What are some of the most important Bible verses and themes that contemporary MAGA and Christian Nationalist Christians in America honestly reject by their words and deeds?

This is a serious and sensitive question that deserves a fair but clear answer. Many MAGA-aligned and/or Christian nationalist figures in the U.S. publicly identify as Christian and appeal to biblical authority. However, critics—both religious and secular—have pointed out that many of their words, policies, and actions seem to conflict with central biblical teachings, particularly those emphasized in the New Testament.

Here are some biblical themes and versesthat many contemporary MAGA/Christian nationalist figures arguably reject or ignore, based on their rhetoric and conduct:

 1. Loving Enemies and Nonviolence

Matthew 5:44 – “But I say to you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.”

Romans 12:17–21 – “Do not repay anyone evil for evil… Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.”

Conflict: Many Christian nationalists adopt hostile rhetoric against political opponents, immigrants, LGBTQ+ individuals, and others they view as cultural threats. They often encourage confrontation, not reconciliation, and sometimes downplay or excuse political violence (e.g. Jan. 6).

 2. Humility and Repentance

Luke 18:14 – “For all those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted.”

Matthew 23:12 – “Whoever exalts himself will be humbled…”

Conflict: The movement often glorifies power, dominance, and self-righteousness, with little public focus on humility, repentance, or confessing wrongdoing—qualities that Jesus strongly emphasized.

 3. Care for the Poor, Immigrants, and Marginalized

Matthew 25:35–40 – “For I was hungry and you gave me food… I was a stranger and you welcomed me…”

Leviticus 19:33–34 – “The foreigner residing among you must be treated as your native-born… Love them as yourself…”

James 2:5–7 – “Has not God chosen those who are poor…? But you have dishonored the poor.”

Conflict: MAGA-aligned platforms often support policies that exclude immigrants, reduce social welfare, and stigmatize marginalized groups. This stands in tension with biblical commands to welcome strangers and care for the needy.

 4. Truthfulness

Exodus 20:16 – “You shall not bear false witness…”

Proverbs 6:16–19 – “There are six things the Lord hates… a lying tongue… a false witness who breathes out lies…”

Conflict: The MAGA movement has frequently been associated with disinformation, conspiracy theories, and repeated false claims (e.g., about election fraud), often spread knowingly or recklessly by Christian nationalist figures.

 5. Rejecting Idolatry and Nationalism

Exodus 20:3 – “You shall have no other gods before me.”

Philippians 3:20 – “Our citizenship is in heaven…”

John 18:36 – “My kingdom is not of this world…”

Conflict: Christian nationalism often elevates the U.S. (or a certain vision of it) to near-religious status, blending patriotism with faith in a way that many theologians call idolatrous. It sometimes treats political power, the Constitution, or Trump himself with a reverence that appears to compete with devotion to God.

 6. Rejecting Racism and Ethnic Superiority

Galatians 3:28 – “There is neither Jew nor Greek… for you are all one in Christ Jesus.”

Acts 10:34 – “God shows no partiality.”

Conflict: Christian nationalism often promotes a white-centered cultural and political identity, marginalizing people of color and supporting systems that perpetuate inequality. Some MAGA-aligned Christians oppose multiracial democracy or speak nostalgically about eras marked by racial exclusion.

 7. Peacemaking, Not Division

Matthew 5:9 – “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.”

Titus 3:9–11 – “Avoid foolish controversies… and divisions…”

Conflict: Many Christian nationalist leaders fuel division, encourage fear and anger, and attack other Christians who disagree politically. They often prioritize cultural war over unity, which undermines Jesus’s teaching that peacemakers are blessed.

 8. Servant Leadership and the Rejection of Power Politics

Mark 10:42–45 – “Whoever wants to be great among you must be your servant…”

Conflict: MAGA-aligned Christian rhetoric often praises strength, dominance, and authority—both political and military—while downplaying Christ’s model of humble, sacrificial service.

 9. Concern for Character

1 Timothy 3:2–7 (re: leadership) – “An overseer must be above reproach… self-controlled, respectable… not violent but gentle…”

Conflict: Many MAGA Christian leaders excuse or minimize gross moral failures, dishonesty, or abusive behavior in political figures, especially Donald Trump, often invoking flawed biblical comparisons (e.g., “God used King David or Cyrus”).

✅ Conclusion:

The contrast between core biblical values—especially those taught by Jesus—and the priorities and conduct of Christian nationalism is widely recognized by theologians, ethicists, and pastors across the political spectrum.

This isn’t to say that all MAGA-aligned Christians are intentionally rejecting Scripture. But the practical effects of their rhetoric and political alignment often undermine or contradict the ethical teachings that are central to Christian life—particularly those about humility, compassion, truth, peace, and love for all.

Hate on Both Sides of Differences of Opinions is Not the Answer ~ Empathy, Compassion, Understanding, and Kindness Is


Truth matters.

Is it possible to kill enough people on both sides of any issue to even out the score?

Killing those who you deem to be your enemy only creates more enemies and solves no problems.

Is my God better than your God?

Is your God better than my God?

All governments of this one world we all live on would serve their people better if guardrails were put in place to not allow people with mental illness, shortcomings such as egocentric narcissistic and sociopathic qualities to rule. And if that happened, there should be ways to dethrone them and provide the mental health therapy which they so badly need. Not to help people with mental illness is simply barbaric and cruel and they certainly should not be at the helm of any country in a civilized world.

It is also not advisable to allow human indoctrinations of combinations of church and state to rule. Freedom and Democracy matter. Education matters. Lies Matter. Truth Matters. You were born with the freedom of your own personal free will regardless of the country or religious indoctrination with which you were born into.

Your Spirit/Soul only belongs to you. Your Spirit/Soul does not belong to your parents, your religious controllers, nor to the popular political party of your place in this one world we all live on. Your Spirit, which is your Spark of Eternal Universal Life Force Energy, and your Soul, which is the power animating your mind and body with Life until it is finished with its Life purpose in the here and now.

Human beings are born with the freedom of living their lives as best as they see fit, regardless of what country they live in. Human life is divinely inspired. not humanly contrived. No one has authority over your life unless you hand over your personal power to them.

People who consciously hurt other people for their personal financial benefit are also part of the problem plaguing humanity worldwide. It is a selfish power grab for your personal power, fame (your reputation and your personal goals), and fortune (the keys to your cash). Never give away your personal power to cults of religion and politics just to fit in with their indoctrinations. You are more powerful than you may realize.

No one owns the rights to your personhood but you. You do not need anyone else’s permission to live your life. No one owns the rights to your thoughts, words, and actions but you. You do not need anyone else’s opinion to take your next breath.

Hate in any form is not the answer. Hate was not taught by Jesus, Buddha, nor Krishna. The only one suggesting that hate and war in all its ugly forms is the answer, comes from the lack of the Energy Force personified as evil. This is a dark and sinister energy which is the total absence of the Limitless Living Loving Light. Jesus, the Buddha, Krishna and all other spiritual teachers taught that healing comes from engaging with the spiritual Eternal Universal Life Force Energy, the Almighty Creator and Generator of All Life.

It is easy to see the dysfunctional energies at work. This is what some people call evil, which is nothing more than the lack of good, Light, Love, and the abundance of all good possibilities. It is a free will choice to choose dark over Light or Light over dark. You personally have the power to turn this world around, but it takes you choosing the Light of empathy, compassion, understanding, and kindness to begin to turn things around. It is time to peacefully stand up.

Silence is agreement.

Hating the ones who do not agree with you only serves to keep the fire of hate alive in the heart.

Some people personify these dark energies so as to understand them better, as coming from the fallen ones, the fallen angels, or the devil. However you refer to them, they are energies that lack the Limitless, Living, Loving, Light of Eternal Universal Life Force Energy, which is the Energy of the God Force, the Supreme Author of All Life.

Control freak political, religious, and social cults are the problem when they think that “their” God is the best and only “God” to follow. What they do not know is what has been hidden from humanity for eons and is only now being rediscovered. It is time to grow up and learn what has been hidden from you for unholy and control freak agendas.

There are red flags that alert you to discover if you have been drawn into a cult without your conscious permission.

Here are 14 Cult Markers to watch out for[1]:

  1. The group displays excessively zealous and unquestioning commitment to its leader, and (whether he is alive or dead) regards his belief system, ideology, and practices as the Truth, as law.
  2. Questioning, doubt, and dissent are discouraged or even punished.
  3. Mind-altering practices (such as meditation, chanting, speaking in tongues, denunciation sessions, or debilitating work routines) are used in excess and serve to suppress doubts about the group and its leader(s).
  4. The leadership dictates, sometimes in great detail, how members should think, act, and feel (e.g., members must get permission to date, change jobs, or marry or leaders prescribe what to wear, where to live, whether to have children, how to discipline children, and so forth).
  5. The group is elitist, claiming a special, exalted status for itself, its leader(s), and its members (e.g., the leader is considered the Messiah, a special being, an avatar, or the group and/or the leader is on a special mission to save humanity).
  6. The group has a polarized, us-versus-them mentality, which may cause conflict with the wider society.
  7. The leader is not accountable to any authorities (unlike, for example, teachers, military commanders, or ministers, priests, monks, and rabbis of mainstream religious denominations).
  8. The group teaches or implies that its supposedly exalted ends justify whatever means it deems necessary. This may result in members participating in behaviors or activities they would have considered reprehensible or unethical before joining the group (e.g., lying to family or friends, or collecting money for bogus charities).
  9. The leadership induces feelings of shame and/or guilt to influence and control members. Often this is done through peer pressure and subtle forms of persuasion.
  10. Subservience to the leader or group requires members to cut ties with family and friends, and radically alter the personal goals and activities they had before joining the group.
  11. The group is preoccupied with bringing in new members.
  12. The group is preoccupied with making money.
  13. Members are expected to devote inordinate amounts of time to the group and group-related activities.
  14. Members are encouraged or required to live and/or socialize only with other group members.

Stand up for your God-given gift of free will.

Use your free will to get out of the cult. Use your free will to vote. No one owns the rights to your mind, your voice, or your life. Your life, body, mind, and Eternal Soul belong to you. Call someone you can trust.

Eternal Universal Life Force Energy, God, loves you because God is Love, as 1 John 4:8 says. God forgives you because Love forgives. Most mistakes are not sins. They are simply a learning curve for you. You are a child of God here on earth. Only you can live your life. Only you can vote your conscience. If you have given over the rights to your mind, body, or Spirit/Soul to other religious or political groups, or any other group claiming rights over you, use your free will to walk away. Those are not your friends. Neither your political affiliation, your religious congregation, nor your friends can usurp your God-given rights unless you let them.

Cult Antidote: Never hand over your personal power or relinquish your free will to any person, place, or thing at any time for any reason, ever.

Semantics, while we may use different words to describe people, the love of everyone remains the same.

Personally, I believe labels of any kind hurt humanity, separating people into groups, as if one were better than the other. They are not. All is One.

People have told me humanity is not ready for my next-step thinking, that by labeling people as black, white, Latino, et cetera, communities receive funds for the underprivileged. I say the day we stop labeling people is the day we treat ALL people with the same respect.

Rich people are not better than poor, nor are the poor or middle class better the than rich.

White people are not better than non-white people, nor are non-white people better than white people.

One gender of humanity is not better than any other.

All is One.

Fairness for all people, in every country, across this one Earth is where we ALL dwell.

All is One.

Healing From Antebellum Ghosts


It is time to let go of the 1800’s. The stench of prejudice and systemic racism was not completely eradicated by the Civil War. When asked why some people can’t seem to move on, I have heard, “Y’all won.” Yet the war continues, not on the battle ground lines dividing north and south, but battle lines drawn in the hearts of men and women in every city and state in the United States of America.

How ironic it is to hear some groups of people who claim to be religious, or who say they believe in God, only to continue to feed off fear and hate mimicking those who do not believe in God.

How does a person who wants to leave such a limited belief system transform their heart, mind, voice and actions into someone with a deeper comprehension of what it means to be fully human? One would think that by this time in human history we would be further along the process of healing divisions of race, color, creed, gender, age, and any other distinction we human beings come up with to separate ourselves from one another. Still, here we are in the thick of it.

It starts with each individual and the realization that all human beings are made in the image and likeness of God. We all, regardless of our gender, age, belief system, race, height, eye color, or skin color, belong to the human race.

It means letting go of false notions of being better than other people. Pride has an ugly stench and can hold a person back from moving forward in maturing. Growing in character development takes a lifetime. No one is ever at the end of learning something new about themselves. This is also not a group think-tank process. It takes courage and conviction to stand up for yourself and against principles that are less than human, even if these principles you once adhered to held by the group no longer fit your paradigm.

How free it is to get out from under the burden we either place upon ourselves, or accept from others. We are not limited by the restrictions of the group we find ourselves in, the religions of the past, poisoned politics, manipulated markets, gender judgments, nor racism propaganda. These are the dog whistles of past prejudices of the antebellum ghosts of winds whipping through the willows.

Recognize your past programming. We all have it. We are indoctrinated with it one way or the other in our upbringing and life situations. Also recognize that you are unlimited. You are a free person, free to think independent thoughts not railroaded by any group or leader. Never allow any person or group to usurp your free will. Charismatic groups have a contagious quality, but look outside of the self, rather than inside the self, for the Christ Jesus talked about in Luke 17:20-21, where he clearly states the “Kingdom of God is WITHIN you.”

Wake up to your Christ self, God dwelling WITHIN you. When we accept this truth, we will see that all things are ours, like 1 Corinthians 3:21-23 says, “Therefore let no man glory in men. For all things are yours; whether Paul, or Apollos, or Cephas, or the world, or life, or death, or things present, or things to come; all are yours; And you are Christ’s; and Christ is God’s.”

Christ is in each and every one of us when we wake up tp this fact, and act on good conscience with our free will. Freedom is necessary for all human beings everywhere, without exception.

“Don’t you realize that all of you together are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God lives in you?” 1 Corinthians 3:16

Allow yourself to leave any group that espouses hate and fear. The fear mongers stir the pot to boiling, fueling dysfunctional flames of sabotage. Instead, replace fear with love, empathy, and understanding. Education, history, and social awareness also helps to crack open the door of ignorance, greed, and arcane thinking.

God did not call you to be manipulated. God called you to free will and freedom, peacefully. No one has the right to threaten you. Stand in your personal awareness of who and what you are, a child of God, your Christ self. This means connected to Christ, not independent from Christ.

Is Death Only A Problem If It Is Yours? ~ The Problem With The Herd Immunity Experiment


Six to seven million people are expected to die in the United States of America alone in the Herd Immunity experiment. All the deaths in the wars of Korea, Vietnam, Afghanistan and Iraq are only half of what we have currently lost in this COVID-19 Pandemic. Start the healing with healing measures of social distancing and wearing masks, which are proven to work. This is no hoax. Your friends and relatives are not dying of a hoax. The wool has been pulled over your eyes if you have believed that.

The idea to create a super, white human race capable of withstanding deadly pandemics belongs to a past, fallen Nazi generation. That ideology did not and will not stand against the sands of time then, or ever. There is only one race, the human race, of which we all are a part regardless of race, color, creed, age and/or gender. We are all in this life together. It is not up to the richest or the most politically powerful to subjugate the people of the land, especially in the land of the free, The UNITED States of America.

We are UNITED, not run by different tyrant governments of individual states. Rather, we a true DEMOCRACY. The United States of America shines throughout the world as a shining beacon on the hill, where truth, liberty, justice, and health for ALL citizens are at the helm despite the jealous factions nipping at its heels.

Wealth, politics, or race of individuals are not the deciding factors for valid personhood in the DEMOCRACY of THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. That is how dictators and tyrants rule, not a democratic republic of which we are.

The Grand Old Party, GOP, admits it is following a Herd Immunity track as a “cure” for COVID 19. Some of them are now back-peddling in the face of current realities. First of all, please realize that the Herd Immunity experiment is a fringe medicine concept which is finally being debunked. There is no cure for COVID-19, also known as SARS Co2, a highly contagious and deadly coronavirus. The vaccines currently available for the COVID-19 pandemic and are not cures. They are prevention measures.

The Herd Immunity experiment means that since there are 331 million people in the US and experts say 70 percent of the population would have to get the virus for herd immunity to work, 231.7 million of us would have to get it. Since the current death rate is from 2.6 to 3 percent of all those who get the virus, 6 to 7 million of us would die, in the worst case scenario. So if this is your idea for a cure, you might want to say good-bye to your parents and grandparents now.

+ 322,588 USA COVID-19 deaths in the USA

+ 195,033 new COVID-19 cases in the USA

The CDC reports 36,000 deaths from the flu each year. COVID-19 is no ordinary flu.

Deceptive information concerning people who have and/or die from COVID-19, is that people aren’t really dying from COVID-19, but from heart, lung, kidney or other organ malfunctions. This goes to show the ignorance of what COVID-19 does to the human body, and how it mutates in individuals who do or did have COVID-19, and continues to compromise their systems years later due to mutations.

By not dealing with the COVID-19 Pandemic worldwide with stringent border closings, mask wearing, social distancing across the board rather than region by region, we are now seeing stronger strains of COVID-19 mutating among populations in the United Kingdom. Pretending we are above the physical pandemic, nor opening up social interactions before it was safe to do so did not solve the problem.

Beware of voter suppression tactics targeting Black, Latino, and Democrat voters. Legal voters are not only milky white people, and not only Republican voters. The United States of America was has matured past the ignorance of racist agendas, and welcomes refugees, and immigrants of all countries who revere FREEDOM, DEMOCRACY, and JUSTICE for people. Every vote counts. Your vote counts. You count. This is our DEMOCRACY at stake.

Children do get this deadly virus and many have already died from it. They can also be carriers, spreading COVID-19 to others even if they show no symptoms. Taking temperatures and having fevers is a symptom of COVID-19 that may not show up for 14 days, while continuing to spread this virus.

Masks and social distancing are proven methods to bring a country to be COVID-19 free, like New Zealand.

Maturity is also called delayed gratification. Delayed gratification is a mature response to social dilemmas. By doing the right thing now, we can move past the juvenile approach of not wearing masks, and social distancing adult temper tantrums.

All human life is precious. We all matter. Human life is not expendable in a civilized society.

Uniting the country means we do not only take care and heal red states or blue states. We are the United States of America. We are all one and are much more alike than any difference we profess. Now is the time to build us up in peace, empathy, compassion, kindness, and brotherly love. There is no difference in our humanity, in the color of our skin, our countries of origin, the language we speak, our gender, our age, nor in our abilities and/or disabilities. All Is One.

Bigotry is the opium of the ignorant.

The narcissistic personality disorder masking as unbounded greed and bottomless selfishness of the President over the past four years, validating a deep undercurrent of systemic racism at the helm, has been a schooling of handicapping traits revealing the very best decisions for himself, reaping huge financial gains at the expense of the democracy of the United States of America, racial equality, national security, and the death of nearly a quarter of a million citizens, among other atrocities.

To the narcissist Commander In Chief, addressing the COVID-19 pandemic is paramount to admitting failure, failure of his dismantling of the Pandemic Watch Team, failure of pro-active measures that could have been taken as early as January 2020, failure to treat immigrants fleeing dangerous situations with empathy and compassion, failure to keep immigrant families together rather than heartlessly separating children from their parents – putting both in separate cages – in the process losing 545 children’s parents, and failure of countless backwards-nationalistc goals much to the diminishment of the standing of the USA on the world stage.

Prejudice is a mental illness, not an opinion. It is emotionally blinding. Like environmentally and family seeded biases, some mental illnesses are passed on generationally. It is still a mental weakness to mentally agree and accept prejudice as a valid belief system, reacting to others not like themselves with cruelty in thoughts, words and actions.

Cults use this same principle to inflict fear, obligation and guilt (FOG) as manipulation techniques to get the followers of the group to conform to the will of the deformed group. Notice the cult of followers of the President of the last four years, following fiction over fact, myth over science, and accepting the $100 paid to them for selling their souls for the almighty dollar.

If money is the bottom line of democracy, then a host of unholy thoughts, words and actions can appear as good or normal when they are not.

Like many diseases, healing can only take place when we acknowledge the disease, apply the healing balms of accurate knowledge of history, and the best therapies, procedures, and medicines. We need to address the systemic racism raging across this country from shore to shore, in order to truly be the melting pot of the world.

We the people will not be silenced.

We the people will not be bullied.

Divisive ideologies have attempted to divide and conquor before, without success.

Massachusetts Senator Daniel Webster gave a speech known as the Second Reply to Hayne, where he famously thundered “Liberty and Union, now and forever, one and inseparable!” In Webster’s speech on January 26, 1830 before the United States Senate, he described the federal government as: “made for the people, made by the people, and answerable to the people.”

President Abraham Lincoln loved these words so much that he re-phrased the conclusion of the Gettysburg Address with, “… and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth.”

President-Elect Joe Biden smartly gave one of his 2020 campaign speeches from Gettysburg, rich in its symbolism.

People are resilient. The country is resilient. We are all in this together. While we have our own viewpoints on important matters in running our democracy, we are one United States of America. We are all One.

We are more alike than the differences we profess. We all need to think, speak and act in ways of the greater good.

I AM my brother’s and sister’s keeper.

As a Christmas present this year, let us unwrap the gifts of peace, empathy, compassion, kindness, brotherly love, and share them with everyone around us. Let us also forgive one another. Let us use these healing gifts to heal our hearts, our families, our neighborhoods, and our social and civic circles, focusing on healing divisions of race, color, creed, gender, ages, abilities and disabilities, and any other difference we humans have contrived of to be different from one another.

Let us also continue to shine a light on science, medicine, and technology for the betterment of all of humanity.

Hate Groups In The United States of America ~ The Undercurrent Racist Vote ~ If You Can Close Your Eyes To This … As Long As Money Is The Bottom Line … Racism Wins


Southern Poverty Law Center Hate Map shows the undercurrent of racism alive and well. Anyone who says they are not racist, but can vote for politicians known to be racist through their words and actions, hiding behind “fake news;” treating refugees fleeing for their lives, putting men, women and children in cages; separating children from their parents and “losing” 545 parents in the process; red-line voting districts; allowing the COVID-19 pandemic to run rampant while killing a quarter of a million American lives; living misogynist lives without repudiation; and not wanting all votes to be counted in the democracy of the United States; then all people need to reassess if they are in fact racist. Closing your eyes to racism is in and of itself, racist.

Now is the time to look closely in the mirror and see what we allow in our lives.

What is the real problem at the root of the separation of democracy?

What is at the root of not wanting to count all the votes of all citizens in the United States of America?

Is it tolerable to encourage hate groups to roam the streets of our cities and towns, then blame the trouble they cause on the Black, Latino, and all disenfranchised groups?

Is it lawful to incite hate groups to form bullish “trains” of vehicles to pour out onto roads onto the USA in intimidation moves?

Do you find yourself needing to ignore pangs of conscience?

Does choosing to ignore the needs of others in order to continue to financially profit personally supersede their needs?

It’s A Time For Hope ~ When We All Vote ~ Your Vote Matters


Now is a time for hope, since all votes matter. The reason there are such attempts at suppression of votes and voters is because your vote matters so much. If you are the ages of 18-24, 25-65, or 66 +, this election will matter in every aspect of your future. Voting gives you hope for your future, and to continue the envied democracy of numerous countries in the world.

All votes matter, regardless of race, gender, age, and abilities, regardless of the attempts to silence our voices in deciding the justice, health care, economy, and integrity of the freedom, liberty and the pursuit of happiness of everyone in our country.

Let’s call suppression of votes what it is, cheating.

Prejudice Is A Mental Disease ~ Not An Opinion


How many people have said, “This is just my opinion. I have a right to my opinion. That’s just the way I am.”? Everyone has a right to their own opinion. However, prejudice is not an opinion, nor is it “just they way I am.” Prejudice is a mental disease, a value of hate that is taught through families, friends, and society.

Prejudice is taught. Prejudice is an ignorant teaching. No one is born with a prejudiced mindset. It is also part of the poverty “rich vs poor” mentality, which includes the “us vs them.” It also infiltrates to the “we are better than them,” no matter which side of belief we are on.

The problem occurs when we atttempt to make prejudice be normal, or just another thought or value system someone has. Society never does well when we pretend any form of mental illness is normal.

How close to mental illness do you choose to get? Prejudice is a choice. No matter what our parents, friends or people in our circle of life believe, we always have the choice in what we believe as an individual.

I have had people tell me they have a right to be prejudiced, that the only crime is to act out in harmful or criminal ways. This is faulty reasoning. What you think about, you bring about.

If you encourage others with words full of prejudice then they commit a crime because they are emboldened by your words, you are culpable in their crimes. Charles Manson was.

A white person told me that they carry a gun and could shoot a black person with no problem. This is the form of mental disease that prejudice takes. It shows the beginning of thinking, speaking and acting out in hate, not simply “believing what I want to believe.”

I could be bipolar, which used to be called manic-depressive, and say, “I was born like this. It is in my DNA.” That would be an accurate statement. But since prejudice is not in our DNA, it is a mindset that shapes how we choose to lives our lives, to say “I was born like this” is not a true statement.

Prejudice is an ignorant, deformed mental concept. It serves no one, except the most ignorant and un-Christian among us. Jesus never taught nor practiced prejudice. This mental illness has been with humanity since people populated the earth. But prejudice has not been recognized for what it truly is, a mental disease.

Some of us fall into the weakness of prejudice by becoming victims of it, or by becoming bullies by it. Neither side is healthy. Both sides can heal, but only with the truth that all human beings work together, regardless of race, color, creed, gender, age and any other difference which makes us human. Our variety as human beings is what makes us unique and lovable, not deplorable.

If we only look at the crimes and outrage taking over cities in the United States these days, while not looking at what sparked this in the first place, we would be willfully ignorant of the facts ourselves. Facts are not opinions.

The spin of liars in the world is to call true facts “fake news.” That is the tip off, the red flag that someone is lying to you. Those who tell the truth never call the other side “fake news.” Only liars use those words.

Changes obviously need to be made. Staying relatively quiet since the days of Martin Luther King, Jr. has not stopped the sinister wave of hate prumulgated through the United States and the world under the subculture of white supremacy including prejudice in all its hideous forms.

We need to take off the blinders to the reality of how we treat all people in all situations, stop red-lining districts, stop political and willful conniving to scam the system, and stop pretending mental illness is normal, and stop putting prejudiced lawmakers and judges, all of whom are examples of the mental illness of prejudice in public office.

Prejudice has nothing to do with being educated, it has to with a deformed mental understanding of humanity. That is why prejudice is a mental illness. It is deformed.

The solution to the mental disease of prejudice is to call it what it is, mental illness. Mental illness is treatable. We as a country as well as the world can heal from every form of prejudice. Some people are prejudiced against the mentally handicapped, or people from other lands or beliefs, not just against people who are not exactly the same color of skin that we have. Still, all prejudice is a mental shortcoming, a defect that ought not to be treated as normal.

While systemic racisim has blinded many people, it is not a disease that is incurable. We need to deal with the core issue of racisim, which is prejudice, which erroneously thinks that one brand of people is better than another.

We are all the same in the eyes of God.

There is only one race of people, the human race.

It is time we mentally heal, and educate ourselves to all the goodness diversity has to offer.

It is time we mentally heal, and choose empathy and compassion over mental illness, including narcisism.

It is possible to heal with our very next thought. Reach out to help others. Use words of kindness.

It is possible to heal mental illness through counseling, support, and prayer.

It is just as easy to build each other up as to tear each other down.

If we start with a positive solution today, we can live in a better world tomorrow.

Our Human Family Tree ~ Tracing The Human Journey Through Time


Our human family traces its roots back to the south of Africa.

Many of you who read this blog happen to live in countries that value freedom, realize we are one big human family, that we are a whole human race of Homo Sapiens, and our home is the earth we all share. Some of you live in troubled countries where human life is not as valued as the life and death causes of a select few. Even in lands where predjudice, bigotry, racism, sexism are considered a normal way of life, the fact of the matter is, we are all part of the same human family, living on the same planet.We are more alike than the differences we profess.

In 2009, National Geographic made an educational documentary, “The Human Family Tree (2009) Documentary,” which traced the roots of all humanity back to Africa through DNA testing. This film was narrated by Kevin Bacon, and featured Spencer Wells, Ph.D. with the Genographic Project, sponsored by National Geographic and IBA.

This project took DNA swab samples on a single day, from a couple hundred random people on a single street in Queens, NY, USA; a microcosm of the world. According to this scientific study, the cradle of humanity is Southeast Africa. They traced markers in the DNA and found that all humanity, you, me and the people across the street, whoever they may be, all of us can trace our DNA back to Africa.

This group has been collecting DNA from more than 350,000 people all over the world, confirming the 2009 study. Most families can trace their family back four or five generations, but this study used genetic markers, finding that we all decend from a small group of Homo Sapiens, which began in Africa about 200,000 years ago. Not only do we decend from this small group, all of whom are 99.9 percent genetically just like us, all of us can be traced back to what they term Scientific Adam and Scientific Eve, one man and one woman.

The documentary traced those people in the New York study, through DNA markers, and following cell structures of mitochondria. These markers allow scientists to connect people through history. Markers serve as a kind of clock for when people lived, and also act as a roadmap reflecting where they came from and where they were going.

Climate change, the Ice Age in the northern continents, and drought in the southern continents dropped the human population to about 2,000 people. We were an endangered species.

We recovered. Here we are. How do you care for yourself mentally, physically and spiritually? How are your relationships in your immediate family, personally and socially? How do you interact with your neighbors and strangers you meet every day? How responsible are you with valuing all human life in the world at large?

As members of the human family, it is important to make the most peace where we can, make decisions based on the most life saved. We were once at the brink of extinction. With common effort, we survived. Peace begins with us now, right where we are. It begins with us individually, then extends out to our immediate family, then further out to our human family.

This is the history of our human race, which includes all ethnicities, colors, creeds, genders, ages, abilities and disabilities. Not one age of people is better than the other, nor is one race of human beings better than the other, etc. You will notice there are not different earths for the many different belief systems. We all have one earth, one origin. We are all related.

It is ignorance to believe any one of us is better than the original race of people from which we decended. We all share the same experiences of life and death. No one escapes this fact. Pretending we are “greater than thou” only limits our expanse of knowledge and experience. While we are here gracing this planet with our presence, let us remember the accurate history from which we came.

We Already Have Liberty And Freedom ~ The USA Has No Need For Militias Nor Home-Grown Terrorists


In 1776, we fought for and won independence during the Revolutionary War; and again in the War of 1812, also considered the Second War of Independance. We already have independence.

In 1865, we fought the long hard battle of the Civil War, and won freedom from the horrid, humanly contrived condition of slavery, which sought to keep other human beings as chattle. From that point on we recognize that all who were once enslaved are to be treated as free men and women. We still need to make sure this particular freedom becomes a reality for all people, not just for white people, because systemic racism insideously rears its ugly head from time to time. Too many lives have been lost already to this crime against humanity. We already have freedom from slavery in the USA. We need to act on this freedom in peace and dignity. We need to vote out racism whenever we see it.

The thing we as Americans need to do is to peacefully and humanely act on the freedoms we already have. When we see the need to replace bad and/or racist police, we need to act quickly to replace them with good police who treat all people with dignity and respect.

There are ignorant forces sirring the pot of Democracy as if by putting voice to their malignant actions they attempt to validate the facade of freedom and liberty. Ignorance is no excuse for breaking the laws of this land. There are upstanding police forces and the armed service of the USA should any man or woman fell the call to serive our country in this noble way. But socially irresponsible groups of home grown terrorists are not to be tolerated in any society.

We all need to raise our heads above the noisy rucus to remember the accurate history of the United States of America for which the Statue of Liberty stands, in order that we bring peace and justice to all people, not just the wealthiest, nor any gun-toting would-be militia, nor allow ourselves to be railroaded by the politically powerful.

Remembering our independent, freeom-loving, liberty foundation, the citizens of the United States are more resiliant than the bully political pundants, and the renegade, self-appointed militias.

We already have fought these fights. There is no need to repeat the past. We do need to positively vote in our political system, and act in the freedom and liberty.

Our founding fathers drew up The Constitution of the United States, the Declaration of Independence, and the Bill of Rights. The United States of America is a land of laws. We are not living in the times of the wild, wild, west. Thank God for the FBI and government agencies that watch out for the good of all its citizens.

As citizens, we have the right to peaceful protests across the USA to make our voices heard. Not only is this a recognized in the USA, it is also a God-given right to stand up peacefully for the good of all people, and make our voices heard.

We lift up our hearts, minds and voices to make sure we have justice and liberty for all people in this beautiful land by voting for integrity, honor and sevility, making sure that everyone is treated equally and fairly.

Pro-Life is more than pro-unborn children’s lives. Pro-Life stands up for the lives of all children in their upbringing, education, protecting them from predators in every area of life. Pro-Life protects all children born into this world from every harm, including removing public food programs from their families, leaving the family and their children destitute.

Pro-Life is more than pro-rich life. Pro-Life is the loving of all people, including taking care of the poor among us, who may find themselves without food, homes and the bare essentials for every aspect of human life, in order to exist.

Pro-Life is more than pro-religious life. Pro-Life does not ignore science, since God made everything, including the knowledge of science, technology and all matter. Pro-Life is not ignorant. Pro-Life investigates everything, including the science showing how God manifested the world with tangible facts.

Pro-Life is more than pro-only God can heal. Pro-Life welcomes the wisdom of good health, such as the biblical physician, Luke taught and performed. Pro-Life listens to all medical advice from qualified doctors, listening to accurate facts, void of political and financial agendas.

Pro-Life is more than pro-English life. Pro-Life is loving all human life regardless of where they were born on this earth, including Mexico, South Africa, Kenya, Vietnam, Korea, China, and every other non-white nation. It was not that long ago that Italian and Irish people were also treated as non-white, second class citizens and were shunned from the work places in America, the literal human melting pot of the world.

Pro-Life is more than English-speaking life. Pro-Life reaches all people of every language. Pro-Life does not tolorate prejudice against people who speak a different language or accent.

Pro-Life is more than pro-young people. Pro-Life is the loving value of senior citizens, regardless of their age, respecting and protecting them from all forms of discrimination, in the work place and all areas of life.

Pro-Life is more than pro-able-bodied people. Pro-Life honors all human life, regardless of illness, disfigurement, those missing limbs, physical limitations, and obvious uncontrolable movements of numerous diseases.

Pro-Life is more than the pro-perfect minded people. Pro-Life acknowledges and supports people with all forms of mental illness, including stress, anxiety, and panic attacks.

Pro-Life is more than pro-perfect speech in all people. Pro-Life loves and supports people with all manner of speech impediments, including people who have had strokes resulting with slurred speech.

Pro-Life is more than words. Pro-Life does not condone making fun of people who are different from us, publically or privately. Prejudice against any person, especially if it harms their reputation, is not just an opinion. It is a hate crime.

Pro-Life is more than pro-male life. Pro-Life treats people equally regardless of their gender in every area of life, giving equal pay for equal work, including employment benefits, marriage, and respect in all areas of life.

Pro-Life is more than pro-professional life. Pro-Life supports all human life, including those who have lost their professions and are out of work. Pro-Life believes that there ought not be a financial floor any human being can fall beneath, nor would Pro-Life tell people who have tried and failed through no fault of their own to obtain work to,”Go get a job,” which is a judgment against such people. Jesus tells us in Matthew 7:1 “Stop judging!”

Pro-Life does not end with children in utero. Pro-Life believes this is only the beginning of their lives. Anyone voting for Pro-Life regards the value and God-given right to life in all of life, not just part of it.

There is more to thinking, speaking and acting Pro-Life than abortion. Pro-Life would not abort funds, homes, food, clothing, education and everything else mentioned in this post. Everyone declaring that they are Pro-Life needs to step up in all areas covered by the words, Pro-Life, without exceptions that only serve to show their prejudice.

If people do not agree with these Pro-Life Statements, they ought not call themselves Pro-Life. I attended one of the first Pro-Life meetings with the late Bishop Bernard J. Flanagan in the Worcester Diocese when abortion first became legal.

St Francis showed us how to reverence all of life. He was Pro-Life not only for human beings, but also for all animals and everything in nature, and would never have stood by silently on the subjects of global warming and climate change. There is more to what the words “Pro-Life” mean.

Whose Ethics? Now Is The Time ~ What Do You Stand For?


When I was co-chairperson of the Massachusetts Education Reform Act of 1993, I suggested introducing an ethics class to go along with the newly accepted sex-education course that was being taught to that year’s sixth graders. The answer I got back was, “Whose ethics?”

That answer, as if it were a viable one, is what stood between teaching with and without ethics.

Merriam-Webster Dictionary defines ethics as: “the discipline with what is good and bad, and with moral duty and obligation.”

The other answer I got at that same meeting was, “If we teach morality, whose morality should we teach?”

We see this today on the world stage, as if different sides can interpret ethics and morality differently.

We see this in the movie and television world, where each year, we reach certain tolerance levels addressing crime, violence and bloodshed. Once those limits are set, it seems more detailed crime, violence, and bloodshed is required to maintain the status quo of an increasingly bloodthirsty audience.

We see this in the ever-infringement on innocent youth for the invading and decending language, as well as inappropriate dress, as if it is normal to send prepubescent students to school in the same clothing as ladies of the night.

The government of the United States of America is also not unaffected by sweeping away ethics and morality, claiming immorality as morality, unethical behaviors as ethical behaviors, lies as truth, and always claiming that it is “the other guy” who is lying, even when videos and facts prove otherwise.

Remember, even Pilate asked the famous question, “What is truth?” We all ask this same question when we do not like what we are hearing, and have our own agenda.

What do you stand for?

Do you close your eyes to dishonest practices because they serve you in some way?

Do you sell out your integrity for the bottom line?

Is your political career more important than the lives you hold in your hand with the swipe of your pen?

Do you have any part of playing God by separating children and babies from their parents, putting all of them in cages, those who are seeking refuge at our borders?

Do you make yourself complicit in human trafficking by selling stolen children from their parents and selling them through adoption agencies?

Do you mandate SARS CoV2 (COVID-19) numbers be sent to the US Health and Human Services, which are said to be manipulated into more palateable numbers for public consumption, rather than mandating they be sent to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) for accurate expert, medical opinion and dissemination?

Do you close your eyes to global warming and climate change because you receive some benefit of money or endorsements?

Do you listen to medical doctors or pharmacological companies in your decision making process?

Do you trample upon the Constitution of the United States, and what the Statue of Liberty stands for as imprinted on her base, “Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breath free, the wretched refuse of your teeming shore. Send these, the homeless, tempest-tossed to me. I lift my lamp beside the golden door.”

Do you stack the Supreme Court with judges who truly serve justice blindly, remembering Lady Justice wears a blindfold signifying that justice is truly blind when it comes to race, skin color, ethnic background, gender, age, ability, or disability?

Do you stand for equal pay for equal work, regardless of people of different race, skin color, ethnic background, gender, age, ability, or disability?

Do you value people over things?

Where do you spend your money?

Where do you spend your time?

What do you think about?

Where you spend your thoughts, time and money; there is where your heart is.

Each of us, whether we are in public office and have a direct ability to make just laws for all citizens, or whether we are citizens making a living at our life’s work, or even currently without work or home, we can all take in the news of the day and create more just and civil societies right where we are.

The recipe for our life may need to change depending upon the variables at hand. We can always use our free will to uplift rather than put down, heal rather than inflict pain, listen rather than ignore pleas for help, listen without an answer running (which is not listening), and feed the poor rather than close our eyes to the plight of hungry humans.

Giving and receiving are two sides of the same coin. Sometimes it seems easier to give than receive. But receiving is necessary for balance of greed running rampant. It is odd that those who truly are in need of receiving have a harder time receiving what they need, as opposed to the wealthiest among us, not in need, who seek to usurp receiving to fill their gluttonous desires.

We Are More Alike Than Our Differences ~ USA Presidential Election ~ Have No Fear

We are more alike than the differences we profess. There is nothing to be afraid of. Stop shaking in your boots. There is no reason to fear people of different ethnic backgrounds, different genders, different ages, different religions, nor any difference in skin color. There is nothing we cannot handle with peaceful negotiation.

The United States of America is founded as a nation of immigrants. We welcome everyone, not just white people from Eastern Europe. As a matter of fact, people from assorted backgrounds were already here and settled within the current borders of the USA prior to the westward push to the opposite sea. The indigenous people of our great and wonderful land are still here. We love them. They are all part of the American Dream in this beautiful melting pot of humanity.

There is no reason to demonize people. We associate with groups of people who are different from our own. In these

days before the November 2020 Presidential Election, including the Presidential Conventions and TV shows, differences in the beliefs of the parties are being highlighted. There is a palpable undercurrent of fear that is present. Fear of others, how they think, and how they look, is not the way to make the best decisions, nor is lack of understanding the actual history on which this great nation is founded.

This present and palpable fear between political parties has infected the base of each within this country. It is important to separate fact from fiction in order to make common sense decisions based on love for all of humankind, not hype, hate or spin of the truth. This is not like rooting for your favorite sports team. We need to make decisions not based on the popular opinion of others, but based on our own research with input from more than one credible source.

I am writing to you as a former newspaper reporter and feature writer for three large newspapers. I needed to get real facts from three corroborated and credible sources, not friends who thought the same way I did. When I covered local Town Hall meetings, which are the heartbeat of the town, I could not misdirect the information to any particular target audience. The news I wrote had to apply to all townspeople. It was their tax dollars that funded the government of their town. I did not have any right to distort the truth of my own personal opinion. We all need to investigate further than what one side of any issue is before jumping on any bandwagon that may take you in the wrong direction, simply because you negelicted to navigate the precipice just around the corner.

How important is it to you that other countries with autocratic and oligarch leaders not interfer in the elections of the United States of America?

How important is it to you that factions of other countries not put bounties on the heads of our American soldiers?

How important is it to you to have your vote counted in the next Presidential Election?

It is easy to see the fear instigated by those with fear-based agendas.

What is the best way to make decisions not based on fear, but instead on intelligent investigation?

Is money the bottom line?

STEP OUT OF FEAR. STOP THE HATE. STOP SPREADING THE FEARMONGERING.

It is possible to stop the runaway train of fear by switching tracks to the path of love, empathy, compassion, justice and liberty for all, as we profess to believe in our Pledge of Allegiance.

Who are the people we count as illegal aliens?

Who counts as legal residents of the USA?

Should we determine who is legal by what they look like?

How far back should we look, to the Native American Indians? Well, no, we should not go back that far because then we would all be illegal aliens. Looking back at the history of the United States of America it is easy to see why the USA border with Mexico is such a hot spot. However, Mexicans were here long before we were, and many of them and their families never left. They still live on their original homestead. Some Americans think these people are immigrants when in fact, they were here for generations before we got here.

ago, when our very own grandparents and their grandparents were immigrants to this country. Most of them simply walked through Ellis Island, signed their name, or an “X” if they could not write, to get in. We do need smart immigration reform that does not include inhumane treatment. The scarcity mentality based on fear, fear of others, fear of their beliefs, fear of how they look, fear of how they think, fear, fear, fear is the pinacle problem of our time. We are smarter than this.

We need to stand on principle, not fear of others. We need to be fair, not self-righteous. We need to empathetic and compassionate to the plight of humanity caught in the midst of inhuman actions in these extraordinary times. We need a clear mind not infected with the plague of inhuman actions to solve the problems facing us today.

This fear and demonization of others has infiltrated the small minds, greedy hearts and loud voices of a few of those among us. We need to broaden our horizons and find creative solutions that do not include the destruction of the soul and spirit of human integrity, that place all non-white Americans, as well as non-American people, in the same category as crimminals and drug lords. We need to address crime issues, but often it is the illegal immigrant who is the victim of the crime, not the perpetrator.

Indigo Children Living Techincolor Lives


The human family is hurting itself by all the labels we place upon each other. Labeling and putting humans not like us in boxes is the system we know. It is the system we judge by, consciously or unconsciously. What do we do with the non-conformists, like Indigo Children living technicolor lives?

Society is changing, or is it?

The labeling system that has served humanity for generations is becoming obsolete. If we do not keep up, we will be out of step with the future. This is not about judging, or being right or wrong. This is not about supressing the voice of the other, which we do not want to hear.

Why don’t these very unique beings see what we see, and do things the conventional way?

Indigo Children, for lack of a better term of judging this supposedly relatively new breed of people, operate under a new code, an accelorated understanding of personhood. Actually they have been with us since the dawn of Creation, or the Big Bang as some say. However our understanding can grasp the beginning of people, that is how long Indigo Children can trace their beginning to.

At the beginning of time and thought-substance into matter, beings were first androgynous, both male and female. We often forget this part of human pre-history. It is merely a placement of geography whether we are black or white, or any other difference our physical bodies manifest. Some prideful egos revolt at this reality.

Why is this obviously different human presence making its appearance in our families at this time?

While it may seem that Indigo Children have recently dropped from the sky, so to speak, they have been with us for eons. We simply have not paid them attention, nor given them the accolades they deserved at the time. They have been our artists, our scultpures, our mathematicians, our architects and the like. It is only in hindsight that we give them the just praises, awards and prestige they deseve.

We have not been paying enough attention to the important aspects of what being fully human means to humanity as a whole. Humanity is not represented by only being:

white
straight
male
having blue eyes
blonde hair
English (or any other conquering, dominating people)
rich
powerful
tall
ego-driven

Is it a matter of parenting? No. We need to wake up to reality.

How do we determine (judge) who are the:

worthy ones?
less than human ones?
the best generation of people born at a certain time?
generation not to be trusted?
safe ones we can be around?
ones we have to watch out for?
ones we can trust?
ones who are like us?
ones who think like us?

Some of us are a different color, creed, ethnicity, belief system, language, age, ability and, god forbid, a non-descript gender. It is as if all these differences made up some quality or lack of quality of the height of humanity in and of itself.

Have you ever thought that perhaps these “menacing butterflies” of human beings who do not conform to specific gender roles, for example, are actually living loving lives in their journey of self discovery void of labels, as we all should? Imagine living your life freely, without looking through the lenses of the opinion and labels of others to determine what you should or should not do.

How do you feel when lables are placed on you?
How do you feel when people say you are too:

trouble making?
like a church mouse?
loud?
soft?
different?
lazy?
busy?
shy?
talkative?
quiet?
judgmental?
much like a doormat?
hard to get along with?
easy to get along with?

The less-evolved, lower forms of humanity sometimes turn to hate crimes, as if by elimiating the proposed menace, the “problem” will go away. Nothing could be further from the truth. Whether it is a war for any reason, in any country, it is never possible to kill enough of the “enemy” to eliminate the DNA within all of humankind. You and I carry this human DNA within the physical structure of our human bodies. This is normal. It is the hateful way we treat each other at times that is not normal.

The higher evolutions of human kind have nothing to do with gender, ethnicity, skin color, age, creed, ability nor disability. Every human being has something to offer to the rest of us.

Arrogance coupled with blind and/or willful ignorance is one of the lowest levels humanity often sinks to in the labeling game of determining who is important and who is not. The solution to ignorance is education, admitting we do not know everything there is to know about life, or certain situations. Simply thinking we know everything about everyone and every thing ought to be the red flag that we really do not know everything there is to know about everyone who is different from us, or thinks differently from us.

Keep in mind that Jesus said the kingdom of God is within us, in Luke 17:21. The Hebrew, Greek, English Interlinear Bible translates the original writing to “within you,” not “among you” as some bibles changed the translation to. Most modern bibles are now correcting this misinformation back to the original words of Jesus.

Indigo Children have the kingdom of God within them also. They always have. Jesus made no exclusions. Humankind did, but Jesus did not. This means the kingdom of God is also within everyone who identifies as an Indogi Child, or who is in the LGBTQ communities, Autistic communities, and every other difference people have manufactured as being “different” from other, less-evolved humans.

Prior to the eons of greed, bigotry, unbridled selfishness and separatness, we were each freedom-2053281_1920born as free human beings, free to live life, free to think our own thoughts, and free to experience through our six senses. That is the original essence of who we are. We come from immortal LIFE and LIGHT manifesting as LOVE. Our souls are the seed of this LIFE, LIGHT, and LOVE, which never dies. Our souls are eternal, as is the Source of our being. We are physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, etheric and astral.

It is not our job in this life to enslave ourselves nor enslave others.

You and I are the pendulums in our lives, programmed by our own throughts, words and actions. We are programmable. We are crystalline in nature. Look at your skin and blood cells under a miscrope and you will see the geometric shapes of which you are comprised. Included in your physical structure is silicon dioxide, quartz crystal, which is highly programmable. Check out your vitamins and the pre-packaged foods on the shelves in your homes and grocery stores. Silicon dioxide if often listed as one of the ingredients.

We do not have to do what others have programmed us to do, think and say. We also have the gift of free will. How are we chosing to use our very own free will? Do we use it to promote Love or NOT LOVE? We have the ability to create change for the betterment of humankind any time we desire to create a better world in which to live.

Over eons of time, some of us created various control systems. Perhaps we needed to learn how to best grow into our own person power in a balanced way. There is a way to stand up in our own power that does not harm others in the same way that we do not wish to be harmed. We are learning, time after time, when the authority of others and their control systems rise to the surface of daily living. These control systems can be seen in every nation in: politics, religion, education, finance, and global caretaking, or not.

Bigotry, caste, class and ignorant distinctions are based on race, color, gender, creed, age, ability, disability, and any other distinction we humans create under our misguided use of free will and personal power. This has been our history from the beginning of time to this day. Control systems are not part of LOVE, LIGHT and LIFE that walks the earth in each one of us souls who now wear bodies. We are all intended to be born free human beings. No one human being is any better thn any other human being. We can work together to create a better future, full of LOVE, LIGHT and LIFE. The important point to make here, is that we are all the same, of the same-soul origen.

To see human beings as separate beings is just as ludicrous as saying God is better than God, or that God counts more than God, or that God is more important than God.

The pendulum of freedom has swung far and wide since the sinking of Atlantis over 12,000 years ago, when similar lack of understanding exactly who we are and where we come from caused its demise, generating the cataclysmic global flood. Imbalance of control over other human beings as well as misguided authority over various energetic power systems.

It is not impossible to bring back, to wake up, remember and realize our full human potential. We barely have the time necessary to do this on this world at this moment, if we wish to. If we act now, we can make psychological, emotional and intellectual progress. We do not have to remain in our current state of imbalance and dysfunction, which is a mere shadow of who and what we really are. We all can be better.

We still have the template of our original design held within our DNA blueprints. It is possible, with conscious awareness and greater recognition to welcome in LOVE over NOT Love, PEACE over NOT PEACE, UNDERSTANDING over NOT UNDERSTANDING, and INTELLIGENCE over WILLFUL IGNORANCE.

We are not born into any kind of limiting system (other than our soul is now encased by our body), no matter what present or past earth control systems pontificate. We are not born rich or poor in the worldly standards of judgment. A baby boy born into a loving poor family is far richer than one born into a wealthy family where affections are withheld or used as bargaining chips in life, something to be earned.

When we first made our appearance here on earth, as our souls dropped into time from the ETERNAL LIGHT, LIFE and LOVE beyond, we did not have physical bodies. The vibrations and conscious awareness of our soul-selves were so much higher that the concept of lack and competition manifested in today’s world. We created via thought and desire. Souls that dropped down from eternity out of sheer curiosity came from a place of total and complete LOVE, LIGHT and Life, exactly as all our souls did. Today, it is still our common denominator. Our immortal soul is our God Particle.

If we are all born from LOVE and LIGHT from the Eternal LIFE Itself, from the Author of the Big Bang of all the material Creation, in precise order and eternal expansion, where did we pick up the contrary notion of being separate, or different, or better than anyone or any thing else in this world?

We forgot the very spark of LIFE, LIGHT and LOVE from which we came. As souls, we know we are not of the mortal world, born from material mothers and fathers. That is a matter of recreation (re-creation), not creation. As souls, we knew we came from the Great God of All, from the I AM of old, from the very Name of God Himself.

While in Lemuria, the Land of Mu, we rembered (re-membered) initially that our spark of LIFE came from the Original SPARK OF LIFE. Our etheric souls manifested. We experienced. As with all of our histories, when we do not re-member who we are and where we came from, or go out of balance with the discovery of power and how to use it, through our own exuberance and thrill, we can go one step too far, and sink the good we have done. Not RE-MEMBERING that our souls are the LOVE, LIGHT, LOVE Sparks of the SOURCE of all LIFE,  is like forgetting that the energy carried through the plug comes from the electrical Source of the energy. The plug is not energized until it is plugged into its source. Our souls are truly our God-selves, immortal.

REMEMBER who you are.

That is the origin of our very own I AM Presence, the life of each soul. It is sparked from the eternal spark of the LOVE, LIGHT and LIFE we carry within us. It is part of our essence. It is the very thing that animates us. Without our souls, which return to our eternal soul home, our physical bodies cease to function. We call it death, but it is only the death of this particular body. We were and still are, all eternal in our never ending souls.

The good news is we have eternity to deal with all of this. We have the loving gift of reincarnation. Even in Jesus’ day, Jesus asked the apostles who they thought he was in Matthew 16:13-16. “Some say John the Baptist, others say Elijah, and others Jeremiah or one of the prophets.” He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?” Peter replied, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.” Jesus does not correct them by saying there is no such thing as reincarnation. If that were so, that would have been the time to teach that very important point to his apostles. But Jesus did not say that.

The more we remain in density, the denser we become. The more attracted we get to the things that blind us from our original goals here on earth, the more we can misuse free will to become so distracted that we bring on our own demise. Some of us have become extremely dense in mind and body. Over the eons of time, depending on where we chose to live, cataclysm after cataclysm, flood after flood, and ice age after ice age, we have reincarnated in various parts of the world. We discovered we enjoyed going from telepathic language to inventing physical language as the means of human communication. There are many more differences that made us all unique.

Some of us stopped practicing LOVE and focused our attention on NOT LOVE. This brought in a host of other realizations we had not thought of before. It was not until things got way out of control, did we see how far we had fallen from the Source of all LOVE, LIGHT and LIFE. The pendulum swung completely in the opposite direction into the void of LOVE, LIGHT and LIFE. What we are experiencing now, others have experienced generation upon generation before us. Without correcting imbalance in all manmade created current realities, it is possible to lose it all again.

Greed grew. NOT LOVE grew. Care of the self over the excluded care of others, even children became our reality. Care of the greater number grew cold to the point children were ripped out of the mother’s arms and put in cages. This was done with plausible explanations why it was acceptable to do. So many of us accepted the unacceptable. People from countries other than ours were also put in cages and treated inhumanly. We closed our eyes to people in death camps, and murdered black people in city streets. There was war after war, as peace was supposedly sought. No country on earth was without these negative side effects from the negative seeds planted.

When we plant seeds of corn, we do not grow tomatoes. Oddly, this fact still suprises some of us.

Whatever you think about comes about. Whatever you focus on happens. We see through our histories this has happened when we only thought of greed, bigotry, unbridled selfishness, and separatness as goals to attain.

Not all of us throughout history were blinded by greed, unbridled selfishness, and unsynmpathetic to the plights of others. Most of us did remember the Author of LOVE, LIGHT and LIFE. Through all the ages, we have noticed times of more enlightenment, empathy, compassion, and kindness. Not all of us acted as victims in our own life. Some of us even worked to bring this LOVE, LIGHT and LIFE to others through energy work and crystals, working with humanity and global efforts, and a wide array of projects. A core group of us continue, dedicated to this day to pray and meditate for the raising of the consciousness, knowing All is One.

We can change, even in today’s world, to make a better place for all of us to live in. We do not have to destroy everything by power grubbing grabs over people, places and things. We do not have to melt the polar ice caps, hunt animals life to extinction, ruin this beautiful planet, or trash our atmosphere until it is inhabitable. You and I are the pendulums in this life. If we do not like what we have created (Yes, we have created dysfunction ad well as function), we can put our energy, focus and desire to better our situations.

The pendulum swings from freedom to slavery, as well as from slavery to freedom. In each of our lives, we go in and out of enlightenment. Different things capture our finite attention. We search. We learn. We come to new understanding. We change religions, find religion or have no religion. We can wake up. No matter what our beliefs, there is always more to discover, because Pure LOVE, LIGHT and LOVE is the TRUE essence of our souls, which are eternity itself.

The plug is not energized until it is plugged into its source. Our souls are truly our God-selves, immortal.

REMEMBER who you are.

That is the origin of our very own I AM Presence, the life of each soul. It is sparked from the eternal spark of the LOVE, LIGHT and LIFE we carry within us. It is part of our essence. It is the very thing that animates us. Without our souls, which return to our eternal soul home, our physical bodies cease to function. We call it death, but it is only the death of this particular body. We were and still are, all eternal in our never ending souls.

The good news is we have eternity to deal with all of this. We have the loving gift of reincarnation. Even in Jesus’ day, Jesus asked the apostles who they thought he was in Matthew 16:13-16. “Some say John the Baptist, others say Elijah, and others Jeremiah or one of the prophets.” He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?” Peter replied, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.” Jesus does not correct them by saying there is no such thing as reincarnation. If that were so, that would have been the time to teach that very important point to his apostles. But Jesus did not say that.

The more we remain in density, the denser we become. The more attracted we get to the things that blind us from our original goals here on earth, the more we can misuse free will to become so distracted that we bring on our own demise. Some of us have become extremely dense in mind and body. Over the eons of time, depending on where we chose to live, cataclysm after cataclysm, flood after flood, and ice age after ice age, we have reincarnated in various parts of the world. We discovered we enjoyed going from telepathic language to inventing physical language as the means of human communication. There are many more differences that made us all unique.

Some of us stopped practicing LOVE and focused our attention on NOT LOVE. This brought in a host of other realizations we had not thought of before. It was not until things got way out of control, did we see how far we had fallen from the Source of all LOVE, LIGHT and LIFE. The pendulum swung completely in the opposite direction into the void of LOVE, LIGHT and LIFE. What we are experiencing now, others have experienced generation upon generation before us. Without correcting imbalance in all manmade created current realities, it is possible to lose it all again.

Greed grew. NOT LOVE grew. Care of the self over the excluded care of others, even children became our reality. Care of the greater number grew cold to the point children were ripped out of the mother’s arms and put in cages. This was done with plausible explanations why it was acceptable to do. So many of us accepted the unacceptable. People from countries other than ours were also put in cages and treated inhumanly. We closed our eyes to people in death camps, and murdered black people in city streets. There was war after war, as peace was supposedly sought. No country on earth was without these negative side effects from the negative seeds planted.

When we plant seeds of corn, we do not grow tomatoes. Oddly, this fact still suprises some of us.

Whatever you think about comes about. Whatever you focus on happens. We see through our histories this has happened when we only thought of greed, bigotry, unbridled selfishness, and separatness as goals to attain.

Not all of us throughout history were blinded by greed, unbridled selfishness, and unsynmpathetic to the plights of others. Most of us did remember the Author of LOVE, LIGHT and LIFE. Through all the ages, we have noticed times of more enlightenment, empathy, compassion, and kindness. Not all of us acted as victims in our own life. Some of us even worked to bring this LOVE, LIGHT and LIFE to others through energy work and crystals, working with humanity and global efforts, and a wide array of projects. A core group of us continue, dedicated to this day to pray and meditate for the raising of the consciousness, knowing All is One.

We can change, even in today’s world, to make a better place for all of us to live in. We do not have to destroy everything by power grubbing grabs over people, places and things. We do not have to melt the polar ice caps, hunt animals life to extinction, ruin this beautiful planet, or trash our atmosphere until it is inhabitable. You and I are the pendulums in this life. If we do not like what we have created (Yes, we have created dysfunction ad well as function), we can put our energy, focus and desire to better our situations.

The pendulum swings from freedom to slavery, as well as from slavery to freedom. In each of our lives, we go in and out of enlightenment. Different things capture our finite attention. We search. We learn. We come to new understanding. We change religions, find religion or have no religion. We can wake up. No matter what our beliefs, there is always more to discover, because Pure LOVE, LIGHT and LOVE is the TRUE essence of our souls, which are eternity itself.

As I hold a piece of Phenacite, I am being encouraged to tell you to raise your vibrations, purify your thoughts, and put out only positive energy.

How does one put out only positive energy at a time of climate change, global pandemics, lack of financial stability, increased homelessness, and racial madness?

First, I must say that finances are not the bottom line in this life, no matter what fear-based supposed reality you are believing in or others are professing as the way to go. Money is not the bottom line.

Second, white people are not better than black or any other color or nationality of people in the entire world, nor is it the other way around, with any group being better than any other group, regardless of age, gender, ability or disability, or any other way human beings like to separate themselves from each other. Fear of those different from us is a manmade, eroneous and untrue concept.

LOVE and FREEDOM are the bottom line. If you are not working on the foundation of LOVE as your MO, your Modus Operandi, then your thought processes and decision making skills are crippled. The Merriam-Webster Dictionary defines Modus Operandi as a method of procedure. What is your tell-tale sign of how you make decisions? For you and me, this is how we manifest our realities, by our thought processes first.

What is your reality?

Is it fear based?

Is it based on LOVE?

Is it based on FREEDOM?

Is the reality about the self and self alone?

Let’s take this last point first. We human beings used to know that it is a good thing to take care of and be concerned for other people. It still is. But some of us have lost our way to empathy and compassion. It seems we have arrived at an era where we need to be reminded to take care of other people, and those not under our roofs. We need to wake up and care for those on our streets, those who are less fortunate, those who are ill, those in other countries. It sems we are not able to rouse up care and concern for our own humanity, never mind the very real threats to human survival due to climate change and the descimination of the lungs of our planet, the rain forests. If you and I truly care about ourselves, we will take better care of others and the planet. We need to wake up our hearts and care about more than just ourselves, and oh yes, care more than just the economy.

It is not loving to be willfully ignorant, and choose to live in denial. Living in denial does not serve your highest purpose, nor anyone else. That is not FREEDOM. FREEDOM is not based in denial, nor is denial loving.

We live in a fantastic world capable to many things at the same time. We do not only have to focus on the worst of the worst that is happening in our corner of the world, while forgetting about all the goodness, kindness, LOVE and FREEDOM. We have the FREEDOM to think of positive solutions in every thing we think, say and do.

You and I have the amazing ability to help ourselves and assist others in raising the tone of the next possible thing we can do. For example, amid the COVID-19 pandemic that has swept across our planet, we can promote healthy and life-saving practices. It is not necessary for us to go into denial of what is happening before our very eyes.

… the list goes on. Some people will say that the numbers are not accuate, that some people die of other complications with their health. What is a more accurate statement on the number of people contracting this virus, as opposed to only looking at the death numbers (who are real people who died), is that far more cases are out there because so little testing is being done. Not knowing accurate information on any subject has never helped anyone. To date worldwide, there are at least 9,797,622 known positive COVID-19 cases.

If only we knew what to expect ahead of time. Oh wait, we did.

Many of us chose to be oblivious, willfully ignorant, watching the previous landfall of COVID-19 in other states and other countries, and wishfully thinking this would not happen to us, because in some minds, this is not real. This is not a death virus that only those who believe it will either get or die from. Some viewed it as a hoax or an illusion. These minds, nor their egos could save many of us from contracting this highly contagious virus. Many of our dead never thought for one minute that that would go to the hospital and die in three hours after arrival. This virus is not the same as the regular flu.

We are in the condition today with COVID-19 all over the world because many of us have pre-maturely opened up and relaxed safety measures, thinking we are tired of self quarenting and wearing masks (if we ever did), and need to keep the economy going. The human race is now experiencing an astronomical number of people getting and dying from this virus. We have been aware of this pandemic sweeping across every country across the globe since January 2020. But with our God-given free will, many chose not to believe the words of health and prevention. The suffering and the dying do not believe in this supposed conspiracy theory. To them, it is the reality.

Remember, states and countries started opening up when that by now famous words “flattening the curve” began. In the USA, states that got their COVID-19 new case numbers down to 300 began relaxing restrictions and opening up only to find their new case numbers soared again out of control. We forget, COVID-19 all began with ONE case in China, then ONE case in Washington state, then ONE case in New Rochelle, NY.

Should the truth of the knowledge of COVID-19, how it transmits, and how it progresses, how people either recover, die, or never get it at all send us into fear? Of course not. As with any other subject, we learn, we make decisions, we share important information, and live the best life we possibly can with our eyes wide open in FREEDOM and LOVE. This world is full of the opportunities to overcome hardships, difficulties and diseases; human relationship learning curves, and finding our place here, our dharma, our mission in this lifetime.

Some people know how to use their energy to act as a protective shield. However, if you are not adept at this, common sence and protective measures are a better bet. It is true that healthier immune systems can prevent people from getting this particular virus, which has no known cure. It is also possible to do energy work and boost the immune system. There have been 3,883,196 people who have recovered from this virus worldwide. My mother is one of these people.

Who am I to say the 493,461 people who died worldwide due to COVID-19 complications hadn’t made a contract with God in their life’s blueprint to do so before they incarnated here on earth? Yes, many of the people who have died having COVID-19 also had heart, lung and other health issuse at the time. Still, contracting COVID-19 was not helpful for them to continue living a long and productive life, no matter what age they made it to. A mistake about COVID-19 that some of us make, is that it only affects the elderly, that only old people get it or die from it. This is not true.

The immune system builds upon raising your vibration by positive thoughts, balanced diet, physical exercise like Yoga or walking,  and by adequate sleep and rest. It is also possible to sink your immune system into sickness and disease (dis-ease) by lowering your vibration, eating unhealthy foods and thinking self-sabotaging and negative thoughts.

Rather than do that, let us focus on building our immune systems in our physical bodies. We can do that by doing and promoting more acts of kindness. We raise our vibrations by the thoughts we think, the words we say and the actions we perform.

To build the immune system stronger than it is right now, align all of your thoughts, words and actions to those of LOVE, true unconditional LOVE, that is, LOVE WITHOUT CONDITIONS. Don’t fall into the trap of certain religious or other thoughts that promote only love with conditions. Rules. Rules. Rules. Restrictions. Restrictions. Restrictions. Conditions. Conditions. Conditions. The spark of LOVE that created the universes and galaxies in order and complexity is not a limiting, confining Energy.

No one owns the rights to you, nor how you think. Be honest. STAY IN YOUR POWER. DO NOT GIVE YOUR PERSONAL POWER TO ANYONE OR ANYTHING. Limiting LOVE with manmade rules and stipulations and exceptions is not the way to improve your immune system, nor any other part of your life. Limiting love dries up the arteries, hardens the heart, as well as the kidneys, and wreaks havoc with your immune system.

Why does lack of LOVE affect the kidneys? The kidneys are the place in the physical body where the emotion of fear resides when it is not let go. We have the FREEDOM to decide to stay in fear, or not. The ego doesn’t like to rock the boat, knows what it knows and doesn’t like change. Still, it is your choice to stay in fear, fear of the unknown, fear of getting sick, fear of getting well, fear of others, fear of black people, fear of white people, fear of little green men … Just know that fear breaks down the body in many ways, including weakening the immune system.

Let’s talk about FREEDOM for a minute. Some say, during COVID-19, for example, they have the FREEDOM not to wear a mask, and can come and go as they please. As a personal decision, that is true. But how much do you LOVE your fellow man, woman and child? How much do you LOVE yourself? You can carry COVID-19 extremely easily, without having any symptoms, and not knowingly give it to others. That’s not in your belief system? Perhaps the 9,797,622 people in the world who did contract this particular virus didn’t believe it could or would happen to them either.

Since I teach the highest form of vibrational transformation on the planet at this time, New Paradigm Multidimensional Transformation (NPMDT), I AM aware of what real mastery is. Real mastery, as taught by Ascended Masters to us humans, knows and teaches how to control the structures of our world, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually in our waking up to who we truly are. Ascended Masters compare it to the potter controling his clay. This is the exact same method we use when we make our decisions to change to be happy, successful, or create anything else out of nothing more than our idea.

While it is an amazing and breathtaking moment to realize that every electron and atom in the universe is obedient to our desire and command because of the God Power by which we control it, not everyone has taken NPMDT training, or are aware of this fact. If we are here on earth in physical bodies, we are presently in an unascended state and are still learning life lessons. We learn through experience, some good, some not so good, but we still learn. Not all of us are in the highest vibratory state we could be, which would allow us to not contract nor transmit COVID-19 to others. But we can get better at raising our vibratory state, which improves our immune system, our physical sheild of protection.

We are presently existing in a physical body on this earth plane that is susceptable to natural laws. It is a dangerous game to play, tempting fate, when we have all seen what has happened in other states and countries. I choose not to live in fear, but I also choose not to be willfully ignorant for the greater good of all humankind.

I will use my FREEDOM take this time to wear face masks, beacuse I LOVE you, as well as myself. It is time to think of not just the self in all you and I think, say and do. I will remain six feet away from others while out in public, self quarantine and presently choose NOT to go out in restaurants until this contagious virus with no known cure relents, for the same reasons.

I am taking this time to delve deeper into my continuous studies of energy work and sharing my knowledge in this blog. I hope I am leading by example.

Phenacite is fairly rare, glassy, quartz-like with small crystals, usually colorless, but may be tinted with yellow-red, red, pink or brown, and some have rainbows in them. Mine is tinted with yellow-red, with a small rainbow. It is one of the highest crystal vibrations yet discovered. It contacts the angelic realms and the Ascended Masters. Phenacite facilitates bringing LOVE into ones physical reality. I extend these qualities to all of you who choose to read this. Phenacite has been by my side during this meditation with you.

Let’s Bring Back Empathy


The world has become so hardened. In the process of trying to make ourselves better, we have traded some of our humanity for less than human qualities. Empathy is the solution, whether we are talking about policing, or issues of race, color, creed, gender or age.

Jesus gave us the GOLDEN RULE, DO UNTO OTHER AS YOU WOULD HAVE THEM DO UNTO YOU.

This is the basis of a peaceful life. This is really a simple solution.

The only difficulty that presents itself is when something inside of us rears up in protest within ourselves, as we try to make ourselves different from others. We are all born the same. We will all die the same. No human will live forever in this world. Whether we like it or not, we are all the same.

There is only one race on this planet, the human race.

The protest we need to take up is within ourselves. It is not outside of us. This holds true for police departments; people who are rich, poor and in between; every other war of our own making; and every personal relationship we have broken or healed.

It takes time to learn, grow in understanding of what is really going on, and helping others along the way who may not be as brilliant, wealthy, compassionate, or fortunate as we are.

If we would walk a mile in another’s shoes, as opposed to arguing about why he or she should or should not be walking in those same shoes, or making judgments on people whose shoes are different from ours, then we would discover that we are, in fact, all the same. Our egos do not like that. The arguments about this begin in our own heads.

The problem is inside of us, not outside of us.

Jesus said in Matthew 7:1, “STOP JUDGING.”

If we do that, we will begin to solve real problems in every country.

The ironic thing is, at the end of our lives, we will be judged. I wonder how we will fare?

Tulse Mayoral Candidate Greg Robinson Delivers Powerful Speech

“Ninety-seven years ago today, the first bombs ever dropped on American soil wereTulsa Photo dropped on the Greenwood neighborhood of Tulsa, Ok.

“Greenwood – the most preeminent Black community in the United States at the time – was home to 10,000 residents and contained scores of Black-owned businesses, hotels, restaurants, law offices, doctors offices, movie theaters and more. Following an incident between a young Black man and a white woman in a downtown elevator, many of the nearly 3,200 Klan members in Tulsa and countless more white vigilantes armed themselves with firearms and marched North to Greenwood.

“They opened fire in the streets, set businesses and homes ablaze and dropped napalm-style bombs from fertilizer planes flying overhead.

“With the help of the national guard and the local police force, they arrested nearly 6,000 black residents and forced them into temporary internment camps in the Brady Theater (now a popular Tulsa music venue) while their thriving community was systematically leveled. Many of those imprisoned were starved, beaten and killed in the same space the city hosts jubilant concerts in today.

“In just a few short days, Greenwood was completely destroyed and nearly every single one of its 10,000 residents were left homeless. While the official death toll from the Americans Red Cross at the time caps the loss of life at 300, some researchers estimate that the true number could rival that of Pearl Harbor and the September 11th attacks.

“The Tulsa Race Massacre (NOT “riot”) was one of the greatest terror attacks in the history of this country, and yet it is so frequently missing from the pages of our history books. When it is mentioned, it is given the false label of “riot” – implying that, somehow, the Black community of Greenwood was complicit in the attack.

“This is what whitewashed history does – it allows us to choose not to face the true horrors of our past, thereby absolving us of responsibility to rectifying it.

“(Remember, this was written May 31, 2018) If you live in Tulsa, I would encourage you to engage in the events happening tonight and tomorrow at Reconciliation park in downtown – and to attend the Police Accountability Forum from 9-2 on Saturday at the 36th St. North Events center.

“Regardless of where you live – it’s incumbent upon us (especially white people – who benefit from the same system that allowed this attack to occur, protected its perpetrators from legal action, precluded it’s victims from receiving compensation, and swept it from view of the masses for generations) to seek out the stories that have been purposefully hidden or misrepresented in order to continue perpetuating false, placated narratives of our country’s true past.

“Once we know – we need to act.

“Share your knowledge of our past with others.

“Learn about implicit biases and check your own consistently.

“Look at current events through a lens of systemic racism and call it out.

“Support Black owned businesses and businesses run by other communities of color – use your money as a tool to help right centuries of wrongdoings.

“Support organizations like the Greenwood Cultural Center who fight to preserve this history and restore the community of Greenwood.

“The story of Greenwood is not an isolated one.

“We have so much work to do as a country to undo a history of violence and oppression against communities of color — and it all starts with knowing.

There Is Only One Race On This Beautiful Planet ~ The Human Race


The human race on Earth is the only race there is.

Whether we are discussing the differences in race, color, ethnicity, creed, financial status, gender, or age, we must realize that on this planet, there is only one race, the human race.

Sometimes we try to hide our prejudices behind other reasons, to justify the positions we take politically, socially, environmentally, religiously, or any other way we human beings use to suppress the voice of others.

We are more alike than any difference we profess.

The root cause of prejudice is fear, not hatred. While certain groups may be extremely angry about an issue, the underlying cause of anger is fear. Why are we so afraid of other people, their color, their belief system, their culture, their gender? Think of how we respond to someone expressing a different viewpoint, or addressing uncomfortable issues such as immigration, homelessness and hungry children in our country and the world.

Fear promotes radical groups in any of the human categories mentioned. If we are truly serious about fixing our world, before we can build any bridges to repair the damage we have caused, we must eradicate the root cause of fear.

War, murder and killing are not communication skills.

While war, murder and killing are not communication skills, when communication stops, pretending in the myth of fantasy that things are perfectly fine now, when they are not, we create the reaction no one wants. We cannot blame the fault on the reactions taking place in our cities and nation when we are at fault for not listening and communicating in the first place. Being willfully ignorant is a fascade that does not stand up against the truth in any matter. It is just a matter of time before lives of fantasy denying reality inevitably crumble.

Just when it seems we have made great progress in this country and in the world, submerged voices rise from the depths of class and color suppression. The deeper the supression, the equal and opposite reaction occurs. No human being, regardless of color, wants to be suppressed. White people do not want to be suppressed. Neither do black or any other division of humanity want to be suppressed.

We are all the same in the eyes of God. We are all, each and every one of us, whether we are aware if it or not, are all created with that spark of God within us, our god flame if you will. Each of us is an aspect of God.

We should celebrate the strides we have made. But there is more to do, more to share, more to learn, more to understand, more to forgive, more to let go. It is not about being right, or wrong, or making others right or wrong. There is no way to make up for the loss of life through war, violence, bloodshed, or retaliation. Two wrongs do not make a right. We need to build bridges to and for all people everywhere.

We all have free will. You and I are free beings. How do you and I choose to be the solution based on love without conditions?

Despite all our unique differences, we all share this one beautiful planet. We are all born in the same way, we all breathe air while we are here, and we all die. We are all having a shared human experience. Our life is in our blood, without which we would cease to be. No one soul is better than any other soul on this planet, no matter what our pride (insane ego) might be telling us.

There is only one race on this planet.

It’s the human race.

Let us begin again to fix what is broken. We are better than denying the oppression and racism that is running rampant in our country and in the world. It is possible to fix this problem, but first we must address the issues before us, and not submerge them again, or beat down the voices we do not want to hear.

It is time as a country to mature, to grow up, face the systemic racism, to create real law and order with rules that everyone follows. We cannot not have one set of rules for white people, and another set of rules for black people. The same thing goes for English Americans, Spanish Americans, Irish Americans, French Americans, Mexican Americans, or any other DNA which makes us the greatest melting pot in the world. Nor should we have a different set of laws for the wealthy and the politically and lawfully powerful. The United States needs ONE Constitution and ONE Bill of Rights that EVERYONE can follow, not just a chosen few.

Because You Deserve To Feel Better

MEDITATION AND PRAYER INTERVENTION FOR PEACEFUL RESOLUTION


This is a call for a Meditation and Prayer Intervention for a peaceful resolution to inner city violence across the United States of America in the wake of the blatant public murder of George Floyd by the hands and knee of a Minneapolis police officer with the publicly witnessed assistance of fellow police officers. Outrage and public demonstrations are needed to shake awake the sleeping giant of justice at the helm of nearly 250 years of prejudice in this country. Progress has been made, but the undercurrent of systemic racism undermines the platitude of progress. Criminal actions on the part of protesters is not the answer.

Martin Luther King, Jr.

Obviously remaining quiet using civil disobedience since the days of Martin Luther King, Jr. has only marginaly worked. Justice cannot be reached by arresting protesters nor calling on the military to hush the voices and actions of law-abiding protesters. This would be unconscionable, going against the very fiber of freedom for all people that the Constitution, and Bill of Rights of the United States of America stand for. There is another way we can help in this seemingly helpless time.

Does prayer and meditation reduce crime in inner cities? Yes, according to the 1993 controlled study done in Washington, reducing the crime rate in the District of Columbia by 48 percent. This study has been written about many times before, but given what is happening at the United States of America’s inner cities, as well as cities all over the world, now is a good time to remember this study, and how prayer and meditation can benefit us, and the cities and countries we live in. Washington, D.C. is again sorely in need of meditation and prayer.

Meditation and prayer works, as those of us who have tried know, especially when all else fails. Now is the time to take a moment out of your day to join this effort to raise the consciousness of the inhumane conditions we find ourselves. Given that many of us find ourselves at home during this COVID-19 pandemic, now is a good time to dedicate an hour during the day to prayer and meditation, light a candle and storm heaven with prayer.

Crimes against humanity are not necessary to solve this problem, nor is doing nothing to stop crimes against humanity an answer.

This study presented the final results of a two-month prospective experiment to reduce violent crime in Washington, DC. On the basis of previous research it was hypothesized that the level of violent crime in the District of Columbia would drop significantly with the creation of a large group of participants in the Transcendental Meditation® and TM-Sidhi® programs to increase coherence and reduce stress in the District.

This National Demonstration Project to Reduce Violent Crime and Improve Governmental Effectiveness brought approximately 4,000 participants in the Transcendental Meditation and TM-Sidhi programs to the United States national capital from June 7 to July 30, 1993. A 27-member independent Project Review Board consisting of sociologists and criminologists from leading universities, representatives from the police department and government of the District of Columbia, and civic leaders approved in advance the research protocol for the project and monitored its progress.

The dependent variable in the research was weekly violent crime, as measured by the Uniform Crime Report program of the Federal Bureau of Investigation; violent crimes include homicide, rape, aggravated assault, and robbery. This data was obtained from the District of Columbia Metropolitan Police Department for 1993 as well as for the preceding five years (1988-1992). Additional data used for control purposes included weather variables (temperature, precipitation, humidity), daylight hours, changes in police and community anti-crime activities, prior crime trends in the District of Columbia, and concurrent crime trends in neighboring cities. Average weekly temperature was significantly correlated with homicides, rapes and assaults (HRA crimes), as has also been found in previous research; therefore temperature was used as a control variable in the main analysis of HRA crimes. Using time series analysis, violent crimes were analyzed separately in terms of HRA crimes (crimes against the person) and robbery (monetary crimes), as well as together.

Analysis of 1993 data, controlling for temperature, revealed that there was a highly significant decrease in HRA crimes associated with increases in the size of the group during the Demonstration Project. The maximum decrease was 23.3% when the size of the group was largest during the final week of the project. The statistical probability that this result could reflect chance variation in crime levels was less than 2 in 1 billion (p < .000000002). When a longer baseline is used (1988-1993 data), the maximum decrease was 24.6% during this period (p < .00003). When analyzed as a separate variable, robberies did not decrease significantly, but a joint analysis of both HRA crimes and robberies indicated that violent crimes as a whole decreased significantly to a maximum amount of 15.6% during the final week of the project (p = .0008). Analysis of 1993 data, controlling for temperature, revealed that there was a highly significant decrease in HRA crimes associated with increases in the size of the group during the Demonstration Project.

Several additional analyses were performed on HRA crimes to further assess the strength of the main findings. These indicated that the reduction of HRA crimes associated with the group of participants in the Transcendental Meditation and TM-Sidhi programs could not be attributed to changes in police staffing. These secondary analyses also found that the reduction of HRA crimes was highly robust to alternative specifications of the statistical model-that is, the effect is independent of the isolated details of the models used to assess seasonal cycles and trends. No significant decrease was found in any of the prior five years during this period of time, indicating that this effect was not due to the specific time of year. Furthermore, the intervention parameters for the group size revealed that the effect of the group was not only cumulative with the increase in group size, but also continued for some time after the end of the project.

Based on the results of the study, the steady state gain (long-term effect) associated with a permanent group of 4,000 participants in the Transcendental Meditation and TM-Sidhi programs was calculated as a 48% reduction in HRA crimes in the District of Columbia.

Given the strength of these results, their consistency with the positive results of previous research, the grave human and financial costs of violent crime, and the lack of other effective and scientific methods to reduce crime, policy makers are urged to apply this approach on a large scale for the benefit of society.

It is again time to practice meditation and prayer, this time for the specific goal of reducing racism and prejudice in all its insidious forms of dehumanization in all cities across the United States of America.

We are not alone in suffering from the plaque of systemic racism. People from all over the world are affected by this embarrassing and inhumane treatment of all human beings born with the same God-given right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Caucasian humans are not the only people who deserve the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

Prejudice Is A Mental Disease ~ War Is Not The Answer


How many people have said, “This is just my opinion. I have a right to my opinion. That’s just the way I am.”? Everyone has a right to their own opinion. However, prejudice is not an opinion, nor is it “just they way I am.” Prejudice is a mental disease, a value of hate that is taught through families, friends, and society.

Prejudice is taught. Prejudice is an ignorant teaching. No one is born with a prejudiced mindset. It is also part of the poverty “rich vs poor” mentality, which includes the “us vs them.” It also infiltrates to the “we are better than them,” no matter which side of belief we are on.

The problem occurs when we atttempt to make prejudice be normal, or just another thought or value system someone has. Society never does well when we pretend any form of mental illness is normal.

How close to mental illness do you choose to get? Prejudice is a choice. No matter what our parents, friends or people in our circle of life believe, we always have the choice in what we believe as an individual.

I have had people tell me they have a right to be prejudiced, that the only crime is to act out in harmful or criminal ways. This is faulty reasoning. What you think about, you bring about.

Another person told me that they carry a gun and could shoot a black person with no problem. This is the form this kind of mental disease takes. It shows the beginning of acting out in hate, not simply “believing what I want to believe.”

I could be bipolar, which used to be called manic-depressive, and say, “I was born like this. It is in my DNA.” That would be an accurate statement. But since prejudice is not in our DNA, it is a mindset that shapes how we choose to lives our lives, to say “I was born like this” is not a true statement.

Prejudice is an ignorant, deformed mental concept. It serves no one. This mental illness has been with humanity since people populated the earth. But prejudice has not been recognized for what it truly is, a mental disease.

Some of us fall into the weakness of prejudice by becoming victims of it, or by becoming bullies by it. Neither side is healthy. Both sides can heal, but only with the truth that all human beings work together, regardless of race, color, creed, gender, age and any other difference which makes us human. Our variety as human beings is what makes us unique and lovable, not deplorable.

If we only look at the crimes and outrage taking over cities in the United States these days, while not looking at what sparked this in the first place, we would be willfully ignorant of the facts. Facts are not opinions.

Changes obviously need to be made. Staying relatively quiet since the days of Martin Luther King, Jr. has not stopped the sinister wave of hate prumulgated through the United States and the world under the subculture of white supremacy including prejudice in all its hideous forms.

We need to take off the blinders to the reality of how we treat all people in all situations, stop red-lining districts, stop political and willful conniving to scam the system, and stop pretending mental illness is normal, and stop putting prejudiced lawmakers and judges, all of whom are examples of the mental illness of prejudice in public office.

The solution to the mental disease of prejudice is to call it what it is, mental illness. Mental illness is treatable. We as a country as well as the world can heal from every form of prejudice. Some people are prejudiced against the mentally handicapped, or people from other lands or beliefs, not just against people who are not exactly the same color of skin that we have. Still, all prejudice is a mental shortcoming, a defect that ought not to be treated as normal.

While systemic racisim has blinded many people, it is not a disease that is incurable. We need to deal with the core issue of racisim, which is prejudice, which erroneously thinks that one brand of people is better than another.

We are all the same in the eyes of God.

There is only one race of people, the human race.

It is time we mentally heal, and educate ourselves to all the goodness diversity has to offer.

It is time we mentally heal, and choose empathy and compassion over mental illness and narcisism.

It is possible to heal with our very next thought. Reach out to help others. Use words of kindness.

It is possible to heal mental illness through prayer, counseling and support.

It is just as easy to build each other up as to tear each other down.

If we start with a positive solution today, we can live in a better world tomorrow.

Thoughts Matter ~ Words Matter ~ Actions Matter ~ You Matter


To heal the outside of us, we need to heal the inside of us.
To heal the outside of us, we need to heal the inside of us.

Why are we shooting each other? Have shootings become a communication skill?  What is stopping us from listening, truly listening to the plight of others? Yes, it is a complex problem, but it is not impossible to solve. The question is, do we really want to solve this problem?

We have the tools to fix this. These tools come from within us. These tools do not cost us anything, except for maybe our pride and our ego. It is critical to let go of the crutch of our justifications, and the iron fist of failure.

It is possible to mend our country, and the world, if only we want to. This is the start of the solution to mend any division between individual people, or groups of people.

Follow the energy. Some people interpret this as, follow the money, or follow the power. But money and power are merely forms of energy. A snowball rolling down a snow laden hill will continue to get bigger until the momentum of energy changes. You and I are the beginning of this change, in understanding the problems we face in our cities.

It begins with you and me, no matter who you are, you matter. No mater how old or young you are, you matter. Black lives matter. And yes, all lives matter. But in understanding  that all lives matter, we come to realize that white lives have always mattered. Black lives have not always mattered. No matter if you are police, your lives matter. No matter if you are innocent citizens, your lives matter.

We can be positive and healing change. How? It begins with our thoughts. Before healing ideas can take hold outside of us, healing ideas must take root inside of us. Before our words can come up with creative and positive solutions, we must heal our thoughts of separation, from each other and from God. Before we can heal our actions, we must heal our words. Why is this important? It is important because you matter.

It is not the other guy’s fault. It is not just a problem for adults. It is not just a problem for our country’s youth. It is not just a problem for black people. It is not just a problem for white people, or any other group of human beings we can target and isolate as different from ourselves, no matter what our race, color, creed, gender, weight, height, hair color, eye color, or any other difference is.

In a world damaged by tunnel vision, warped attitudes, crippled thinking, outrageous actions, fears,  hate-based actions, and the need to be right whether we are right or not;  it is a time to examine ourselves closely to see if our thoughts, words and actions are manifesting the integrity necessary to listen, in order to heal the God-given right to life of all people, especially those most oppressed among us.

There is only one race, the human race.

Human Rights And Neutrality Worldwide


Let us take a deeper look at human rights in every country in Africa, Russia, the Far East, the Middle East, the Near East, North America, Central America, South America, Europe, and every island and continent everywhere human beings live on the face of the earth.

Every human being in every country is born as a free human being by virtue of his or her birth, prior to enslavement of body, mind and/or spirit. People do not own people. Enslavement of any kind is beneath human dignity.

 

There is a way to have relationships with other countries in this world that do not involve conflict and war. This way is based on neutrality. But this way of neutrality and non-competition, is based on peaceful and loving living. No man has the human right lord it over any other man, woman or child in any country.

The placebo of a solution does not mean having a manmade war as if you, me, or whoever else, is generating Armageddon by our very own selves. This does not mean that the mightiest among us wins. Might is not right. Contrary to popular belief, it is not the richest among us who wins either, despite what it looks like now.

You and I have a right to our thoughts, opinions, choices and actions.

Women have rights to all of human life.

Women “own” themselves.

No real man can ever “own” any woman.

Abuse is not an option for women.

All women of the world need to know this.

Women in a relationship of any kind sometimes think they must endure abuse because they are in love with the person who is abusing them; or they understand the triggers in the abuser that seem to cause the abuse; or wrongly think they are somehow the problem; when the real problem is that the abusing partner.

Women in an abusive relationship need to get out of the relationship.

Class warfare and all caste systems are manmade.

Women do not need someone else’s permission to be themselves.

This post is directed towards women’s rights, but the same principles apply to children’s rights, and the rights of men. People do not own people. Every human being has the right to be safe from physical and mental abuse. Every human being has a right to freedom of thoughts, words and actions without being dominated and/or manipulated by others.
