I created this blog, Universal Wisdom Enlightenment Mastery when I first retired from my business, The Massage Clinic in Stratford, Milford, Orange, and West Haven, CT. I personally held over 5,000 of the 8,000 appointments for holistic health counseling and massage therapy appointments.
Most of us feel that we are in control of our lives, that is, until some major and/or minor life situation trips us up. That is when you can lose your sure footing in life affecting your mental health.
As part of my holistic health counseling and massage therapy school curriculum at the Dove Star Institute, I became a Reiki Master Teacher. It is amazing that some of these posts are just as pertinent today. History has an interesting way of repeating itself when humanity does not pay close enough attention, as you will read. According to some estimates, there are roughly 4,200 religions, churches, denominations, religious bodies, faith groups, tribes, cultures, movements, among others.
What I notice is that as different as they all are, they say the same thing, “There is only one God, mine.”
I can’t help but remember the old Kennel Ration dog food commercial from when I was growing up as a kid. It went like this:
“My dog’s better than your dog.
“My dog’s better than yours,
“My dog’s better ‘coz he eats Kennel Ration,
“My dog’s better than yours.”
Remember? It came out in the 1950’s and 60’s.
We humans tend to do the same thing with God. We say there is only one God. Most people agree. Then they say, “Yes, my God.”
There are wars over this very point worldwide. When you really understand human history, what actually happened instead of the childish versions of any religion, you will see the dawning of history, science, and religions finally arriving at the truth of humanity, and what actually took place.
Is humanity’s pride and ego so big that humanity cannot learn anything other than what it was originally indoctrinated into believing?
I hope not.
I believe now is the time, with various churches closing and other churches honestly seeking truth of human origins beyond the fairy tales you have all been told, which are just allegories about the truth of the matter, that it is time to advance, much like our medicine culture has advanced beyond using remedies from the dark ages.
When I allowed myself to keep learning past the indoctrination I received as a child and young adult into my older years by zealous adults speaking with certainty, I stopped getting drawn into thinking and joining a wide variety of religious and/or spiritual groups, as if that is what I “should” do.
I believe what I “should” do is to keep learning. Unless I studied all religions, and especially what had been kept from me for unholy purposes, I finally realized I was still in the infant stage of religious and spiritual development regardless of chronical age.
My heart goes out to all of you because, if you are anything like me, I remained at this very state until I finally allowed myself to learn what had been kept away from my religious education until I was in my 60’s. I am shocked it took me that long.
It wasn’t that I wasn’t trying to get to the bottom of all my questions. I was very much motivated by the guilt; guilt that I could not leave my church (in many different states life took me to) which I had been baptized in for most of my life.
I had received weekly spiritual direction from my local priest for year, and even after when he became a bishop. How could I possibly leave my faith which I believed in with all my heart?
But how could I continue to have deep-seated questions that simply would not go away?
When I retired, I finally had the time to research for myself. I dug deep into everything I could find, including those books I had previously been told not to read because they were “apocryphal.”
Keep in mind, the word apocryphal only means hidden knowledge, not anti-Christ, nor anti-Jesus, nor anti-God.
I discovered when I allow myself to read and know what had been kept away from me, a more complete picture of accurate history unfolded. How could I not see this before?
What did I learn that had to be kept under wraps to such a degree that wars are being fought over which “God/god” is the “right “God/god?”
Sadly, this all has to do with semantics and human pride.
When you unravel the pages of human history, you finally come to the point where there really were giants walking among us, creating those huge megalith temples, pyramids found all over the globe. Mere human beings did not create these structures.
These huge beings, regardless of what you call them, giants, 200 fallen gods of the bible, Nephilim, were all over the Earth. They fought over territories and the people in them, and mating with the women, as Genesis 6 says.
They all fought to be the One True God, while each of these beings settled on particular areas of Earth, claiming the people as their own.
There is a reason why there are many religions all over the world. They all have their particular founding leader. All of these leaders, while they claimed to be the One True God, were for the people they watched over, but not all were the One True God for all of them.
This is why Jesus came to correct misinformation. He said, “My Father is not your father, but my father has become a father to you.” from The Second Revelation of James, page 336 in the Nag Hammadi Scriptures, the Revised and Updated Translation of Sacred Gnostic Texts, edited by Marvin Meyer.
Jesus taught that his Father was not your father. He taught this in both the Nag Hammadi Scriptures as well as in today’s bibles. You can find his words in John 8:37-38; John 8:42-47; and John 8:19 in today’s bibles, which are also included in my latest book, WISDOM, subtitled, FOR A HURTING WORLD.
John 8: 37-38 says, “I know you are Abraham’s descendants, but you are trying to kill Me because My word has no place within you. I speak of what I have seen in the presence of the Father, and you do what you have heard from your father.”
John 8:42-47, Jesus said to them, “If God were your Father, you would love Me, for I proceeded forth and have come from God, for I have not even come on My own initiative, but He sent Me. “Why do you not understand what I am saying? It is because you cannot hear My word. “You are of your father the devil, and you want to do the desires of your father. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth because there is no truth in him. Whenever he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own nature, for he is a liar and the father of lies. “But because I speak the truth, you do not believe Me. “Which one of you convicts Me of sin? If I speak truth, why do you not believe Me? “He who is of God hears the words of God; for this reason you do not hear them, because you are not of God.”
John 8:19, Then they asked him, “Where is your father?” “You do not know me or my Father,” Jesus replied. “If you knew me, you would know my Father also.”
Notice the upper case “F” and the lower case “f” in the words Father and father. This is not a typo. The first thing the Church Fathers indoctrinated the masses with was the notion and promotion that there is one God in the Nicaean Creed, from the First Ecumenical Council in 325 A.D. This council was called by Emperor Constantine to define the basic tenants of Christianity. The Nicaean Creed was also later expanded at the Second Ecumenical Council at Constantinople in 381 A.D. Since that time, the Nicaean Creed has greatly been changed as time went by and new challenges and theological questions arose from both inside and outside of Church thinking.
It is good to question how this pillar of belief could be pontificated when much of what Jesus said and taught was purposefully hidden. Who would not want you to know what other important information Jesus, the Savior, came to tell you?
The only time when dark energies, which personify as hate-filled agendas, crime, and evil take place, is when enough good people do nothing.
There is much that you can do in your everyday life to help this world and where you live to lower the temperature of ego-filled and hostile attitudes. Be the first to find the missing empathy, compassion, Love and Light it takes to create a new healing path forward.
You can do this.
It is not about being right or wrong. It is about the gentle touch of your perspective about what all sides of the situation is going through, especially in complicated situations. No amount of retribution, threats, and negative options quells the insanity of perpetual violence. That only creates more, because what you focus on GROWS.
Now in the time to join to find more peaceful solutions to everyday family, work and social life. It is time to lower the hostile temperature that is increasingly spilling out into the world.
It all begins with you.
The wars of the world are only a side effect of the attitudes that each of us fuel every time we chose thought, words, and actions of the lower vibrational frequencies, such as fighting and not repairing all kinds of relationships when humanly possible.
It is so much easier to blame the other guy, but that solves nothing. Every person has the responsibility to create a better world in which to live.
All energy from moods, feelings, thoughts, words, and actions result from the fuel you ignite them with. They can change in the blink of an eye, but first you must be willing to try, or try again, or try again for the hundredth time.
I challenge every human being who reads this post, regardless of where you live in the world, to join me in purposefully choosing to make more empathetic, sympathetic, understanding, and compassionate thoughts words and actions from now on in every decision we make.
This is one way to stop the hate that appears to be running like the wild stallions across the plains. Be the impetus for change, change for a better tomorrow for everyone in the entire world.

They don’t try to force it open. Instead, they pay attention to their own behavior, look at the situation at hand, and find a new, different, and creative way to get beyond the obstacles.” Dr. Judith Orloff
You know when you are being manipulated by others using the all-familiar tactics of fear, obligation and guilt. But at other times, you can be entangled in the web of other people’s preconceived control-freak game before you are consciously aware it is taking place. This is when others will set up or spin situations to their benefit, much to the infringement of your own free will and immediate knowledge. This is bullying. This is abuse.
1. What is the telltale sign this is happening to you?
2. How do you make it stop?
3. How do you get control of your life back without threats by others?
If you are being bullied, tell someone. Seek counseling.
If you are being abused, tell someone. Seek counseling.
Has anyone ever said to you, “You need to do this, that or the other thing, or else I won’t speak to you anymore,’ or, ‘If you speak to that person, I will never talk to you again,’ or, ‘Stop it, or else I won’t love you, speak to you, or have you in my life anymore.’?”
If so, and you go along with it, you have been or are being manipulated.
Sadly, this is even used as a weapon in divorces. If you go along with the manipulator’s whims, you will only be able to speak with or associate with only the people manipulator says can be in your life, or any other conditions they wish to control. Sometimes the abuser of manipulation uses other threats, but there is always a threat involving the relationship you and the abuser share. It’s a control-freak game.
Manipulation and guilt are forms of psychological and emotional abuse.
Once it is recognized by the victim, health only returns to the person who has been bullied by manipulation tactics when the situation is addressed. It requires a one-on-one communication with the manipulator, no middleman or referee. Once anyone has stepped between the manipulator and the person being manipulated, no healing can take place until or if the manipulator and the person being manipulated address the situation personally.
Once the manipulation abuser becomes aware that they themselves were often first manipulated by this bullying technique, their mental state can only become healthy when they recognize how manipulation first restricted them and fully acknowledge that fact. It is quite an eye-opener.
At first it is a hard pill to swallow because manipulation abusers want to justify their past actions. It hurts when the manipulator first comes to the realization that they themselves were first victims of bullying, manipulating games by those they loved, or included in their lives through work, social and all other human interaction circles.
Families, mothers and daughters, fathers and sons, and other family relations, work relations, and all other human interactions have been split up by these hurtful words lasting a lifetime. Sometimes it is over a one-way situation, leaving one person in the two-step manipulation dance of avoidance totally in the dark. For non-family manipulation and bullying situations, you can simply walk away. But when it comes to family, it is good to know that these situations can heal if both sides care to work on it.
Manipulating to get your way is a childish act, something two-year old children discover to be very effective. In the maturing process, sometimes we all forget to be better people.
Once someone has been the victim earlier in their life in the manipulation game, they have also learned how to be manipulators themselves, continuing the control-freak downward spiral. If they are smart, and many are, and recognize that they do not want to pass on the terrible bullying and manipulation tendencies to continue the victimization cycle, they stop, seek restitution to the relationship, opening the door to forgiveness. This takes inner fortitude. It is difficult, not impossible.
The victimization cycle can be broken. You can emotionally and psychologically grow up. But it requires brutal honesty with yourself. It also requires a forgiving heart, not just for those you may have victimized, but also for yourself. You can be the world’s worst critic of yourself if this happens to be you. You need to learn how to forgive yourself so you can then forgive those you have hurt by your own thoughts, words and actions.Healing is possible.
Sometimes it is harder for those of you who were or still are victims to forgive your emotional and psychological manipulation and bully transgressors. But this also can happen, even if the manipulation bully-abuser has deceased. It is the forgiving intention and action that heals the heart.
Most often these situations brew over time. It is less rare that bully abusers pop up overnight. It happens in families. It happens in work, social, religious, educational, financial, governments and all human interaction circles. Manipulation caused by intentional fear is at the root of the guilt and obligation you feel in these cases.
Sometimes the manipulator succeeds in twisting the truth so much that you are led to assume that you are the one who is at fault and need to get the blame for the broken relationship. At other times innocent characters get slandered when truth twisting gets neatly spun into a web of convenient lies, as if manipulating and bullying aren’t devious enough.
This is part of the intended victimization process. But once light dawns and you see things clearly for what is actually taking place, you can take a deep breath and begin to do what you can to heal the situation when such opportunities arise.
If the possibility of healing does not present itself, YOU DO NOT STAY IN THE VICTIM ROLE. You do what you can and move on and live your life peacefully with faith, hope and love. Those are the only answers.
If emotional and psychological healing is what you want for both sides, then you might first lean on prayer. Prayer cannot be underrated and may be the only thing that can work when all else fails. What you focus on grows. I suggest you focus on healing the relationship whenever possible.
Healing involves a decision. To move past unbelievable hurt in broken relationships, you need to be ready for reconciliation when it becomes possible and desired, if ever it happens, even when you think this opportunity might never present itself.

It is never too late to mend a broken relationship while people are still alive.
Preston Ni, a professor, presenter, private coach and author of Communication Success With Four Personality Types and How To Communicate Effectively And Handle Difficult People, authored the article in Psychology Today entitled, 14 Signs Of Psychological And Emotional Manipulation. His 14 signs of psychological and emotional manipulation are listed below.
Relationships can be confusing. To help clarify what you are going through and to decide the best way to proceed to a healthier state, it is good to look at the 14 Signs Of Psychological And Emotional Manipulation. It will help to recognize manipulative signs to put a stop to them, either by you being the manipulator or by you being the abused victim of the manipulator.
Here are the 14 Signs Of Psychological And Emotional Manipulation:
“Psychological manipulation can be defined as the exercise of undue influence through mental distortion and emotional exploitation, with the intention to seize power, control, benefits and/or privileges at the victim’s expense.
“It is important to distinguish healthy social influence from psychological manipulation. Healthy social influence occurs between most people and is part of the give and take of constructive relationships. In psychological manipulation, one person is used for the benefit of another. The manipulator deliberately creates an imbalance of power, and exploits the victim to serve his or her agenda,” Ni says.
Ni lists 14 tell-tail signs to watch out for:
1. A manipulative individual may insist on you meeting and interacting in a physical space where he or she can exercise more dominance and control. This can be the manipulator’s office, home, car, or other spaces where he feels ownership and familiarity (and where you lack them).
2. Many salespeople do this when they prospect you. By asking you general and probing questions, they establish a baseline about your thinking and behavior, from which they can then evaluate your strengths and weaknesses. This type of questioning with hidden agenda can also occur at the workplace or in personal relationships.
3. Manipulation of facts is another sign to watch out for. Examples of this include lying, excuse making, being two faced, blaming the victim for causing their own victimization, deformation of the truth, strategic disclosure or withholding of key information, exaggeration, understatement, and have a one-sided bias of issue.
4. Some individuals enjoy “intellectual bullying” by presuming to be the expert and most knowledgeable in certain areas. They take advantage of you by imposing alleged facts, statistics, and other data you may know little about. This can happen in sales and financial situations, in professional discussions and negotiations, as well as in social and relational arguments. By presuming expert power over you, the manipulator hopes to push through her or his agenda more convincingly. Some people use this technique for no other reason than to feel a sense of intellectual superiority.
5. Certain people use bureaucracy – paperwork, procedures, laws and by-laws, committees, and other roadblocks to maintain their position and power, while making your life more difficult. This technique can also be used to delay fact finding and truth seeking, hide flaws and weaknesses, and evade scrutiny.
6. Some individuals raise their voice during discussions as a form of aggressive manipulation. The assumption may be that if they project their voice loudly enough, or display negative emotions, you’ll submit to their coercion and give them what they want. The aggressive voice is frequently combined with strong body language such as standing or excited gestures to increase impact.
7. Some people use negative surprises to put you off balance and gain a psychological advantage. This can range from low balling in a negotiation situation, to a sudden profession that she or he will not be able to come through and deliver in some way. Typically, the unexpected negative information comes without warning, so you have little time to prepare and counter their move. The manipulator may ask for additional concessions from you in order to continue working with you.
8. This is a common sales and negotiation tactic, where the manipulator puts pressure on you to make a decision before you’re ready. By applying tension and control onto you, it is hoped that you will “crack” and give in to the aggressor’s demands.
9. Some manipulators like to make critical remarks, often disguised as humor or sarcasm, to make you seem inferior and less secure. Examples can include any variety of comments ranging from your appearance, to your older model smart phone, to your background and credentials, to the fact that you walked in two minutes late and out of breath. By making you look bad, and getting you to feel bad, the aggressor hopes to impose psychological superiority over you.
10. Distinct from the previous behavior where negative humor is used as a cover, here the manipulator outright picks on you. By constantly marginalizing, ridiculing, and dismissing you, she or he keeps you off-balance and maintains her superiority. The aggressor deliberately fosters the impression that there’s always something wrong with you, and that no matter how hard you try, you are inadequate and will never be good enough. Significantly, the manipulator focuses on the negative without providing genuine and constructive solutions or offering meaningful ways to help.
11. By deliberately not responding to your reasonable calls, text messages, emails, or other inquiries, the manipulator presumes power by making you wait, and intends to place doubt and uncertainty in your mind. The silent treatment is a head game where silence is used as a form of leverage.
12. Pretending ignorance is the classic “playing dumb” tactic. By pretending, she or he doesn’t understand what you want, or what you want her to do. The manipulation/passive aggressive person makes you take on what is her responsibility and gets you to break a sweat. Some children use this tactic in order to delay, stall, and manipulate adults into doing for them what they don’t want to do. Some grownups use this tactic as well when they have something to hide, or obligation they wish to avoid.
13. Guilt baiting and unreasonable blaming is used, targeting the recipient’s soft spot, holding another responsible for the manipulator’s happiness and success, or unhappiness and failure.
14. Examples of victimhood include exaggerated or imagined personal issues, exaggerated or imagined health issues, dependency, co-dependency, deliberate frailty to elicit sympathy and favor, playing weak, powerless or pretending to be a martyr. The purpose of manipulative victimhood is often to exploit the recipient’s good will, guilty conscience, sense of duty, obligation, or protective and nurturing instinct, in order to extract unreasonable benefits and concessions.
We may all see ourselves in one role or another as we look back on our lives. Growth in character and psychological and emotional development is always possible. We can always choose to be better people.
YHWH was not the only Elohim written about in the Old Testament. Elohim is the plural of the word El, which means only one of the Elohim. Biblical interpreters and writers often changed the word “Elohim” and “El” to the word “God,” or “Lord.” It is time to take off the cloak of indoctrination and study the words of the bible exactly as they are written, without the spin of particular belief systems.
Mauro Biglino in his book, GODS OF THE BIBLE, goes into a detailed account of bible history. If anyone can interpret the bible into accurate understanding into today’s world, it is Biglino. He is an Italian biblical scholar translator, popularizer, and best-selling author for Mondadari, one of the major publishing houses in Italy.
During his career, Biglino has directed and supervised the translation and publication of 17 books of the Old Testament for Edizioni San Paolo, Italy’s main Catholic publisher, whose Vatican-approved texts are used in theological, ancient Hebrew, and biblical studies schools and universities.
Notice that his discoveries in interpreting the Old Testament do not agree with Catholic teaching in his book, GODS OF THE BIBLE.
Don’t you want to know what he discovered?
The ancient historical book, Wars of YHWH, has been “lost.” Old Testament wars killed all the men, women who had slept with men, and the children. The only people they kept were the virgin women in the war between the Israelites and the Midianites.
Numbers 31:32-40 tells the plunder of war when YHWH gets 32 women who had never that had never slept with a man. In this war, the tribute to the “Lord” also included 675 sheep, 72 cattle, 61 donkeys. He also got 420 pounds of gold, which in today’s market would be about 270 million dollars..
Now why would a spiritual “God” need to have 32 virgins and 420 pounds of gold?
The more you allow yourself to read and comprehend what actually happened, which is most likely different from what you have heard from pulpits, the more you will begin to understand what literally took place in Old Testament days. You don’t have to put “spin” on it and turn it into something other than what the words say.
Also notice that Jesus taught the same thing when he said, “My Father is not your father, but my Father has become a father to you. Notice the capital F and lower-case f in this statement, found in the writings of Thomas and James in the Nag Hammadi writings, which has been kept from your eyes until now.
Accurate history is important.
History matters.
You matter.
Have you ever wondered who built the pyramids, or why the Ishtar Gate, is so huge?
Ishtar is also known in history as Isis and Astarte. Throughout the annals of time, the stories throughout history have been told and re-told by various cultures who used the same personalities called by different names to tell their versions.
Those “Fallen Angels,” “Elohim, otherwise known as, “Gods of the Bible,” as Biglino puts it, were the beings that lorded it over the humans in many ways at that time.
YHWH was just one of the many, also known as those 200 “Fallen Angels” of Revelation 12:9 who descended to Earth at that time. Moses had to question which of them he was speaking with when he asked YHWH in Exodus 3:13 where he addresses God (Elohim) and asks, “Suppose I go to the people of Israel and say to them, ‘The Elohim of your ancestors has sent me to you,’ and they ask me, ‘What is his name?’ What should I tell them?”
The Hebrews called YHWH, “Ish Milchamah.” The Hebrew translation of YHWH means “Man of War,” according to Biglino. Notice how he threatens all people not to follow any of the other Elohim or he will kill them and everyone else who does not “choose” to follow him.
In Exodus 18, Moses’ father-in-law, Jethro (Reuel), comments on Moses’ success in leading the Israelites out of Egypt. He expresses his joy and admiration by exclaiming: “Now I realize that Yahweh is greater than all the Elohim.” Exodus 18:11
Biglino asks:
If the term “Elohim” indicates Yahweh-God in the singular, how can “God” be greater than all the Elohim?
Why is “Elohim” accompanied in Hebrew by an adjective meaning “all, everyone, each?” What is the point of using this adjective if “only one” exists?
Why does an article precede the term “Elohim?”
What did Jethro mean? Did he mean that Yahweh is greater than all the “judges” (one of the terms used by commentators to justify the plural ending of the term “Elohim”)? Can one imagine a more blatant banality than this?
Biglino continues:
Suppose, instead the term “Elohim” denotes both a plurality of individuals and their actions as a group, the above questions become irrelevant, and the passage becomes understandable without needing explanation or interpretation.
Look at Exodus 20. In enumerating the Ten Commandments, the alleged “God” begins with an assertion that leaves no room for interpretation:
“I am Yahweh your Elohim, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the land of slavery. You shall have no other Elohim before me.”
“Do what I say or die,” is the mantra of YHWH, according to all ancient texts including the Bible.
While the “Elohim” lived long lives, they did die, but their Spirits, being flickers of the Limitless Living Light of Eternal Universal Life Force Energy, did not die. The same is true of your and my Spirits/Souls which return from where they originally came.
You and I have the glorious choice to live in freedom with empathy, compassion, and Limitless Living Love of Eternal Universal Life Force Energy, or live with the vengeance promised by YHWH.
YHWH claims to be the one and only “God,” which further research suggests he is not.
It does not matter what political, religious or social group you align yourself with. Empathy and compassion are the traits to include in every decision you make.
It is all about building up, not tearing down.
It is time to focus on healing each other individually, like the whales assist one seal at a time in reaching safety.
What you focus on grows.
It is time to build a more empathetic and compassionate society for all people of every country.
No person or country can ever kill enough people to even the score or teach a lesson.
That only creates more terrorists on all sides.
We will all reap the seeds we sow.
I suggest using relationship building techniques based on genuine Love and Peace for a more Loving and Peaceful path forward.
Humanity will pay the price of every decision we individually make.
Recovering the mental health of a country can only take place when truth, honesty and integrity manifest as helpful tools for seemingly complicated situations.

When the fertile seeds of innovation, entrepreneurship, leadership combine with common sense, healing humanity and the world at large naturally occurs. If this is not occurring in your area in this one world we all live on, this is an opportunity to begin to refocus on building up rather than tearing down. Whatever we focus on grows.
It is not possible to kill enough people to even the death score, make an egotistical point of supposed righteousness, or annihilate every person on the planet with whom you disagree, and still have a planet to live on.
It takes the cooling down of the insanity of dueling prideful egos. We see this when children act out as if fighting back is the only answer.
There is another way.
The other way to problem solving involves something every religion throughout all of history has stated in one form or another. Jesus also taught this. It is known as the Golden Rule.
Most religions all over the world have this rule in their belief systems. If we treated other people in the way we want to be treated, we would treat people with more dignity, empathy and compassion.
Healing begins when two or more people, or two or more countries decide that they want to advance humanity and build better tomorrows for all involved.

Another example of the countries of the world rising their sights above the worst that humanity has to offer to each other is the Boston Marathon. Citizens from over 100 countries participate in this yearly event.
Can you imagine the benefit to every person on the planet if greed in all its mind-altering addictions could be tamed?

Luke 22:50-51 says, “And one of them struck the servant of the high priest, cutting off his right ear. But Jesus answered, “No more of this!” And he touched the man’s ear and healed him.” New International Version (NIV)
If any flavor of Christian claims to follow Jesus Christ of Nazareth, the answer to violence, even if it is deemed justified, is not the path forward. Peter learned this the hard way. Jesus healed the severed ear of the High Priest immediately after Peter had cut it off.
How do you, your congregation, your state, and your country handle conflict?
If you are a Christian, the path forward is to promote peace, empathy, and compassion, based on the teachings of the Golden Rule taught in Matthew 7 and Luke 6:31.
Saving the most life matters. You matter. All human life matters.
It depends on which god, or God you follow. Jesus taught his apostles, disciples, and all humanity about the Energy of his Father. There is a difference between the loving God, Father of Jesus Christ, and the father of the evil spawn whose energy is also an option for some people.
How are you to know which “god/God” is which?
Anything that does not originate with Love, Joy, Peace, Forbearance, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, and Self-Control, comes from an unholy source, according to Galatians 5:22-23, and not the Father of Jesus Christ. Going against these virtues is not what Jesus Christ taught. All humanity has a choice.
Within your human DNA, you have the seeds to water the good, or the not good, what some people call evil. You have a conscience with the free will to choose good over evil or evil over good. The choice is yours every minute of every day.
Placing the blame game is the height of immaturity. Now is a good time to take stock of who you are, what is important to you, and how you wish to make decisions for the rest of your life.
You were born with free will, to live in freedom to be a human being, by virtue of your birth. Jesus Christ came to Earth to help us all with this, just as Buddha and Krishna did.
Post crucifixion, Jesus the Christ, went back to India, Tibet, and ended up in Kashmir. Luke, the physician, knew all about the healing foods and wound treatment that helped him heal. Jesus continued working with Thomas in India when he was back with the people he loved, and who loved him. Jesus had often traveled to India with Joseph of Arimathea, his uncle, a trader of tin.
It was said that people had a hard time telling Jesus and Thomas apart because they looked so similar. Remember, the name Thomas means twin. It is critical that you allow yourself to keep learning. Who is it that tells you that you are “not allowed” to learn more than the words and life of Jesus between the ages 12 and 30, and again from his ages 33 to 120?
How you think about things is crucial. You control your thoughts. They do not control you. Nor does anyone control you or your thoughts and belief system.
If you do not like how you are feeling, change how you are thinking. Notice your relationship, employment, or self-sabotage patterns. Do they repeat?
You are not at the mercy of negative or harmful thoughts, nor habits, like a wolf destroying its prey. Rather, “BE THE DUCK.” I came up with this concept myself. I never read or was taught that anywhere. But after a lifetime of teaching, I am now beginning to hear “BE THE DUCK,” as holistic counseling guidance for many mental roadblocks. I kept a painted porcelain duck in each of my four offices as a gentle reminder.
A duck on the pond goes into the muck at the bottom, eating the tender plants, then bounces back on top of the water without the slime of the bottom sticking to it. When it is done, it simply flies off to where it wants to go. The duck does not smash its wings on the water in fits of anger and despair. You are in charge of you. What you think about, you bring about. It is a decision you make. You can decide to physically get up, stretch, take some deep breaths, taking fifteen of them lowers your blood pressure, for example. Change your thoughts to something more pleasant, like, what might you like to do next for a mini vacation, or something new you might like to try out, like music, art, or anything else.
Allow yourself to explore what you have been told, especially things that have been told to you repeatedly. Indoctrination usually happens slowly to all people who buy into the systems of thinking and belief without proper and adequate free will on your part. Don’t swallow everything you hear, hook, line, and sinker, like a mindless bass at the mercy of the attractive spinner bait on someone else’s fishing line.
These indoctrinations apply to political, religious, and social groups, most of whom want to claim your personal power, your fame which is your reputation, and the keys to your cash for their own. You will know when things feel “off’ because of that uneasy feeling you get inside when you finally recognize the truth, but do not know how to deal with it. Often indoctrination is so deeply ingrained.
This happens in politics, especially when you grow up in a house with parents agreeing with their boss’ way of thinking. I’ve seen poor laborers and veterans buy into the lies told them by their wealthy bosses and politicians, who vote in ways that take away their benefits, because it takes less taxes out of the rich man’s pockets, something that only benefits the wealthy.
It takes a lot of “spin” to spin the dysfunctional lie of the trickle-down theory, that those at the top of the wealth game will definitely share those resources with the “lesser riff raff” below them. History proves that most of the wealthiest at the top hoard, not share, otherwise there would be no poor, hungry, or destitute in the world. Money is not the bottom line in every scenario of life.
Religions do the same thing, saying they are Pro-Life, while simultaneously voting for the likes of people who have no problem ripping nursing babies away from their mothers who are fleeing situations of rape, murder, and drug cartel futures for themselves and their children, and putting them in cages. Conspiracy theories, which are nothing more than creative lies, spread like wildfire, like gossip does. These are the marks of the fallen angels and the Nephilim.
Pro-life means all life, not only human life within the womb, and not only for white-skinned, blue-eyed people with blond hair. It also means the homeless and hungry veteran on the street. Statements like, “Go get a job, you bum,” have no place in a civil society that pretends it is Pro-Life. You can be Pro-Life for all people, without classification and judgment. You can make a better life for all people and the planet.
Pro-Life also means protecting the life of the mother who is going to die if the fetus grows within her fallopian tubes, that is also going to die in this scenario. This would be murder, not Pro-Life. Saving the most life matters.
Bring your awareness to include the invisible forces of nature that are all around you. Humanity has made astounding advances in technology, medicine, and the sciences, while simultaneously dumbing down intelligence, goodwill, and social graces. The arrogant and proudful boasts of who can be the most vulgar, crass, and chaotic among us spill out into social media, television, radio, out of the mouths of babes in schools, on the bus, at sporting events, and onto the world’s stage. This evolution of the human species has gravitated to the lowest common denominator in many cases, such as the world’s latest archaic battlefields. This is human regression, not advancement.
What is it that is missing in many of the minds and mouths of humanity?
Common dignity, respect, and knowledge of who and what we truly are makes all the difference in the world and throughout the cosmos, literally. Notice there has never been a time in planetary and personal history that has not included war among people. However, empathy and compassion are healthy tools to use in problem solving and conflict resolution.
Jesus told us in Matthew 24:12 that in these last days that lawlessness will increase, making hearts grow cold as ice. We do see this happening. The key is to remain human rather than join the ranks of inhuman fallen angel and Nephilim Spirit induced behavior. We try to teach this to our children at very young ages, as in the movie Pinocchio, with Jiminy Cricket singing, “Let your conscience be your guide.” Each of us can only take care of this within ourselves, and within the laws promoting life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness for all humanity; not only for the rich and powerful special interests that reap huge profits in the drug, gun, and human trafficking industries.
Reclaiming your personal power is no one else’s business but your own. You know this. But how many times do you find yourself caving to someone else’s whims, demands, temper tantrums, bosses’ unrealistic protocol, and unethical practices just to get to the end of your day by saying “Yes” when you mean “No?”
There are ways to achieve what you need to do without self-sabotaging yourself. This can be a bit of a tightrope walk between your goals and aspirations and those of others, while maintaining a good conscience and intact energy system. There is more to you than you know, more depth of understanding, more integrity, magnanimous spirit, joy in each moment, inspirational thoughts, and more life-affirming, regenerative behaviors you can manifest.
Re-member who you are.
The loss of empathy and compassion in the world today is astounding.
In your corner of the world, it does not have to be like that. Your problems and life situations are no different than the next person. Every human being wants enough food to eat, decent clothes to wear, and a place to lay their head at the end of the day, preferably staying warm and dry in the process, without war, bloodshed, and violence. These are human necessities. Humanity has traded empathy and compassion for extreme judgment in the present moment in history in many cases. Money is not the bottom line and will most likely not save your Soul unless you use it as a tool, not as a god.
While we do need to judge safe surroundings and safe relationships, judging can be harmful when we judge others by different rules than when we judge ourselves. People of color are no different from white people. People of different races are no different from Anglo-Saxon genealogies. People of different languages are no different from those who speak your native tongue.
Realize you are no better than anyone else in the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning, queer, intersex, pansexual, two-spirit (2S), androgynous, asexual, (LGBTQQIPSAA) and ally community. The term two-spirit is used by some indigenous North Americans to describe those who fulfil a traditional third-gender ceremonial role. People are people. Stop with the incessant and harmful judging as Jesus told us in Matthew 7:1.
The separations within our hearts, minds, and voices are not those of human inventions. This is part of the influence of the fallen angel and Nephilim spiritual DNA within each person since the beginning of humanity. The global flood is said to have wiped out all the physical manifestations of the fallen angels and their children, the Nephilim, but not their unholy Spirits/Souls.
Remember also that the Original Sin placed upon Adam and Eve is that of the fallen angels, not humanity. Once this reality seeps into the crack of our questions, the freedom to be who we truly are allows for more breath of vision and comprehension. This knowledge opens the door to finally being able to answer the age-old question of why cruelty and oppression of people and manipulation of material goods and selfish greed happen.
Our home, the Earth, will be a better place if we can learn to go beyond what old-fashioned people traditionally call normal, which is using the “norm” as a type of measuring stick. This word, normal, has become a taboo in today’s vocabulary. Yet there are standards and principles in which all people can benefit, such as generosity, kindness, and forgiveness, for yourself and others that can make the world a better place in which to live. The word “normal” has been hijacked in modern language. It is not a bad word.
Just because something is different does not make it bad. Without a sense of what good has been built upon in the past, we unconsciously strip the guardrails of life and toss out what has been working for generations, much like using phonics to teach the English language is probably better than leaning how to read using only picture books in elementary schools. For example, does the picture refer to a horse or a pony? You can be generous, kind, and forgiving to everyone, including yourself.
Expect miracles, those fragrant flowers appearing in your wildest dreams, hopes, and aspirations. Miracles still happen today even in the most difficult of circumstances. Expect the unexpected. There is more to you than you realize. Be the open door, allowing healing, recovery, and next positive steps to take place. Be the change you want to see in the world, as Mahatma Gandhi said. Be the beauty. Be the wonder. Be the inspiration for yourself and others. Miracles happen every day, but if you are not looking for them you will never see them.
It is good to have boundaries. A lake without a boundary is a swamp.
But having boundaries of what you will and will not allow in your life is different from expecting miracles, and/or making harsh judgments. Eternal Universal Life Force Energy is waiting for your blueprint to be put into action. What are your desires for your future, relationships, employment, life? Meditate on the exact qualities you want to attract in your life.
The emotional, mental, physical, and Light (Spiritual) bodies tell on you, even when you may not be consciously aware of why things are happening the way they are. Your emotional thought process emanates out from you. Your aura, as part of your Lightbody, is your report card, your real-time review of your life moment to moment. The reality of your life includes all parts of you, not just the physical body.
You can mature in body, mind, and spirit. It is your Soul’s mission to experience all levels of you, including Soul awareness, the Light of Divine Essence within you. This is your I AM Presence. Realizing this is also part of the Ascension process, being able to release what no longer serves you. Recognize when you are in the mode of fear, obligation, guilt (FOG), and/or manipulation. You might be the aggressor, or you might be the temporary victim, either way is not good for you. No one owns the right to your personal happiness. You do.
Do you believe you can change?
No situation, nor does any other person own the rights to your Soul. Jesus taught that you are the Temple and a Spark of Eternal Universal Life Force Energy, otherwise known as the Holy Spirit aspect of “God.” Re-member this, as in re-connecting to the Larger Whole Eternal Life Force Energy. Re-member to breathe. Your breath is life to you. Where does your breath come from? You first received oxygen from your mother’s blood flow through the umbilical cord and into your body. At birth, you drew in your first breaths, which seemed revolutionary to you. But you did it. The hardest thing for any human being is to be born.
Fear is the void waiting for you to step up and live fully, with no guilt or ligation. You own the rights to your own thoughts, words, and actions. Release fear and never be manipulated again.
You were created “in their image and likeness.”
Namaste means the God in me recognizes the God in you.
Look for new things to learn every day. I have a habit of saying out loud when I discover something new, “That’s the new thing I learned today.” I am on the lookout for something new each day. When you are on the lookout for something you have not seen, heard, or felt before, it jumps out at you, if you are aware and alert.
Jesus spent time in India, the Himalayas, and Tibet. His famous Sermon on the Mount comes straight out of The Upanishads of India. Jesus would have had to travel to India prior to his Sermon on the Mount in Matthew 5 to have had his words carry the same meaning so closely stated.
The book, Living In Freedom & Love Without Conditions by Phyllis M. Brooks, mentions that Joseph of Arimathea was a trader of tin and was the uncle of Jesus. He took Jesus on several merchant trips by boat and by land to India during those eighteen missing years of Jesus life, from ages twelve to thirty, but you have never heard about in today’s bible. When you read about his travels to India, and learn what Jesus learned, you discover that the sages of India over two thousand years ago embarked on an experiment that is worth repeating today. This is the reason The Upanishads rolled off the tongue of Jesus so easily at his famous Sermon on the Mount. There are enormous amounts of Wisdom in The Upanishads.
Rather than focusing on the outside of life, Hindu and Buddhist sages focused on what is inside humanity, consciousness, and the Energy that lies within each one of us. They discovered the changeless reality of what this book (IN THEIR IMAGE AND LIKENESS) is about, what Aldous Huxley called Perennial Philosophy, the Eternal Well-Spring of the Eternal Universal Life Force Energy.
Can you discover this deepest part of you, the God-realization that dwells within you, as Jesus taught?
You and I deal with the Four Forces every day. Think of your own energy system. There are days when your mind is bright, and your body is filled with energy. These days you can move mountains. After you have completed your tasks, you feel the need for rest and recouperation, or at least a cup of tea. If you allow yourself to go deeper, you can contemplate, meditate, and pray, earning you the rewards only the angels experience, bringing your Soul to new heights of spiritual awakening.
But it is not spiritual escapism you seek. It is integration that is important. Only then might you feel the necessity for grounding your body, mind, and spirit. This is not only for the monks in monasteries, nor only for Jesus in union with the Father. You can ground this mountain top experience by being firmly planted right where you are, in the middle of your life. You cannot ascend until you are fully grounded here on Earth. Bloom where you are planted.
Most people go to holistic counseling for a drugless therapy that places them more in control of their runaway life, like a merry-go-round, spinning in circles with no end in sight.
What is the one thing that helps more than any other?
Knowing that what you focus on grows until it becomes its own animal that can either help or hurt you. It’s the “animal” within you fed by your thoughts that grows. Will you feed the negative or positive thought?
After examining religions very carefully, I believe the Cathars were murdered for their belief in two “Gods.” Catholic Christians, aligned with Constantine and the Roman government at that time, claimed the murderous “god” of the Old Testament was the same “God” as the Father of Jesus. However, Jesus pointed out in the New Testament that these two “Gods” are vastly different.
The Nag Hammadi Scriptures, and the Books of Enoch, agree with what the Cathars believed. By reading the Dead Sea Scrolls, if you can stomach the blood and the gore, it is easy to see the influence of the living Spirits of the fallen angels taking over the Jewish belief system.
The cults of the Jewish and Catholic faiths, all myriad Christian religions, and other denominations that claim there is only one “God,” have toed the man-made line, drawn in the sand by the fallen angels through their DNA, and instruments of war, using swords and clubs throughout the ages, to today’s guns, war machines, and cyber warfare. Their tactics have not changed historically.
My struggle with every religion I have studied, is the insistence that the “God” of the Old Testament is a loving God. If you do what you are told to do, this “God” won’t kill you. I asked every bishop, priest, minister, and elder I came across how a good God could wipe out every innocent child, animal, and vegetable, treating them one and the same thing as the evildoers in the towns of Sodom and Gomorrah, told in Genesis 19.
What good “God” would do that?
The same type of thing happened when the “Lord” sent an angel to kill 185,000 men, women, and children at the Assyrian camp to deliver Jerusalem back to the Jewish people in Isaiah 37:36. Killing, murder, rape, and war are the tools of the trade of the fallen angels, whose Spirits/Souls never die since they were not allowed back into heaven, and were assigned to the vicinity of the Earth.
The Spirits of the fallen angels have turned into today’s demons. They hide in plain sight. These dark and negative energetic entities are still among us. It is easy to see this dark influence in every country on Earth throughout history down to modern times. Humanity’s saving grace is the fact that we have free will. We do not have to choose dark and sinister ways in life.
The good news is that it is not only the dark energy that has survived. There is also the Light within the life force of every single human being. The Light is the Eternal Universal Life Force Energy which Jesus told us in Luke 17:20-21 that is within every human being, animating each person on Earth. We have the choice to learn about this Light and use it, or not, depending on how we use our free will.
You are not a victim, no matter what conditions in which you find yourself. Know that prior to this life, you chose the situations from which you thought that you could benefit and grow. This is all about the ascension process. Life’s dilemmas will continue to pop up “unexpectedly” until you learn how to stand up for yourself peacefully and lovingly. You have contracted with others in your circle, agreeing to work together for this process, sometimes emotionally, mentally, physically, or spiritually painful as you mature in your life. This can take hundreds if not thousands of lifetimes, or you and I can buckle down and get right to it, resulting to ascending after this lifetime.
Have you found yourself in a cult, or a group of people who operate within the paradigm of a cult?
Ask yourself if your voice has been taken over by another political or religious loudspeaker. Everyone wants to believe that they are in control of their own thoughts and beliefs. It is easy to be duped. If this has happened to you, know that you are not alone.
Coming to realize that you have handed over your personal power to a strong group that lied to you is shockingly embarrassing and painful. Reclaim your free will and use your personal freedom to let your voice be heard, even if it does not agree with the other voices around you. Know that you can break free of the dominance of others, their mind-control, and their bullying attitudes.
Notice if your politics, religion or social group promises peace, lower prices and better working systems, but produces the opposite.
Are you a victim of a crime, domestic abuse, child abuse, sexual abuse, drug and/or alcohol abuse, gossip, and slander by others? Report it. Get counseling. Know it is possible to live with dignity and integrity, past painful moments. Life is what you make it. Make your life beautiful.

If we focus on peace and reconciliation, we will foster more human responses.
This is the reason we have a conscience, because we are so powerful, we can choose evil over good, just as easy as we can choose good over evil any minute of any day. The choice is ours.
This book features chapters on personal healing for your mind, body, and spirit. There is more to you than you most likely realize. You affect so many people. You are worthy.
You are worthy of love.
You are worthy of life.
We all make mistakes. There is not one human being on the face of this planet that has not made mistakes. Join the club.
The solution to all ills within yourself and in the entire world begins with you. You are that important. No matter what your life has brought you thus far, know that you are amazing. You have the ability to right your own ship.
You can also contribute to making this one world we all live on a better place to live.

The first chapter of Jesus in India, by Mirza Ghulam Admad mirrors the in-depth work of Nicolas Notovitch in 1894, a Crimean Jewish adventurer who claimed to be a Russian aristocrat, spy, and journalist. Notovitch also tracked Jesus into India, Tibet, and Kashmir, uncovering history of Jesus which reports that he dies of natural old age. These are not the only accounts of Jesus surviving the crucifixion. There is more to this story that warrants further investigation. …
Admad points out the well-known history, that seven hundred, twenty-one years before Jesus was born, the ten tribes of Israel were taken prisoner from Samaria by Shalmaneser, King of Assur, to Media. Jesus tracked the lineage of his family tree through this region and India, like we track our ancestry using genealogical searches to discover our own family tree roots. This was the same time frame of the Jewish capture and exile into Babylon, east of Israel, historically known as the Babylonian exile. While the Temple was reconstructed in Jerusalem, not all the members of the ten tribes of Israel returned at that time.
Admad adds that it was the mission of Jesus to find the ten lost tribes, since many of them had adopted Buddhism, and gradually relapsed into idolatry. …
Consider Luke 24:39 and Luke 24:42, 43. Here Jesus is showing his wounds from the nails in his hands, and how they recognize him as he eats broiled fish and a piece of honeycomb with them after the crucifixion. He is with them physically, literally, not as a spiritual illusion or other manifestation.
Admad asks such good questions, “If he had been resurrected after death, how was it that this body of spirit could still have borne the wounds inflicted upon him on the Cross? What need had he to eat? And if he required food then, he must be in need of food even now.”
Notice what Jesus ate after the crucifixion, “When he had said this, he showed them his hands and his feet. But while they still did not believe for joy, and marveled, he said to them, “Have you any food here?” So, they gave him a piece of a broiled fish and some honeycomb. And he took it and ate in their presence.” Luke 24:40-43
Spirits do not eat food.
I do not believe this was a mistake, nor matter of chance that the food Jesus was given held immense healing benefits for his recovery from crucifixion. Other people previously survived crucifixion.
I have always used food as medicine, just as I, my mother, and grandmother did throughout our lives. First, I investigated the medicinal benefits of honey.
Honey has high levels of monosaccharides, fructose, and glucose. It has antiseptic and antibacterial properties often used in chronic wound management and combatting infection. Honey promotes wound healing, heart health, and healthy blood sugar levels. All of these would benefit Jesus’ wounds after the crucifixion.
There are many references to the history of honey dating back to 2100 BCE and several are mentioned in the Old Testament and New Testament:
Proverbs 16:24, “Pleasant words are as a honeycomb, sweet to the soul, and health to the bones.”
1 Samuel 14:24-30, “Now the Israelites were in distress that day, because Saul had bound the people under an oath, saying, “Cursed be anyone who eats food before evening comes, before I have avenged myself on my enemies!” So none of the troops tasted food. The entire army entered the woods, and there was honey on the ground. When they went into the woods, they saw the honey oozing out; yet no one put his hand to his mouth, because they feared the oath. But Jonathan had not heard that his father had bound the people with the oath, so he reached out the end of the staff that was in his hand and dipped it into the honeycomb. He raised his hand to his mouth, and his eyes brightened. Then one of the soldiers told him, “Your father bound the army under a strict oath, saying, ‘Cursed be anyone who eats food today!’ That is why the men are faint.” Jonathan said, “My father has made trouble for the country. See how my eyes brightened when I tasted a little of this honey. How much better it would have been if the men had eaten today some of the plunder they took from their enemies. Would not the slaughter of the Philistines have been even greater?”
Deuteronomy 32:13, “He made him ride on the high places of the earth, that he might eat the increase of the fields; and he made him to suck honey out of the rock, and oil out of the flinty rock;”
2 Samuel 17:27-29, “When David came to Mahanaim, Shobi son of Nahash from Rabbah of the Ammonites, and Makir son of Ammiel from Lo Debar, and Barzillai the Gileadite from Rogelim brought bedding and bowls and articles of pottery. They also brought wheat and barley, flour and roasted grain, beans and lentils, honey and curds, sheep, and cheese from cows’ milk for David and his people to eat. For they said, “The people have become exhausted and hungry and thirsty in the wilderness.”
Psalm 81:16, “But you would be fed with the finest of wheat; with honey from the rock I would satisfy you.”
Ezekiel 16:13, “So you were adorned with gold and silver; your clothes were of fine linen and costly fabric and embroidered cloth. Your food was honey, olive oil and the finest flour. You became very beautiful and rose to be a queen.”
Matthew 3:4; and Mark 1:6, “John’s clothes were made of camel’s hair, and he had a leather belt around his waist. His food was locusts and wild honey.”

Fish also has Vitamin B12, crucial for the growth of healthy red blood cells which Jesus needed to recover from his near-death experience.
It is also important to note that the gifts of Frankincense, Myrrh, and Gold presented to Jesus by the Magi, was a foreshadowing of his path. Frankincense is an antiseptic aiding digestion, coughs, and cold. Myrrh is an antibacterial, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, helping to repair the immune system and reduce fevers. Both Frankincense and Myrrh would be beneficial for healing after a crucifixion. Gold has always been a treasured mineral which would have been necessary for the purchase of travel and goods on his travels to the east post-crucifixion.
The Hyssop stalk soaked in wine was what Jesus had put to his lips when he said, “I am thirsty,” recorded in John 18:9:28. Hyssop is a holy herb that was used to be sprinkled on lepers. It is commonly used in tea for coughs, decongestant, shortness of breath. It is also used to treat bruises, cuts, and wounds.
Might it have been for purposes of compassion rather than merely mockingly giving Jesus a bitter drink at such a distressful time on the cross? …
Jesus spent time in India, the Himalayas, and Tibet. His famous Sermon on the Mount comes straight out of The Upanishads of India. Jesus would have had to travel to India prior to his Sermon on the Mount in Matthew 5 to have had his words carry the same meaning so closely stated.
The book, Living In Freedom & Love Without Conditions by Phyllis M. Brooks, mentions that Joseph of Arimathea was a trader of tin and was the uncle of Jesus. He took Jesus on several merchant trips by boat and by land to India during those eighteen missing years of Jesus life, from ages twelve to thirty, but you have never heard about in today’s bible. When you read about his travels to India, and learn what Jesus learned, you discover that the sages of India over two thousand years ago embarked on an experiment that is worth repeating today. This is the reason The Upanishads rolled off the tongue of Jesus so easily at his famous Sermon on the Mount. There are enormous amounts of Wisdom in The Upanishads.
Rather than focusing on the outside of life, Hindu and Buddhist sages focused on what is inside humanity, consciousness, and the Energy that lies within each one of us. They discovered the changeless reality of what this book is about, what Aldous Huxley called Perennial Philosophy, the Eternal Well-Spring of the Eternal Universal Life Force Energy.
Can you discover this deepest part of you, the God-realization that dwells within you, as Jesus taught?
Yes, this is apocryphal knowledge. Apocryphal means HIDDEN KNOWLEDGE, not anti-Christ. It is time to get out from under cult-like indoctrinations, which prefer to teach their own human understanding rather than to teach all the words of Jesus Christ. I stand on the words of Jesus Christ.

Here is an excerpt from THE EIGHTH COMMANDMENT, The Slow Death of Local Journalism – By John T Hourihan Jr.
“The day before the trial was to start, Kevin went to the lake that he had always found comforting.
The lake was in the woods where he had fished when he was a boy. He sat on an old and rotted log at the water’s edge. A translucent green firefly hovered in the sunshine, barely gripping the tip of a stock of grass, and looked at Kevin from a few feet away. The iridescent bug was one of the oldest beings on the planet. It flitted from flower to grass stalk in the sun-filled afternoon, and the high-pitched whine of the cicadas was a welcomed backdrop to his thoughts.
“Why the hell am I doing this?” Kevin thought.
“My family doesn’t want me to. People in the town don’t want the complications? I’m being threatened from everywhere; my church probably even stopped me from telling the truth about them; and the people I work for won’t back me up. Why is it so damn difficult to tell the truth? Why is the truth so important when no one wants to hear it?
“They don’t want to be informed,” the dragon fly seemed to tell him. It left the grass shoot and flew closer to his face.
“They just want to be entertained.”
Kevin thought about this past handful of years. It was a distinct possibility that he had helped build a memorial for a group of dead soldiers no one wanted to remember. He had brought to light seeming corruption and lawlessness by those who were supposed to be enforcing the laws and then helped save a policeman’s job because it was the right thing to do.
He made people aware of the innocence of a kid who had been arrested for nothing, had pointed out cancer-causing chemicals leaking into the river, had illuminated a scheme to pay fewer taxes by a rich man, helped prevent a town wide conflagration, helped put an end to traffic taxing in a small town, helped house a burned-out family, and explained the use of the daily police log.
“Damn,” he told the dragonfly, who was now hovering around his head. “I have shown them the fraud, corruption, double-dealing, brutality, lawlessness, pollution, and lack of safety that exists right in the middle of their lives. I pointed out that some young people are doing good for their communities and helped add money to worthwhile fundraisers. And what do I get for it? I get threatened by lawyers and thugs. And the only thing they really like is the jokes, the sex, the outrageous.
The story that people liked the most was the one about the black man who was looking for a job in Faithville, and when he was inevitably told no, he had headed for the center of town to use the phone booth, and within an eighth of a mile he was arrested for being “a suspicious looking person.”
In other words, he was arrested for being black in a white town. Kevin had said it was pure racism, the same racism that hid behind the red lines in the real estate corners of even a small Unitarian, New England hamlet.
He pointed out that the racial hatred that had lain dormant, under rocks and behind trees in the “land of the free,” was beginning to come out into the light again, but that isn’t what readers had seen. What he heard most from the folks in coffee shops that week was that they thought it was funny. That a man was arrested for the color of his skin made them laugh.
“This journalism thing isn’t heading in a good direction as far as I can see,” Kevin said out loud, and watched as the dragon fly flew into the woods and landed on an ancient, rusted yellow steamroller.
Humanity is busy with our everyday business, education, and family life. Who has time for complications?
But some things are very good to know, not just what our friends and family think about and how that may affect you and your everyday life personally, but altogether as a whole.
Do opinions make a difference?
Yes.
Sometimes we get caught off guard. We can find ourselves thinking we are doing good one moment only to find out that all our hopes and dreams are gone in a puff of smoke, hijacked by someone else’s bad intentions.
That is not fair to you, me, or anyone else, regardless of where you live.
Here in the Unites States of America, this country was founded on freedom and liberty, and justice for all. In some cases, it looks like we have drifted off course due to lies spread as if they were truth.
How do you know what the truth is?
Who should you believe?
Freedom, liberty, and justice for all is based on the opposite of these definitions:
“ANTIFA” is a philosophy, not a group of people. It means “Anti Fascist.”
What does it mean to be a Fascist?
According to the Merriam-Webster Dictionary, Fascism means:
a form of extreme-right authoritarianism
ultra nationalism
characterized by dictatorial power
forceable suppression of opposition
strong regimentation of society and the economy
ANTIFA started in the early 1900s, around the time of World War I. People of every ethnicity, race, color, creed, gender, age, ability and/or disability are born with God-given free will. People do not wish to be dominated, nor treated unfairly or be suppressed by a political power, nor by elitist political, financial greed, and/or religious suppression. WWI was supposed to put an end to worldwide domination by military force.
The ideals of Freedom and Democrary are so ingrained in American politics that the Founders of the United States of America wrote in the Preamble to the Constitution of the US:
“We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”
The ratification of the Convention held on Monday, September 17, 1787 promoted the rights and privileges of those in government, including the rights of its citizens. Our government is based upon life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness for all citizens, not just those at the top of political power, nor at the top of wealth earners, nor the strongest arm of might pretending to be right.
The rights and privileges are not for the suppression of:
human rights including the immigration of persecuted asylum seekers
stealing and selling of babies and children also considered to be part of human trafficking
voting rights
women’s rights
global warming and climate change
rainforest destruction
fracking for profit at the expense of earthquakes and care of the earth
truth in lending practices including the wealthiest among us
truth in reporting and news coverage
truth in all areas
We have not seen Fascism in the United States of America until now.
Why is that?
The opposite of Fascism is ANTIFA. It means Anti-Fascism. To a nation based on freedom and liberty for all,ANTIFA is a GOOD thing as a peaceful stand, unless you happen to be a Fascist.
The opposite of Fascism is DEMOCRACY, and LIBERALISM.
To BE AGAINST Antifa is to be a FASCIST.
Are you a Fascist?
Do you promote a Fascist agenda?
If you discover you are a Fascist, you need to find another country to be part of.
We still have freedom of speech in the United States of America. The eagle stands for freedom, integrity and truth, and stands against lies, slander, and injustice.
It seems like it’s feast or famine. We say we want freedom of speech, until someone speaks. We say we want tolerance, until we have to stand up. We say we can’t legislate morality, until someone does or says something that offends us. Oh, the outrage.
Isn’t it odd, in this day and age, in the United States of America, that the public outcry on any given opinion columnist who dares to speak out the opinion for which he or she was hired, has to defend himself or herself, because of the most vocal opinionated voice taking over the airwaves.
The public voice is often outrageously irresponsible, narcissistic, and weighed down by vested interests.
One tactic narcissists use is to bend their voice from moment to moment, regardless of the truth in the matter, to their personal benefit. This does not help a family, state nor any country.
Narcissists forget that in these days of social media and public and recorded television and news stories, complete with sound, video and pictures, the public can see and repeatedly see the truth of what was said at the moment in time in which any statement was made. History reveals who knew what, when.
We seem to want freedom only when it is convenient, or popular, or when we get to wave our outrage flag. It would almost be comical if it did not destroy the livelihood of opinion columnists, opinion talk show hosts, television news show hosts, and government officials who speak the unpopular truth in the face of opposition based on lies.
Freedom of speech is not meant to be only the current, popular group think tank concensus, spoken by popular personalities.
Freedom of speech is not meant for only particular religious groups, lobbyists, banks, millionaires, CEOs of companies, presidents of anything, or heavy-hitting advertisers who use their dollars to buy the opinions they believe in and wish to promote at any and all costs.
Money is not the bottom line. People are.
Speech and policies that promote or tolerate human death as an acceptable means of getting what they want is unconscionable. People are resilient. We can bounce back, but not if we are dead. Money matters, but not if we are dead. Then it is just a pile of money. What we say matters. What we say has consequences.
Freedom of speech is freedom of speech. We all need to use our voice to state our opinion, or voice our stand on a political issue that matters to us. Others have a United States constitutional right to say any and all opinions they may have. We also have freedom of speech, and are able to voice our opinion on any and all subjects.
What neither side of any issue has no right to do, is to attack the person, go after that person’s job, in attack smear campaigns, or break laws. This is childish. In some cases it is slanderous and/or criminal. Name calling and attacks on a person’s character is something parents deal with when their children go off to first grade. And it does nothing to address the subject at hand.
We all must stand up and be socially responsible. Often, rather than stand up for what we feel is right, or use our freedom of speech to make valid and important points vocally, we turn into cowards and verbally attack the person who has the opinion we don’t like. This is a warped and childish sense of power.
Boo hoo.
Someone has hurt my feelings.
When did “someone has hurt my feelings,” turn into, “They have no right to say that” (whatever it is we do not agree with). What are we, children? We are acting like it.
This may not be a popular article.
It is easier to jump on a bandwagon, any bandwagon that has momentum, rather than tackle a sensitive issue ourselves.
What will our friends think?
Will we lose any public standing if we say what we really believe?
Will we lose our jobs?
There is so much penalty to voice an opinion contrary to the popular public opinion. It is so much easier to character assinate the individual or group stating something we do not agree with.
We need to activate our freedom, our voice and social responsibility actions. We need to grow up. We need to step into our personal power, and stop giving it away in the tornado of destruction caused by our attacks on others, no matter how insane we believe them to be. Words and actions matter. Not speaking and acting when we need to, these omissions, also matter. Lives are at stake.
People’s words and actions give them away. They do not need us to make them look foolish. They do a good enough job of that themselves.
I am using my God-given freedom of speech, acting with social responsibility, to suggest everyone what I see as a solution to a growing problem sweeping this great nation of ours. It is imperative we regain our freedom of speech. We are on the brink of losing it.
History has a habit of repeating itself. It is wiser to acknowledge what is happening before our eyes so we do not repeat the cataclysms of the past.
Back in time when the truth of human history on Earth came to Light, much of it was buried to hide the truth from humanity. Only some of it survived and was altered to fit the many different understandings of faith. Not everything was hidden, but what was left began the indoctrination of the birth of the nations of the Earth, with life and death penalties if their flocks of followers did not go along with them. The Canaanite and Jewish holocausts and other ethnic cleansings come to mind.

Jesus was not silent during his famously “lost” eighteen years from his ages twelve to thirty, nor was he silent after the crucifixion, as explained in detail in IN THEIR IMAGE AND LIKENESS, subtitled, UNIVERSAL WISDOM. Jesus taught what no person wanted to hear so much that this knowledge was hidden away in desert caves in Nag Hammadi, Egypt. Jesus was crucified for his teaching, as if that would keep him quiet. Humanity is still talking about it now, even in this blogpost and in this book, TRANSITIONING THE AGE OF AQUARIUS, subtitled, AN ENLIGHTENING JOURNEY.
Faith is not some invisible mindless nothing. Faith is that gut instinct for survival that knows no bounds. You may have been disillusioned from time to time, but those moments of self-doubt do not reflect the real you. Continue growing in faith until ALL your questions are answered, not only some of them.
Having faith in political systems wreak just as much havoc as religious and social systems of belief do. Even they, as well-meaning as they might appear to be, still seek your personal power. They also seek your fame, which is your reputation, as in which “organization” do you align your beliefs. This can be like joining a club.
It is time to reclaim your God-given personal power. No political, religious, or social group gave you your personal power. They usually seek to usurp your own power to add to theirs.
It is also time to reclaim the keys to your cash. How much to you “donate” to political and religious causes, as if they owned the keys to your mind, body and Spirit/Soul?
Are you guilted into how much of your hard-earned money you should give to political, religious, and social causes, according to them?
You are alive by the very Life Force Energy that animates your Spirit/Soul, without which you would not be alive.
These others do not own your Spirit/Soul. You are alive by the Eternal Universal Life Force Energy animating your Spirit/Soul. At the end of your Life, while you drop the cloth of your physical body, your Spirit remains very much alive in the life beyond this one.
It is also time to reclaim your fame, which is your imprint in this life. What you make of your life is up to you, not up to any political, religious, or social group. You own the rights to your life, no one else, regardless of what other people, groups, or institutions say, or with which they often threaten you.
Sometimes there can be tangents of feeling a misguided sense of superiority others in these groups who do not believe as you do usually have. Often mind control groups turn sinister, introducing hate, lies and conspiracy to tickle your fancy. Notice also if they seek your fortune, which is the key to your cash. This happens when the leaders do not want to tap into their own resources.
Attractive tempting lies are the bait political and religious pundits use to catch you by the hook of half-truths, the lines of dysfunctional thinking, and the sinker of your heart, mind, and Spirit/Soul.
It is time to research all sides of the issue. There is more than one way to look at everything. It is time for truth, all truth to be told.
It is time for your character development, maturity and integrity to shine. It is time to think for yourself, not align to any group who does not exhibit genuine LOVE for all people, not only those in a particular group.
The Age of Aquarius, which is dawning at this time in history, will help you to trust your instincts to better humanity by having more faith in yourself, continuing education in political, religious and social structures, in fostering justice and equality for all, not for only the select few of like-minded people. Have faith in yourself because you are a Spark of Limitless Living Light of Creation.
Have you ever found yourself taking on more than you planned or want to take on? Are you stressed???
There are many things you can do in these stress-filled times that are self-help antidotes. They are things you already know. But in the snap decision moment, you can find yourself doing the exact opposite of what you want to do, like staying calm, cool and collected.
How many times have you been in the middle of a project, or a meal, and the telephone rings, or your latest technology gadget alerts you that some new bit of information is coming in?
What do you do?
Are you in the habit of constantly jumping at everyone else’s beck and call?
Are you a slave to modern technology, or are you a free-ranging human?
Depending on what you have going on in your life, there are times when you absolutely have to take this call. It could be the doctor, or an urgent call from your boss. There are many valid reasons you, from time to time, should drop what you are doing, and answer that call. It would be irresponsible not to.
But is this the normal routine for you every day, in every situation?
Do you let everything, everybody’s wants, come before your peace of mind, your plan for your day, or your priorities?
You need to become aware and take stock of your triggers, from time to time, because nothing stays stagnant. Things always change. It is a matter of staying in balance no matter how chaotic life gets.
Becoming aware of how you are feeling is the first step in the right direction to correcting what is off with this self-sabotaging habit. Feelings are not right or wrong, they just are. Good feelings are affirming and are a sign you are doing OK. Feelings of discordant energy are a sign that you need to make a correction somewhere to bring you back into alignment with your true purpose, goals, and get back on track.
Where is your Bliss?
This is something you take with you no matter how busy you let yourself get. One self-help tool is to remember to take three, count three, deep, cleansing breaths each time a challenge comes your way. Seldom is it the case when you need to react so fast, as if you are running from a burning building. Yet that is exactly how you may tend to dash through your life, putting out everyone’s fires.
An amazing thing to remember is, just because someone throws you the ball, you don’t have to catch it. What a relief it is to remember this. Yes, you already know this, but somehow someone throwing the ball to you plays to your ego. You might find yourself rising to the occasion when you don’t really want to. If this happens to you occasionally, then you are doing a good and noble thing. However, if this happens to you every time, then you are doing yourselves a disservice.
When and how do you start your day?
Do you wake up and immediately jump on the treadmill of life?
It is no wonder you get so exhausted. This tends to be one of the best places to introduce change if you are not happy with your situation.
What part of the day is your best work production, alert time?
What part of the day is best for you to exercise?
What part of the day is best for you to meditate, pray or recollect in peace and quiet?
The answer to these questions is different for different people. There is not one best answer here. What is important is to take a moment to reassess your life.
Are you a morning person, afternoon person or evening person?
Does the life you are living match your most optimum workload times?
What do you want to do about that?
You don’t have to catch the ball. Isn’t that awesome to remember?
If you are a people pleaser, this concept may be somewhat startling. What is it about false pride that makes you think you have to come last in everything?
Did you know that people pleasing all the time is often a sign of past abuse of your personal power?
Are you addicted to technology, social media, work, play, or anything that has taken over your life making you feel that your life is running you, rather than you living your life?
Jesus of Nazareth gives words of hope as to where to find your bliss in Matthew 6:24-34: “No man can serve two masters; for either he will hate one and like the other; or he will honor one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon (wealth, technology, social media, et cetera).
“For this reason, I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat and what you will drink, nor for your body, what you will wear. Behold, is not life much more important than food, and the body more than clothing?
“Observe the birds of the sky, for they do not sow, neither do they harvest nor gather into barns, and yet your Father in heaven feeds them. Are you not much more important than they?
“Who among you who by worrying can add one cubit to his stature?
“Why do you worry about clothing? Observe the wildflowers, how they grow; they do not get tired out, nor do they spin.
“But I say to you that Solomon with all of his glory was not arrayed like one of them.
“Now if God clothes in such fashion the grass of the field, which today is and tomorrow falls into the fireplace, is he not much more mindful of you, O you of little faith?
“Therefore, do not worry or say, what will we eat, or what will we drink, or with what will we be clothed?
“For worldly people seek after these things. Your Father in heaven knows that all of these things are also necessary for you.
“But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
“Therefore, do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will look after itself. Sufficient for each day is its own trouble.”
An interesting point to make here is this concept of the Kingdom of God. The Pharisees ask Jesus when and where is this Kingdom of God will come in Luke 17:20-21. What should they look for?
The answer that Jesus gives is that the kingdom will not come by observable signs of wonders, but that the wonder of it all is that the Kingdom of God is WITHIN you. It is the very Spark of Eternal Universal Life Force Energy that animates your Spirit/Soul, my Spirit/Soul, and every other Spirit/Soul of every living person on Earth. Jesus did not say only people of his religion had it, or that any person of any other religion had it. It is the Limitless Living Light, otherwise known as chi, the prana, the qi that animates all living people no matter who they are, where they live, or what they do for a living, including agnostics and atheists. It is not something you earn by being in the right “club.”
When you remember all the words of Jesus, not only some of them, you will also relax and breathe in peace that knows no bounds. It helps you to put your daily life in perspective. Then your bliss will shine forth.
God is closer to you than your next breath because God, as Eternal Universal Life Force Energy, is the Source of that breath.
The answer most people hear after reading yesterday’s post about Jesus speaking to James about Jesus’ Father not being Jame’s father is that James had a different earthly father than the Father of Jesus. It is as if that is what Jesus meant. This is not so. Yes, it is true that they have different earthly fathers, but Jesus was not making that point. Jesus was inviting them to go deeper than the spoon-fed pablum they were religiously being fed.
Jesus also said the same thing to the Pharisees, who were not his human brothers. They also did not fully understand what Jesus was trying to tell them.
Meditate on this, if Satan, the devil, was not the ruler of the world, then why would the temptation of Satan when Jesus was in the desert for 40 days and 40 nights, have been a temptation at all?
As weak and tired as Jesus was, without food and water, Jesus was showing us how to stand up against all the power, fame, and fortunes of the world, with integrity while also standing up for what is right. Jesus came to teach us another way.
No one has the right to tell you, as an adult with a thinking mind, what to read, and what not to read. Also keep in mind that most religious leaders attempt to frighten you and your immortal Soul with the word, apocryphal. It is as if that means you are not allowed to read what has been kept from you because it is “apocryphal.”
I heard religious rulers say you should not read apocryphal literature to “keep your Soul pure,” and “so that you don’t go to hell.” This is also not true. This is censorship. You also do not have to believe like me, but it is critical that you allow yourself to think for yourself.
The reason I say to “allow” yourself to think for yourself is because there are so many threats to your Spirit/Soul by various religious, political and social groups, that you might think that your Spirit/Soul might be in jeopardy if you do not follow the rules of others. This is also not true.
Your Spirit/Soul is the Spark of Eternal Universal Life Force Energy, without which you would cease to be alive. No other person, ruler, king, or club official has any power over your Spirit/Soul unless you hand it over to them. Do not do that.
Jesus said so many more things than the carefully carved out manipulated words of others who only wanted to shine a light on what they staged Jesus to have said in the New Testament, as if that is all that Jesus said.
Let’s look at what more Jesus had to say. Jesus taught Mary Magdalene about “The Good.”
First of all, the word apocryphal means hidden knowledge, not anti-Jesus nor anti-Christ. Yes, these writings were hidden, but the words of Jesus are so empowering to you that religious rules then and now would lose their jobs if all the words of Jesus became widely read, known, and practiced. That is why they were hidden in the first place.
Don’t you want to know all of what Jesus taught, not only those 3 years from his ages 30 to 33, and only some of what he said at that?
These precious words of Jesus Christ were preserved in the desert sands near the Dead Sea, as well as near the city of Nag Hammadi in Upper Egypt most likely in the second half of the fourth century CE so that they would not be destroyed. The sacred writings had been brought together earlier in that century and then buried in a jar for safekeeping at the foot of the Jabal al-Tarif, a cliff close to the hamlet Hamra Dum.
The words of Jesus were kept safe until you were spiritually maturity enough to read and understand what else Jesus had to say. You had to mature past the pomp and circumstance of being told what you can read, what you cannot read, and what you can do and what you cannot to do, according to them.
It takes courage to face your fears, fear of others preaching various threats to your immortal Spirit/Soul, fear of not following the crowd, “or else.”
You have now matured into your own God-given personal power. This power battery pack is keeping you alive. It is the Limitless Living Light of your personal Spark of Eternal Universal Life Force Energy animating your Spirit/Soul. Your “God Particle” if you will. Without it, you are dead.
First, you must decide who is in control of you, your mind, and what you can learn. Are you in charge of you in body, mind, and Spirit/Soul, or is a religious leader of any kind telling you what you can and cannot read and know?
Consider this, in the Age of Pisces, which humanity is currently transitioning out of, the focus was on following rigid religious rites, religious and political authoritarianism, book burning, and censorship.
If ancient history proved some reality other than what they wanted to teach and preach, threats to your immortal Soul were given to you to force you to go along with the religious and political hierarchies. There were and still are threats to you, fears instilled of “not enough to go around.”
These are the left-over marks of the Age of Pisces. There is more to life than following the wrong “god” home, as the Eagles song says.
The word heaven or heavens refers to outer space realities. Whatever they are called, they are not of Earth. They are extraterrestrial. The Nag Hammadi Scriptures[1] give other sources that explain what Jesus the Christ taught. This is the same thing that the Cathars taught, the belief in two “gods.” One “god” is the father of humanity, while a different “God” is the Father of the Spirit of Jesus. This is known as the Christ energy.
Notice that this belief is prior to the writing of The Nag Hammadi Scriptures. Jesus explains this, but only if you put more faith in Jesus than you do in past and present human indoctrination. This is going to take another 2,160 years of human life on Earth to fully achieve better goals. That is when the Age of Aquarius will be complete.
Don’t give up. Be part of the change for a better tomorrow. Be part of “The Good,” as Mary Magdalene teaches, not the part of “Not Good.” All perceived evil is nothing more than the lack of good. The lack of “The Good” is the lack of Limitless Living Light of Eternal Universal Life Force Energy. Concentrate on the Light of Love, Light of Hope, and Light of Faith, not just in something outside of yourself, but also within yourself.
You matter. What you allow yourself to learn and know matters, especially if it corrects the mistakes of the past.
Strengthen your faith. Listen and learn what has been hidden from you. This is one of those missing puzzle pieces. Once you sit with this and consider the possibilities rather than quickly shutting doors to your mind so that you do not turn into a pillar of fear, Light begins to dawn on you, filling in the missing gaps between your faith and your lived experience.
I use the “pillar of fear” analogy when you find yourself doing something out of some irrational fear or expectation of someone else who appears to threaten you with the abuse of ridicule or other social or personal and public punishments you would rather avoid. This fear is immobilizing. You don’t have to go there. Emotional strength is your character development in action.
Notice how all religions, other than the one that Jesus Christ taught, and even some political structures, have threats to your immortal Spirit/Soul and/or physical lack of land, food, and job opportunities if you do not bow down to their human threats.
Have faith in yourself, which spurs you to Love yourself without conditions. You are not loved “if” or “when” you do something or believe in a certain way. You are Love personified.

Before there were human beings on the Earth, there was Moss, which are living fossils in a large genus of three hundred, eighty members, without leaves or flowers. Moss are the oldest plants in the world with the plant’s ancestors living four hundred seventy million years ago.[1] Moss even pre-dates the dinosaurs on Earth, which lived two hundred thirty million years ago. In all the winters since four hundred seventy million years ago, Moss offers hope each year that spring will again return, and again spread its lush green cushion of life on Earth.

When my mother was busy tending her flower, moss and cactus rock gardens outside our red house on the hill across from Lake Nipmuc in Mendon when I was growing up, I was busy tending my woodland Moss rock gardens in the woods next to and behind my house. I noticed there were different kinds of Moss and transplanted them as carefully as I could, so as not to disturb their roots, trying to get as many different varieties I could find. I noticed their roots were shallow, intertwined, and often would climb over rocks. I also noticed various shades of green, and differing heights and kinds of Moss. Some were flatter, fuzzier, or relatively spikier. They all held a lot of water.
When I was a Girl Scout leader taking troops into the Douglas State Forest on cedar swamp parkland trails, we observed Sphagnum Moss,[2] as we walked on raised boards above the woodland bog trail, a natural aquifer to Wallum Lake. I remember telling the scouts that the Native Americans would also use Sphagnum Moss for their babies’ diapers, much to the scout giggles.
Today, this type of Moss is often used at the base of potted plants to retain water for their roots and provides an attractive look to the plants.
There is a life lesson that Moss teaches. Consider the many varieties of Moss, each with its unique colors and styles of growth. The individuality of their variety does not detract from the uniqueness of any other kind of Moss. They are all special, as all human beings are, born perfect, each with individual features and attributes, a good lesson, not just for Girl Scouts, but for all humanity. If Moss can get along with its three hundred, eighty distinctions within its genus for over four hundred seventy million years, humanity can take a lesson in comradery and peaceful coexistence on this one Earth humanity shares.
The metaphysical meanings associated with Moss are good fortune and money. People in the Far East believe that when Moss plants flourish, that the gods are smiling down on them. The abundant lush life of Moss also translates to warding off evil spirits in some cultures.[3]
African cultures revere Moss for its fertility attributes, and new beginnings. The new beginnings of mixed genus of Moss in my childhood Moss Garden were certainly bountiful. This is where I learned first-hand about taking care of these interesting wild plants and understanding at a young age about the interconnectedness of all life, which is vitally important.
As I look back on my life, I see the new beginning of my second twenty-five-year marriage, foreshadowed in my Moss Garden, as well as a major career change, another new beginning.
The roots of Moss are all interwoven, like all of humanity, which makes a huge mistake when we label ourselves into separate categories, as if we were not all one and the same. In my opinion, this is one of the biggest mistakes humanity makes, labeling and separating people by race, color, creed, gender, age, ability, disability, likes, dislikes, et cetera. Each person is so unique, each one of us could have our own unique label, separating us from all the rest of us. This hurts humanity’s advancement into a peaceful and loving species of otherwise intelligent beings each time this happens. The solution is social character development and maturity, not individual labels.
It is not our label, our like-minded group, our language, or any other division of personhood which makes us a valuable, unique, and loved individual. It is time we learn, or life will teach us the hard way until we do learn, that humanity is all together on this one Earth. It is time to stand up, like the Moss lesson teaches, that our common human roots, our intertwined human ancestry, and interracial genealogy unites us more than we currently portray.

Crystals are beautiful gifts of nature. The mineral kingdom is not a prejudiced kingdom which is one reason I love them so much. Take Moldavite, for example, or Tektite, Libyan Desert Glass, Black Diamond, Peridot, and Opal, which all hail from outer space.
These are extraterrestrial gemstones[1] from meteorite and asteroid impacts on our home planet, Earth. They are the result of centripetal and centrifugal engaged forces which also incorporated Eternal Universal Life Force Energy in the form of electromagnetic and gravity forces. All components of the Four Forces came into play with the arrival of these space rocks in your celestial backyard.
It is fascinating to ponder the magnitude of the Four Forces as they play out within the dynamic Eternal Universal Life Force Energy which follows the Laws of Thermodynamics. This is like the question, “Which came first, the chicken or the egg?” because energy cannot be created nor ended, only changed.
However, the Four Forces do affect the cosmos, universes, galaxies, and are of particular interest to you and me, within our Solar System. Every planet obeys these laws as they maintain their orbits around the Sun, as well as the moons and rings around some of them, and the meteorites and meteoroids, which are meteorite-particle projectiles without relation to the phenomena it produces when entering the earth’s atmosphere. Earth’s gravity does attract these extraterrestrial projectiles that careen close to it.[2]
It is not only the gravity force you see that brings space crystals to Earth. The opposite Electromagnetic Force expels them from implosions, explosions, and collisions with other extraterrestrial bodies from the realm of the boundless great beyond.
These meteorites and meteoroids do not only move in north and south, or up and down motions, naturally. They also use the other two Four Forces, obeying the centripetal and centrifugal motions as well as various combinations within the Four Forces. They can ricochet upon impact with other space matter, some of which bring the Moldavite, Tektite, Libyan Desert Glass, Black Diamonds, Peridot, and Opal Space gems to Earth.
Scientists have confirmed that these crystal beauties hail from the cosmos, specifically from our own galaxy and universe. Who is to say exactly where these unique gemstones originated considering there are twenty-two sextillion planets in our Solar System?
We have eight planets in the solar system (maybe nine), four hundred billion planets in the Milky Way, twenty-two trillion planets in the Local Group, two quadrillion planets in the Virgo Supercluster, and twenty-two sextillion (21,600,000,000,000,000,000,000,000) planets in the observable universe.[3]
What we do know is that our Solar System has showered some of our terrestrial terrain with brilliant creations found nowhere else thus far. Presently, I am wearing a necklace of a lightweight, olive green, sparkling druse Moldavite which came from an asteroid strike fifteen million years ago. That thought alone is astounding.
Moldavite is found in Austria, Germany, and the Czech Republic. This extra-terrestrial rock was strewn in fields after being born by meteoric actions resulting in its brilliantly beautiful green appearance. Moldavite is one of the rarest varieties of Tektite. It is the only known gem quality stone from outer space.
Metaphysically, Moldavite is said to provide the image of eternity, mirroring Eternal Universal Life Force Energy from which it came. It is also thought to be a strong force for direct accessing interdimensional galactic energies, which makes sense since this energy has no beginning, nor ending in processing thought patterns and Light vibrational frequencies, often displayed in color form. This is simply another way to experience the common thread of Life. Your personal life is intricately part of this colorful Grand Tapestry.

Time is merely a human understanding of nature’s patterns with a tendency to repeat when certain conditions are met, as in the realization of history repeating itself when humanity appears ambivalent to current situations for its demise or becomes interested and educated in working for the betterment of them. By using the Four Forces, humanity can build up or tear down, work toward war or work toward peace, feign ignorance or apply intelligence, speak lies or truth. Patterns repeated make it easier to rely on habits, either functional or dysfunctional.
It is possible to view our future through the lens of past cycles. For example, it is a pendulum swing between Fascism and Freedom, Fascism benefiting only those at the political top in autocratic and dictatorial rule or Freedom in Democracy benefiting all of humanity. The Four Forces are observed in each decision humanity makes. Ignorance and/or dictators at the helm create flocks of followers ultimately voting for what hurts them the most because they fail to investigate the lies told to them. The Four Forces work without bias or prejudice. They simply work.
When Freedom and Democracy are valued and practiced, every level of humanity is raised up, including the lower class of humanity able to reach middle class and above. Democracy fosters freedom, education, and human decency. Democracy works with education, which in turn eliminates fear, fear of lack, fear of oppression, because it elevates everyone, without contest or depravity. …

Do you feel safe?
Do you feel safe in all your relationships?
Do feel safe in your home?
Do you feel safe at your employment?
Do you feel safe in your social circles, friendships, affiliations, clubs, including social media?
Do you feel safe when you are alone?
Do you feel unsafe in some situations?
Do you feel unsafe around certain people?
Do you feel threatened or intimidated by anyone legally, physically, financially, morally, or even spiritually?
It is most important to feel safe in your own skin, safe in your own mind, and safe in your own soul.
Much has been written about promoting tolerance, getting along, defusing situations, and compromising for the greater good that can be experienced in this beautiful and amazing life. But those of us who have more tender mental constitutions, and weaker willed individuals can be bullied beyond belief by strong personalities, louder and more demonstrative characters, bowling over any and all attempts that might possibly arrive at a healed and more whole relationship.
These are lessons school children learn, how to get along. But sometimes we carry this attempt at being “normal” too far, trying to apply tolerance and compromise to abusive and dysfunctional relationships, when we really should be running for the hills.
Your feelings and emotions are your accurate, internal measure of what you should do next. Emotional abuse feels bad, makes you nauseous, gives you anxiety attacks, with a generalized feeling of malaise, depression and low energy. The intensity of your feelings and emotions is a signal that things need to change if you are going to re-gain your mental, physical and spiritual health.
There is never any reason to tolerate physical, mental/emotional abuse, or bullying as a normal behavior. This seems like it is common sense, but it is not that easy to the person who is being physically abused, emotionally blackmailed, and threatened by law suits or any other kind of manipulation. The longer bullies bully their victim, the more debilitating fear cripples the victim.
On a personal level, freedom comes when you gather your courage and STAND UP. Stand up for yourself, speak out to someone you can trust. Do not remain silent. Silence is not golden. Silence is deadly, literally. Bullies do not go away. Bullies get stronger the longer they stay at it. The longer a bully stays a bully, the more brazen they get, and the more their bullying tactics escalate.
An important point to make here is to realize that people with destructive personality disorders most often look just the same as you and me. Mass murderers do not look like mass murdereers. They look like regular people, for the most part. Abusive partners also dress in expensive clothing, can be financially successful, and have no tell-tale marks that make them stand out from no-abusive partners. They might even appear to have wide circles of “friends” around them, but the truth is, these are usually superficial trophies. Do not be intimated by any of this. This presentation of how bullies portray themselves is a facade. However, the vengeance the bully feels is very real, and must be dealt with, not ignored.
The question is how to stand up and deal with bullies, emotional blackmail, and threats of mental, emotional and physical abuse. Again, go by how you feel. You need to get to a safe place on all levels: mentally, emotionally, physically, financially, and spiritually. If you feel unsafe addressing these problems yourself, seek immediate help from a counselor, police, fire or shelter. Do not wait. Your health and well-being depend on getting help not only for yourself, but also for the abuser.
Manipulating behaviors tend to show up ever so subtly in the earlier days of the relationship, but can also manifest later in the relationship if stressors change. Pay attention. Pay attention to how you feel when certain things happen. You might even keep a journal of your feelings, if you feel safe to do so.
The important thing to know is there is no tolerance for abusive behaviors. Verbal abuse can be even more detrimental to the health and well-being of children, spouses, and everyone living or working under the same roof.
Sometimes abusive behaviors manifest over time, after the relationship is well-established. The person being abused knows that even the abusing person has a good side from time to time, and at the good times, has earned their love. The person being abused wonders if they have done or said something to trigger the abuse. Most often the person receiving the abuse is told it is their fault that the abuser is abusing. Know this is not true.
Everyone is in charge of their own feelings, emotions and actions. There is no way you are ever in charge of the abuser’s feelings, emotions or actions no matter what has happened.
You count.
You matter.
You are a gift from God.
You are beautiful, and I am so very glad you are here.
This most likely will strike a chord within you because you already know this. This is a reminder to let you know that personal safety is important and something for you to protect.

Have you ever spoken with someone who tells you that he or she knows what God thinks, what God wants you to do, or what God will do to those who don’t obey what they think God wants?
These words are the spawn of FEAR, FEAR, FEAR. Political and religious fear mongers continue beating the drum of FEAR to motivate their followers to do their will, which they cannot do without their fear-filled followers. These leaders themselves are not filled with fear. Fear, obligation, and guilt, known as FOG, is the acronym used to refer to their arsenal of weapons, along with manipulation as a reinforcement.
These are loaded questions which require a deeper look at the intentions of people. Often the intentions of people with goodwill, who are following the dark and negative drumbeat of suspicion and conspiracy theories, are misguided. Their political and religious leaders seem to be coming from a place for the common good based on what they claim to be fact, that they know the mind of God.
BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE.
If anarchy, destruction, chaos, and murder is their MO, Motis Operandi, their god is not the good God. You will know these people by the fruits they bear.
Political leaders who claim they are standing on the principles of God would better serve the world as religious leaders, if that is their calling. Otherwise, political leaders ought to be serving the cause of the betterment of humanity whom they say they care for, by positive solutions that build up. The USA has the separation of church and state for a very good reason.
What are good-hearted and good-willed people to do once they recognize that they have been deluded by the very ones they trusted, gave money to, and for whom they followed their direction only to discover their fearless leaders turned out to be corrupt and incorrect?
Do not hand over your personal power to anyone.
There are unscrupulous people in the world, some of whom pretend to be your friends, or claim to know what is better for you than yourselves. They want your money. They want your time. They want you to do their bidding, because on their own they cannot succeed. Do not follow the fox into the chicken coop.
Take a moment to reassess. Work for peace. Work for the common good of all people. Notice if the people you give money to are eating better than you. How many people of middle and lower economic status continue bailing out rich corporations, politicians, and religious entities?
It is good to change your mind when you discover you have been railroaded by corrupt minds. Recognize the delusion others may have pulled the wool over your eyes for a few years. But now that truth is uncovered, let the light shine on your peaceful, loving intentions, clear the cobwebs of your mind, and focus on unity and harmony.
Insults and biting sarcasm are the lowest form of communication. Even children know and do this.
It takes strength of character to uncover the truth of the reality of what is taking place in the USA. You may have been on the wrong side of the issue. Now you may have a clearer understanding that the truth is not what you were told. Everyone makes mistakes. Your mature character development can admit when lies were told to you as if these lies were the truth. Truth matters.
You are also free to be an atheist, agnostic, or any religion with life-affirming beliefs. You are not free to be a lawless citizen who hides under the guise of law and order, and/or any lawless religion who operates as if laws and rules do not apply to them. You will know them by their fruits.
You are also free to believe in the Judaism, Hinduism, Buddhism, Taoism, Confucianism, Bahaism, Jainism, Islam, Native American, Rastafarianism, Quaker, Shinto, Sikh, Wicca, Zoroastrianism, or any other belief system which is rooted in peace and LOVE, also known as the Golden Rule.
What you are not free to be in the United States of America is a terrorist of any kind, religious, political, nor social. Again, you will know them by their fruits.

Are you tired of being influenced and motivated by fear?
HAVE COURAGE.
There is a constant drumbeat of fear that echoes as an undercurrent in modern-day conspiracy theories and civic and social agendas. It is a way subtle and not so subtle leaders of groups have devised to get you to do what they want you to do.
Pay close attention. They want your mind, your time, and your money.
If you join their club, you will be absolved of your God-given free will, trading it instead for humanly contrived manipulations of your mind solely for their benefit. This happens in many groups such as those in religion, politics, and cults.
It is a gang mentality.
It starts out as a catchy ideology, a contagious new thought promising freedom, wealth, and liberty, while simultaneously enslaving your free will should you care to go further. Promising one thing while handing you another is a re-run by-product of George Orwell’s 1984, called double think.
HAVE COURAGE.
Roars of fear are plainly being played out on the world’s stage today. It is insidiously being indoctrinated into the minds of bible-belt children, and youth of the supposedly religious right-wing thinkers, with the repetitive negative drumbeat of fear, fear, fear with each striking of the drumstick.
Fear of others who are not exactly like themselves strikes at the heart of those with this hijacked mindset.
Fear that there won’t be enough food is shown on social media as if that is the truth.
Fear of water depletion, good, clean drinking water, and water to safely swim in is highlighted, as if there is no possible way to correct human error and waste.
Fear of lack of housing, goods, and clothing all get shined in the spotlight as if there is no way humanity can solve this issue.
HAVE COURAGE.
The reality is that there are numerous wholesome groups already at work in the world, helping the less fortunate, feeding and clothing the poor, and educating children and adults. You have the knowledge and ability to solve the global climate crisis when all the information is allowed to be reported. You also have seen one side of politics attempt to hide facts, such as global warming and climate change. Pretending that this is not happening is not helpful to you or the world. This is also at work in your world today.
Another reality is that all human beings are born with the Light and Life of our Spirits/Souls regardless of your gender, age, race, creed, or any other observation that notices the unique differences between individuals.
This is because all human beings are a Spark of Eternal Universal Life Force Energy which is God-given, not humanly derived. All Life is “God-given” in the religious comprehension, yet Eternal Universal Life Force Energy is not religious, but science based.
HAVE COURAGE.
The mentality of lack and agendas of fear are insidiously being indoctrinated into some home-schooling curriculums promising critical thinking while delivering fear to elementary school youth. I saw these curriculums online promoting that children in the USA need to be cautious against Socialism, Communism, and Marxism in the United States of America.
What they did not promote was the fact that the United States is a constitutional republic with social programs, like Social Security. The US Constitution protects the republic of the United States of America, meaning each one of us.
Let’s not go back to the 1950’s with ignorance at the helm of education, thinking white people with blue eyes are better than better than any other type of human being.
HAVE COURAGE.
Now is the time for you to call out racism, sexism, and all other hate crimes which are based in FEAR, because this is the UNITED Sates of America, the land of the FREE, not the oppressed.
By addressing the unbridled FEAR within you, and your children, you can continue to make the path of Liberty clear. This is something you need to stand up for, not becoming saddled by the FEARS of others manipulated agendas.

This is a serious and sensitive question that deserves a fair but clear answer. Many MAGA-aligned and/or Christian nationalist figures in the U.S. publicly identify as Christian and appeal to biblical authority. However, critics—both religious and secular—have pointed out that many of their words, policies, and actions seem to conflict with central biblical teachings, particularly those emphasized in the New Testament.
Here are some biblical themes and versesthat many contemporary MAGA/Christian nationalist figures arguably reject or ignore, based on their rhetoric and conduct:

1. Loving Enemies and Nonviolence
Matthew 5:44 – “But I say to you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.”

Matthew 5:9 – “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.”
Titus 3:9–11 – “Avoid foolish controversies… and divisions…”
Conflict: Many Christian nationalist leaders fuel division, encourage fear and anger, and attack other Christians who disagree politically. They often prioritize cultural war over unity, which undermines Jesus’s teaching that peacemakers are blessed.

Conflict: Many MAGA Christian leaders excuse or minimize gross moral failures, dishonesty, or abusive behavior in political figures, especially Donald Trump, often invoking flawed biblical comparisons (e.g., “God used King David or Cyrus”).

✅ Conclusion:
The contrast between core biblical values—especially those taught by Jesus—and the priorities and conduct of Christian nationalism is widely recognized by theologians, ethicists, and pastors across the political spectrum.
This isn’t to say that all MAGA-aligned Christians are intentionally rejecting Scripture. But the practical effects of their rhetoric and political alignment often undermine or contradict the ethical teachings that are central to Christian life—particularly those about humility, compassion, truth, peace, and love for all.

One end of the Silver Cord, mentioned in yesterday’s post, is connected to you. The other end of the Silver Cord in this picture, looks like the Spirit in the Golden Bowl. It is on its way back to Re-Membering Itself to its Original Source, God. There is no division here. This is not a separate tool the Source of all Life uses to bring you to LIFE, or to Integrate you back from whence you came. ALL IS ONE. God told us about how this works in Eccelesiastes 12:6-7. This Silver Cord is our Direct Line from God to you. God, Source, Energy, however you perceive It, cannot be divided or separated. It is not “other” than God. The Silver Cord IS the Active, Real, Presence of God Living in your Spirit. That is what is known as your “I AM Presence.” This IS nothing less than God in your LIFE. This IS God.
Think of this for a moment. Your Spirit is a share of the Holy Spirit. From our very fisrt inception on the planet was lifeless until we had the “Breath of Life” blown into us from God, Source, Energy, however you understand this. It is our share in the divine life, life beyond the physical senses. When you and I draw our last breath on this planet, our Spirits go back from where they came, back to the Source of All Life.
The Silver Cord IS Eternal LIFE, IS God. Re-Member, God cannot be separated. We have finite, mortal minds attempting to grasp infinite, immortal realities. The Silver Cord is the LIFE of your Spirit. When our Spirit retreats, we are lifeless, dead. This LIFE of the Spirit IS God animating you. This IS your Energy Source, however you have come to understand this in your journey through your LIFE. We all have own own experiences, families, upbringing, and our own personal experiences and revelations after that. The truth is what it is, regardless of personal or group belief.
This is what is meant by the statement that YOU are GOD. If we only knew what This Divine Presence truly Is.
It is supreme lack of understanding to deny what God has, and is, doing in and through you and me. Some religions propose that God is outside of you. We know that this statement is false, especially if we claim to believe in the Words of Jesus. Jesus already told us that the Kingdom of God is INSIDE of us in Luke 17:21. It seems we humans only hear what we want to hear, and shut down our understanding when something conflicts with what we first learned or thought. We go into denial and/or fear.
Fear is the result of ignorance. When we ALLOW and ACCEPT what Jesus and Ascended Masters have taught for eons, fear subsides into knowledge, gnosis. We have grown to know how things work with science, technologies, mathematics, languages, health, magnetism, electronics, quantum physics and the like. This is the beginning of enlightenment. We no longer need to live like cave dwellers. Although we have the free will to continue to live like cave dwellers, knowledge helps us to realize there is more, much, much more.
FEAR, as an acronym, means: False Evidence Appearing Real. Along with fear, tactics used include guilt, obligation, manipulation. These are all signs that your free will has been usurped. No one owns the rights to your eternal Soul. You do. God gave you free will, freedom to live and express your LIFE, LOVE and LIGHT.
How many of us cling to the beliefs and/or religions we were taught at seven years old, as if the seven year old has all the complete wisdom to comprehend the Infinite, Unfathomable Energy, God? It’s like learning that has been placed on a continual loop, cycling no new information, nor allowing in any other revelation. Know that Jesus came to Earth because we had it all wrong. We need to take ALL of his Words to heart.
There are also many of us who run for the hills, away from any kind of dogma. Still, ignorance is not bliss, nor the reality of your life. Just know there is more when you are ready to discover what I am sharing with you now.
Imagine lighting a candle, one candle from another. The source of the original candle is not extinguished, even if millions and billions of candles are lit from this first original candle. One Divine Breath blowing over the tops of all these candles can be lit at once. This I AM Presence, which is WITHIN YOU, the Spirit of you, IS God, sharing LIFE throughout all Creation and Manifestation.
Does this information rock your world? Do you still cling to the erroneous statement that you are all sinners, needing to be saved? Rather, you are all the Mighty I AM Presence walking in physical form upon this Earth, here and now. Who do you think it is who would want you all bound up by fear, lack of love, forever beating your breasts in lamantation, when so great a gift as Jesus speaks about, the Kingdom of God dwells WITHIN us?
The Cosmic Error, the famous fall from grace from the Perfection above, is the Original Sin. The fables and myths propagated through Earthly time from these fallen ones, have lied and twisted the truth to keep you subserviant. They have placed upon humankind the very dastardly deed they themselves have done. Many people still do this to this very day. It is a very old diversionary tactic. Notice when someone in your culture accuses someone else of the very thing thay are doing. That is what happened at the very beginning of human history. The Nag Hammadi library of scriptures explain more about this. Suppression of this library of knowledge only lasted for a relatively short, dark time. This library has now seen the light of day.
Part of this Cosmic Error is the fact that a human being with an immortal Spirit was created before Yaldaboath who is believed to be the “creator” of humankind. Read On The Origin Of The World, Codex 2, 103, 2-32. This I AM Presence WITHIN YOU has always been and always will be the LIFE of God in your Spirit. You and I are human descendants, through DNA and the eons of time, to this original human Creation, created by the Father of Jesus.
What has happened, especially since the Councils of Nicaea, Laodicea, Trent and Constantinople, is that the Father of Jesus, the Author of himself and the Creation of the spirals of galaxies, universes and the Cosmos, got blended with the lesser “gods” and their creations. Have you ever wondered why there are two stories of Creation in today’s bibles? There is a reason for this.
Sinister forces are at work, and have been since the very start, trying to keep the population “dumbed down” through the tactics of fear and punishment, especially with the dawning of a patriarchal society and ruling change. They do not want you to read these once-banned books, because of the truth they contain. It has been a control game from the start. You no longer have to be a pawn in anyone or anything’s game anymore. Once you know the truth, you become free to use your free will. You can choose not to go in a new direction with this information, but you cannot “unknow” that which you now do know.
There is only Infinity, One God, Father of Jesus. Keep in mind, Jesus said, “You are of your father the devil, and your will is to do your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, and has nothing to do with the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks according to his own nature, for he is a liar and the father of lies.” John 8:44. Why would he have said this if it were not true? No, Jesus was not speaking about something else. He meant every Word he said.
This verse has been contorted to mean something other than the words of Jesus actually said. We humans do this a lot. If we do not like what is being said, we put a spin on it until it is watered down to what we want to believe. I suggest we let the Words of Jesus stand, exactly as they are, without human spin.
It is Infinity, God, the Father of Jesus, and no other lesser gods that we are to treasure. Lesser gods are all part of our pre-history and history. We are not to worship man-made religions and man-made gods going by limited writings, much of which were hidden from our eyes.
The Father of Jesus IS our I AM Presence. Wake up to the realization that, since you are alive and reading this, you have this Precious Presence carried WITHIN your Spirit. When you meditate and pray, get to know this Glorious God WITHIN your heart, mind and Spirit. It is not any different than praying to the Father of God at any other time. God is not separate. Your I AM Presence is intricately part of your spiritual makeup. You and I are inseparately linked to God, Father of Jesus Christ, THROUGH OUR SPIRITS. This is what is meant as our Christed-Selves. It radiates in every single one of our auras. It IS who you are. You are fully human, and fully Divine. Depending on how we choose to use our freedom, for Light or for dark, for Good or for not good, for LOVE or not love, will determine how much we will help or harm humanity and the Earth.
