I deleted my Naver account, which was used as my Microsoft account email, due to security reasons. I had a Microsoft 365 subscription, but I need to cancel it. However, I can't remember my password and can't receive a code via email, so I can't log in. A few days ago, I received feedback on this issue and submitted the form following the instructions, but I haven't received any response within 24 hours.
- After submitting the form, I received feedback saying, "Your recovery request results will be sent to the email address you provided at the beginning of the form within 24 hours."
I was told I would receive an email saying, "Your account could not be verified./Your account has been verified."
How can this be happening?
