Its here.......shhh don't scare it away

I think summer may FINALLY be here, we spent yesterday outside, basking in the sun and all its glory......I think the kids were really glad to be able to play outside.

My grandma pulled out this rocking horse that I think my grandpa made this for my aunt when she was little, Camden got a little excited and a little to brave if you ask me, he was rocking it like a crazy man.

Camden later got in a fight with one of grandmas rose bushes, I went inside to use the bathroom and grandma thought Camden followed me, so then she went inside and all of the sudden we hear Camden crying at the back door, and there he was, with holes in his shirt and scratches on his face and chest.....poor baby!

Lions and tigers and bears.....oh my!

We had the pleasure of going to this zoo this weekend, the weather was beautiful so we took full advantage.

once the boys saw this train their was no turning back, we had to take a ride or 2, they were so excited

this picture just kills me, Aidens face is priceless, this is when we saw the elephants, he couldn't see them until I stood him up onto this bench and when he looked over he about had a heart attack!

Baby Keyia

No I didn't have ANOTHER baby, this is my newest neice Keyia.  My sister in law just had her second baby, she is now blessed with one boy who is 1 1/2 and this little cutie pie!

Here are the two beauties after their long adventurous day!  We now have the family in balance with 3 boys and 3 girls....(grandkids that is)

Easter!

We had a FUN easter, it all started with a harmless hunt for easter baskets which may or may not have been hidden in places such as the oven, and fridge.  

We later went to grandmas for dinner and ANOTHER easter egg hunt, Camden played baseball, Aiden ate every peice of candy he could find, and Haylee just played!

After taking his energy out on the baseball bat, Camden needed to refuel with  a cupcake, as you can see he didn't like the cupcake at all.

Girls Night.....sorta?!

I had such a fun girls night tonight, girls night with children that is, thanks to Steph!

Somehow she talked me into bringing the children, but haha jokes on you Steph, (they wouldn't leave her alone, she became their own personal jungle jim!)
