If Microsoft Rewards is automatically donating your points and you wish to stop this, you can manage your settings directly in Microsoft Edge. To prevent your points from being donated:

    1. Open Microsoft Edge and go to the settings menu.
    2. Navigate to the Privacy, search, and services section.
    3. Look for the option related to supporting nonprofits or automatic contributions and turn it off.

This should stop the automatic donations of your points. If you want to recover the points that were already donated, you may need to reach out to Microsoft support for assistance, as points donated typically cannot be refunded.

    Hi,

Please note that here in the Microsoft Q&A forum, we are fellow users and do not have account access.

I understand that your Microsoft Rewards points keep being redeemed and donated, and you want your points back.

Log in to your account and check the Auto Redeem section. If nothing is set up, since this is an account-related concern, it is best to contact Microsoft Rewards Support directly: https://rewards.bing.com/support

The support team for Bing Rewards has the essential tools and resources to investigate and fix this issue. Please note that their response time is usually within 24 hours, but it may take longer depending on the volume of tickets they receive (first come, first served). Thank you.
