Has anyone else had a problem since 11/23/25? I lost all my personalization for Microsoft programs and others. My files disappeared for several hours. Other software I use for work is not working and needs to be reset up. Microsoft store had all my apps requiring a upgrade and this has corrected some problems but not all. Each day I have encountered another issues. This has caused a major problem with my work. Edge has been a real problem as anything I click on to view (email, search results etc) open a new window with adds. I followed a recommendation on site as to how to address that but have not had a chance to see if it worked. Any suggestions or what others have had occur. Thanks.

    Hello,

what you described sounds like you might be having user profile issue, so Windows logs you into a temp user profile, so everything would look like default settings when you first got the computer.

Can you open your File Explorer, go to This PC, then check your C drive, is it running low on free space? How much free space do you have on C?
