A day of sun and snow......

We made it up to the cabin this weekend, this time with no incidents.
The kids had fun on the snowmobiles, except Camden, he just wanted to get back where it was warm......
Heres my dad and stepdad working hard starting up the beasts...
This was Aidens first ride on the snowmobile, he was sooooo excited to go out with grandpa, they had a lot of fun!
As for me and my mom......and Camden, we stayed inside, sat by the fire, and ate lots of warm yummy food!

Haylee's Home!

Haylee got home yesterday from California, she had been there visiting my grandparents in San Diego, she had a lot of fun and even came home with a little bit of a tan!
She was soooo excited to see the sign on her door welcoming her home, and she even had a note waiting for her on her bed from Laurel, she was so happy!

Weekend Festivities.......

I had never been to the childrens museum and decided to venture out with the boys and check it out, it was pretty cool, the boys of coarse loved it, they were running around like kids in a candy store, it was cute.
Its neat because they are able to see how everything works, not just play but actually see how it works

They had the cutest little grocery store there with all sorts of things, so the kids could grocery shop with a cart and then they had registers where they can check out, Aiden was very excited about the banana
I had no idea they had a helicopter on the roof, but that sealed the deal for the boys they were in heaven, you can actually get in and play in it, and they have buttons that make really loud noises it sounds like the helicopter is going to take right off!

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr

We went and saw Walking With Dinosaurs and it was awesome!  The animals were so big and life like, Aiden loved it.  We just took him since we felt Camden was still kind of little and we didn't want to tramatize the little guy.  (Haylee is in California)  so it was a fun activity, we have been looking forward to it for months so it was nice when it got here.
Clearly Aiden was diggin' it.

He was so excited we let him get a soda, he insisted on carrying his drink........everywhere!

No Nap.....

Apparently Aiden has made the decision that every child must make at some point..........do I really need my nap???  Well I believe his answer is a big, fat, NO!  He is so hard to put to sleep as of late, so today I gave in and let him go napless.  Pause for reaction............So instead we played with the camera making funny faces, he got a real kick out of taking the picture then looking at it afterwards.

He eventually got bored with me (imagine that) and diverted back to his trusty old train.

Taco Night....Yum Yum

Tonight was taco night.  We love tacos in the Moore house!  A little avacado, cheese,
green onions, and of coarse salsa, this salsa down here is the hottest salsa ever, our neighbor makes it and gave us some and it definately lights a fire under your butt.

We topped it off with the best ice cream ever.....PLAYDOUGH.  Mmmmm its so yummy and colorful, doesn't it just make you drool.

These here are blood oranges, they are so nummy and tart, and sour, and everything I love, if you haven't had one you need to try them, they're delicious.

See......... Camden agrees, look at that angelic face:)

A day of almost snowmobiling.....

This story is actually quite funny.  We started our Saturday off by driving up to Timberlakes to the family cabin, we were going to have a beautiful day of snow and sun.  Well when we attempted to get up this final hill to the cabin, several things began to happen.  I have listed them in order of occurance.
1. the truck stopped.
2.  the wheels started spinning.
 3. we began to roll backwards down the hill, there is a cliff on the other side.
4. andrew "attempts" to brake.
5. andrew saves the day by crashing the trailer into a snowbank to stop us from sliding.  What a champ!
Here is a list of things going through my mind, while we were sliding to our death.
1.truck.....not ours
2.trailer.....not ours
3.snowmobiles.....not ours
I'm not really sure what Courtney is doing.  I suppose she is "digging" the trailer out of the snow........what a helper.
No people or machinery were hurt in the making of this blog.

Hip Hip Hooray For Friday

First this happened????  I am still not sure how........
Then Haylee stepped on what you would think was possibly the end of the world, and turned out to be a ring (her ring) on the floor.  It was quite a tadoo, obviously, look at the huge bandage it took to make her stop crying.

Love Fridays........

New Camera!

Ok, so you will have to bear with me.  We got a new camera as part of our christmas and I am trying to figure out all the bells and whistles on it.  These photos are nothing special, but my old camera would have never taken such clear detailed pictures.  I am excited!

This is the view from our front porch! Can you say beautiful!!!

Tuesday

What did kids do before Thomas????
Here my sweet Aiden is proudly posing next to his artwork......on the wall.

Poppin some bubbly......

Well by the end of last night, I decided I needed a strong drink.........sparkling cider.  Wahoo!  Me and Andrew were watching Rock of Love, and I felt that was worthy of the fancy stuff.  Andrew got a good laugh at me drinking the bottle to myself, I still don't know what was soooo funny but HE decided this was blog worthy.

Lazy Monday......

Happy Birthday To Me!!!!

Today just happens to be my birthday, but unfortunatly there is nothing of any interest to report. Sooooooo, here are my little gentlemen.  My grandma gave them these outfits for Christmas and they looked adorable in them.

He's like a little business man.....
Is there anything cuter than a sleeping baby?  No, no there isn't....

Happy New Year!!!!

Happy new year everybody.  We celebrated with our family and did the only thing we Sheets know how to do...........PLAYED GAMES.   We went to grandmas, had pizza and played games all night, a good 5 hours worth.  Aiden decided early on that he wasn't going to miss a beat of what went on last night, and rang in the new year with us.........

Camden.........not so much.
