or any other members listed?

Are you able to follow the steps outlined in the Microsoft support article on how to leave a family group?

How to leave a Microsoft family group

On the sign-in screen, please try holding down the Shift key and selecting Shut down from the power options in the bottom-right corner.

Once the PC has completely powered off, turn it back on and check whether you’re able to sign in.

If you're still unable to sign in, restart your computer while holding down the Shift key from the same power options menu.

This will take you to the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE), where you can try signing in using Safe Mode.

    Windows Recovery Environment

    Windows Startup Settings

If you’re able to sign in there, please follow steps 1 through 4 in the Microsoft support article titled “How do I remove Family Safety settings?”.
