Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

First, try signing in online at https://account.microsoft.com using any email you might have used for your Office subscription.

If you can sign in, check the Services & Subscriptions tab, or go directly to https://account.microsoft.com/services Does your subscription or perpetual license show up there?

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Regards,

    John J.D.

Thank you for letting me know.

This forum is public, so we cannot access your accounts or confirm which account the license is under, or if it is under any of your Microsoft Account at all because it was purchased from a third-party retailer.

Since you’re not sure which account you used and the license isn’t showing up in any current Microsoft account, the best next step is to check with Amazon.

If you log into your Amazon account and look at your order history for Office Home and Student 2021, you should be able to:

    • Find the product key in the order details or download section.
    • If it’s missing, contact Amazon support and provide your order info, they can usually resend the product key or give proof of purchase.

Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

This is not you - this problem is a MS problem only they can fix. I have spent hours with support that cannot fix it but see the sign-in loop Im stuck in. Now Im supposed to run my business with no access to MS 365 Office and wait for Data Protection Team to fix the two-step authentication and MFA. Just to let you know this is a MS problem - not you - you have to wait for them to fix it.
