1. PC起動 → 初回セットアップ画面（地域・キーボード選択）
2. WiFi／LAN接続画面で接続（または未接続で進行）
3. Microsoft アカウントのサインイン画面が表示される
4. ローカルアカウント作成またはスキップボタンが出ない／進行できない

→ 結果：先に進めずセットアップ完了できない

I purchased a PC from Amazon and started the initial setup. During the setup process, I am required to connect to the internet and sign in with a Microsoft Account, and I cannot proceed to any other options. For example, I cannot reach the desktop or use the browser until I sign in.

◆ Steps to Reproduce

Power on the PC → Initial setup (region & keyboard selection)

Connect to Wi-Fi / LAN (or proceed without network connection)

A Microsoft Account sign-in screen appears

There is no option to create a local/ offline account, and no “Skip” or equivalent button → Result: Cannot complete setup and cannot use the PC without signing in

I would like to know whether it is possible to complete the setup without a Microsoft Account, and if so, how to do that.
