The dignity of the human race is universal. It knows no boundary to any country, or ocean, north pole or south pole, or equator. The human race in every country has equal amounts of dignity. The northern countries do not have more dignity than the countries south of the equator. There is not more dignity for the human race in the countries east of the prime meredian, than for the human race who happened to settle in the countries to the west of the prime meridian. There are no borders on dignity.
The dignity of the human race encompasses all nationalities, and favors none of them. All nationalities have the same measure of dignity, and no nationality is excluded from the human race allottment of it. Dignity of the human race circles tall human beings, short human beings; human beings with red, brown, black, blonde, grey, white and blue or streaked hair; human beings with freckles, moles, dimples, bumps and bruises, or any other stereotype human beings are catergorized in.
The dignity of the human race is blind to economic, or any other kind of status. Financially poor human beings of planet Earth have the exact same amount of dignity as human beings who find themselves richer in terms of financial wealth. Human beings who have more buttons, or beads, or animals, or cars, or flowers, or boxes, or shoes, or clothes, or vacations, or food, or houses, or boats, or motorcycles, or anything else they can think of, have just as much dignity as those who do not.
The dignity of the human race crosses gender. The entire human race, which includes all human beings, not just some human beings, have equal amounts of dignity, regardless of being male or female, or any kind of division they can imagine.
Dignity of human beings everywhere does not come from other human beings. There is nothing a human being can do to earn dignity, nor pretend not to have it. Dignity for all human beings is a Divine gift, freely given, without conditions or reservations, and above all, is beyond human judgement. Human beings are not in charge of who gets dignity and who does not. Human beings are not in control of the Divine Creator, who created all human beings, with dignity in equal measure.
Over the centuries, some human beings have fortified, bolstered, promoted, and taught the dignity of human beings across the entire planet; while other human beings have misused their egos, their insane egos, to attempt to squash, step on, undermine, eliminate, mask or rob the dignity of all human beings given them by their Creator.
The dignity of the human being is not in the hands of the human beings with the most power or fear tactics over certain groups of human beings, for example at work, socially, civically, environmentally, politically, or even in their own families. The dignity of the human being is in the hand of each individual human being. It is God given.
“She wanted me to share with you that she is a survivor of the worst crimes someone can commit against a woman,” Lively said in her speech. “I’ve watched her conceal her raw and undeserved shame my entire life, so, as her daughter, being asked to share this today is monumental. If we name it, we change it.”

When do women get to speak their truth?
Blake Lively bravely spoke of the reality of what many, if not most women experience, surviving abuses which many women do not survive mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. I have personally experienced the very point she was making, both in my personal and professional working life. She was not wrong.
She spoke at times with her brave mother sitting beside her squeezing her hand, and proud of her daughter who not only spoke of the stark truth of what many women endure but encouraged all women to shine a light on the life altering cruelty of it.
At the brave attempts of women to stand up for themselves, men scoff and ridicule, as if they assume to have the upper hand. When that does not work, complete denial is what women have come to know. Jobs are lost and relationships break in this strangle hold of past power.
It seems as if some men think they are giving a gratuitous hand up into the working world. What kind of work are men thinking of? This is defamation of character.
In my case, I paid a dear price, a total oblation of who and what I am, beginning in my teenage years, and during my metanoia into adulthood. Feeling the pain and injustice of life first-hand has made me be a better holistic health counselor and minister, allowing me the courage and fortitude to reach out in the ministry of my blog, www.lindahourihan.wordpress.com, that has reached more than 125,600 views in all 203 countries, territories, and protectorates worldwide. My blog got to all of the beautiful islands all over the world because of the friends I made on my first cruise.
The price I paid for choosing to get pregnant and married at 16-years old did not happen without gossip, slander, public humiliation, and the stripping of the honors I had earned in my life. Victims often get blamed for the moral failings of others, repeating the fake news scenario of placing blame on all women because Eve supposedly enticed Adam to eat the forbidden fruit bringing death to all humanity.

This book is part of the trilogy that won the 2024 INTERNATIONAL IMPACT BOOK AWARD. The following excerpts are from this book:
It is hauntingly familiar to every other woman getting advances she did not ask for, like the raping of women by the fallen angels in Genesis 6:1 assumed to be the fault of the woman. This is the reason why some women in various religions still wear head coverings, to hide their beauty, to not tempt the fallen angels nor human men beyond their lack of self-control. Evidently to this warped way of thinking, this also is the fault of the woman, not the man, who is not able to control himself.
Part of the ridicule I experienced happened at more than one incident of my life prior to my certification as a holistic health counselor and practitioner. Everyone in life reaches this point where your life’s mission, dharma, and karma either makes or breaks you.
At fifteen years old, I got my learner’s permit. The first and last time I ever got to drive the family car, was to drive home from the Registry of Motor Vehicles in Milford. Later that night after I got home, my adopted father very inappropriately backed me up against the kitchen sink as I got myself a glass of water to drink.
“If you ever want to drive the car again you need to give me some special lovin’,” he said in his thick southern drawl while pressing himself against me.
“Then I will never drive the car again,” I said.
“No, you won’t,” he added and walked away.
I froze at the sink, grabbing the counter in shock, fear, and simultaneous anger. My knees were shaking. My mother was asleep.
The next day after my father had gone to work, I told my mother exactly what had happened.
“Are you sure you didn’t just misread the situation?” my mother asked.
“No, Mom, there was no question.”
“Ok, I will handle it.”
Handle it she did. She spoke to my father when he got home that day. I was told he denied everything. I was not physically harmed, but I knew I was no longer safe in that house. From that moment on, any time I was in the same room with him, I looked directly into his eyes. We both knew he lied. …
Standing up to men making unfair advances on me was a life lesson that repeated more than once in my life until I learned how to stand up for myself. Soon after my teenage wedding, a male friend of a friend was sitting on the top step to the new apartment we were going to rent. My new husband was at work.
“I will let you walk by me if you give me a kiss,” he said.
Rage instantly ignited me, singeing every single fiber of my being. That man stayed on that step for the entire day. I never went back until the next day when he was gone. …
The next day the male guidance counselor stopped me in the hall before I went into class.
“I know you have the grades to be on the National Honor Society and you have been on the Student Advisory Board meeting with the School Committee bringing student concerns to them, but we will not be able to put you on the National Honor Society because you are married. And you will have to step down from the Student Advisory Board,” he told me.
“But the entire school voted me in to be on the Student Advisory Board and I’ve already met with the school committee about the student body’s concerns,” I protested.
“Yes, but you have to step down now,” I heard him say. My head was beginning to hurt.
“I just stayed up until 2 a.m., after I got home from school and from my job, to make cookies for our class bake sale to prove that I can do it all,” I said. I could not believe what I was hearing.
“None of that matters anymore. We cannot put you on the National Honor Society because we have standards.” …
… The high school algebra teacher, with a hateful glare in her eyes, met me at the door to her room one day shortly after the guidance counselor’s talk with me in the hall.
“You’ll never make it,” she told me in disgust, her nose up in the air, and what seemed like lightning coming from her down-turned eyes as I entered the room. I thought she was just bitter because she was divorced.
I decided that if the school did not believe in me, that I would stop trying to do anything academically also. Until then, I always carried full curriculum college courses, taking extra courses where I could fit them in. I checked what I needed to graduate. I had more credits than I needed. Even though I was an A and B student, I decided to pass the rest of my classes with Cs and take Fs in what I didn’t need. I dropped extra courses like the new data processing course I had been enjoying learning binary code. …
My job at that time after school was in the credit department of a nearby store. I would open accounts for the shoppers who wanted to open lines of store credit and take payments for people who came to the counter to pay their accounts. I also found myself teaching the new male credit department boss about the store’s process for opening accounts and taking payments, and how the front desk of the store’s credit department ran.
I made friends with his wife and spent the year visiting her and their new baby on days when I was not in school. It was nice to have a friend who was also newly married.
One day a new store trainee came to the store. As he and I were leaving one day at the closing of the store, he put his hands on my shoulder and was laughing playfully as he was getting way too close and brushing up against me on the way out, “all in good fun” of course. Flashes of my adopted-father’s unasked for advances raged within me.
The actions of this male trainee bothered me so much all the way home that I mentioned it to my husband. The next day we met with the store manager to file a complaint. That trainee was let go to another store.
I thought I handled the matter professionally, until the Christmas Party, which was held in the credit department in the back of the store. The store manager pulled me to him, hugging me in a huge, tight bear hug I could not get out of, and laughing in front of all who were in attendance. Everyone thought this was such great fun. I was furious but did nothing due to the shock and horror I was feeling. This was my boss’s boss. …

How many women have been silent about the atrocities that have occurred to them?
Now is the time to heal. I advise not going into FOG, Fear, Obilgation, and Guilt.
Your past does not define you, no matter what has happened to you. Today is a new beginning. It is time for truth to be told. If you need to get out of harmful situations, here are some organizations, websites, and phone numbers that may help you:
You are born with free will and are meant to live your life in freedom. You are not on this Earth to be under anyone else’s religious, political, physical, and mental/emotional control. It is one thing if you agree to give away your personal power to any other person, club, employment, or group which you think might be good for you.
It is quite another thing to have your personal power threatened and usurped by supposedly well-meaning religious, political, or social groups purposefully hiding information and controlling you by telling you what is best for you, as if you do not know what is good for you without threats to your mind, body, and Spirit.
ESCAPE FROM THESE ABUSERS AS SOON AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE.
The universal hand symbol to let others know that you are in trouble from abuse or abduction is for you to make a fist with the fingers covering the thumb. People who know this symbol are urged to help this victim however humanly possible.

The addiction to war only serves to puff up the fragile human ego only so far on both sides.
“Vengeance is mine,” says the God of the Old Testament, who is not the Almighty Father of the Christ known as Jesus, as the Nag Hammadi Sacred Scriptures tell us in the Secret Book of James.
Who would want you to not know this?
There is a reason truth has been kept from you, with others telling you that you will go to hell if your read those words of Jesus, or you will be excommunicated or ostracized if you dare to read “apocryphal” texts.
By the way, the word apocryphal means hidden, or secret knowledge, not anti-Jesus, nor anti-Christ. Man-made religions hide this once well-known knowledge, not the Author of all Wisdom, Love, and Knowledge (Light), the Almighty Father of Jesus Christ.
It is through the wisdom of this One Eternal Universal Life Force Energy, which is often referred to as “God,” (which is a title, not a name), that truth of this is finally being revealed.
Jesus was a Galilean Jew, not a Palestinian Muslim. (see footnote 1) He was born in the Palestinian town of Bethlehem. (see footnote 2) Some people refer to Jesus as a Palestinian Jew, a Jew who lived in a Palestinian region. (see footnote 3) However, the term, “Palestinian” referred to a long extinct Greek settler population, known as the Philistines, in Jesus’ time. (see footnote 4) Therefore, Jesus can be both Jewish and Palestinian. (see footnote 2)
Jesus proclaimed forgiveness and peace. Those who claim to be Christian ought to follow all of the words of Jesus, not only some of them. The New Testament boasts of the first 12 years of Jesus, and his ages 30-33. How would you like your 70- or 80-year-old lifetime to only be known for what you said and did from your first 12 years of like, and then only for your ages 30 to 33?
Would that be fair?
Those who follow the words of Jesus, the Christ, need to also follow his adult words from his ages 12-30, for a total of 18 years, not only his years from 30-33, as if that is all Jesus said.
Know that there is more to know.
Remember also that Jesus and his Jewish family were welcomed and lived as immigrants in Egypt for years in the country prolific in the worship of many foreign gods. The family of Jesus was welcomed in without incident noted in history. No one had to fight over whose “God” was the better “God.”
Eternal Universal Life Force Energy is a copyrighted term introduced in my copyrighted book, IN THEIR IMAGE AND LIKENESS. The Laws of Thermodynamics explain that Energy cannot be created, nor destroyed, only changed in form. This is the “God” of the cosmos, the universes upon universes, all the galaxies including our Milky Way Galaxy giving birth to our Solar System, and of course, our home planet Earth, and including the mineral, plant, and animal kingdoms of which we are intricately a part.
Eternal Universal Life Force Energy is the foundation of All Life, not only some divisions of humanity. All Is One.
I honor the place in you in which the entire universe dwells.
I honor the place in you, which is of LOVE, of TRUTH, of LIGHT, of PEACE.
EQUITY EQUALIZES MARGINALIZED CONDITIONS THAT TIP THE SCALES TOWARD INJUSTICE AND INHUMANITY.
Bantering labels, discussing differences, and pointing out divisions, plus what has not worked in the past, is not the way to build bridges, nor get things done. Equity is finding solutions that begin right where you are, finding common ground, and working for the benefit of all of humanity regardless of race, color, creed, age, gender, and every other unique human trait that makes each one of us unique.
Ancient and antediluvian histories say there used to be a Matriarchy before there was a Patriarchy. There were female goddesses, women warriors, including Diana, Isis, Artemis, Athena, Helen of Troy, Boudica and Joan of Arc.
Over time Matriarchy was taken over by Patriarchy, and still exists. Today humanity is awakening to the realization that it is not by fighting or militantly taking a stand opposing the current system of rulers that moves mountains. Arguing with, labeling, and insulting those different from ourselves solves nothing.
What is making positive progress forward in human rights in today’s world?
EQUITY. EQUITY EQUALIZES MARGINALIZED CONDITIONS THAT TIP THE SCALES TOWARD INJUSTICE AND INHUMANITY.
Equity is the balm that soothes all injustices, oppression, removing the insidious “glass ceiling” in business, finance, technology, medicine, law, politics, and all other boundaries aimed at women and other compromised segments of humanity seemingly under the thumb of others.Oppressed people can remedy the suppression of their voice and silence the oppressors and unfair treatment in society by voting. No, the election was not stolen in the last election, but oppressors would have you think so. We need to stand up for human rights, including voting rights.
Women’s rights are human rights. Disability rights are human rights. The rights of people at any age are human rights. The rights of people of all belief systems that value the tapestry of all people of every color, race, creed, ability, and all spectrums and classifications of humanity are human rights by virtue of their birth. Not one of us was born in this world with more rights than the next person.
The human standard of hierarchy is human invention, not divinely inspired. Only the Spirits of the fallen angels and their Nephilim children can deceive the minds of a duped humanity. All people are born free, regardless of the country in which you were born.
Working together for unity, harmony, and equity opens more doors of opportunity than voicing opposition ever can. Promote problem solving over problem creating. It works. Lamenting the past does not heal the future, no matter what the issue.
If you ever get the chance to work with any of the local Conferences For Women in your area, that is an affirming, community building, positive project worth your consideration.

What exactly are we supposed to do in remembrance of Jesus?
Who said the only people who attended the Last Supper were the male apostles since the Passover meal usually consisted of the entire families of all involved?
While women were excluded from Temple worship with men, women of notoriety, such as Mary the mother of Jesus, Mary and Martha, and Salome, the mother of Peter often accompanied Jesus in his travels everywhere he went, often funding food and travel expenses.
It would be odd for Jesus to suddenly not include these women and their families on this most famous meal which he knew was to be his last meal with them before his crucifixion.
I believe and teach that the writers of the gospels singled out specific apostles, or those among the apostles, from the others in attendance. It is possible that the 12 apostles arrived with Jesus, arriving separately from the rest of their extended families who shared the various meal preparations.
“The fact that twelve disciples are mentioned doesn’t mean they were the only ones present, rather it distinguishes them from the rest – the point being – how sad that it would be one of the 12 – one of the inner circle who would betray their Master,” says Robin Jones Blog.
The following paragraphs are from my next book soon to be published, In Their Image And Likeness.”
“The night of the Last Supper, Jesus did and said a lot of things. Some religious groups have enshrined only parts of the bigger picture. The washing of the feet of his apostles shows us that we are to be of service to others, not just those who are our chosen friends who think, act, and vote like us.
“We are to love all people, including people of all genders, races, colors, creeds, and differences of all kinds. Notice that there is not one word Jesus spoke in the New Testament that ridiculed nor condemned anyone identifying in any gender that is not like your own. If there ever was a time to teach this, if he deemed it important, he would have. Jesus was not shy about teaching the important matters of life.
“The transubstantiation of the heart is what Jesus came to teach humanity. The most important thing that needed transubstantiation is the realization that the Light of the Kingdom of God, the Light of Eternal Universal Life Force Energy is within every human being.
“This is the reason Jesus was crucified. He equated himself and every human being with the Light of God that animates all human Souls/Spirits.
“If that truth caught on in the rank and file of the Roman government, in religious hierarchy, and humanity at large, there would not be flocks of fearful people to give them allegiance, or bow to their power, fame, and fortune. The same is true in today’s world.”
Remember that there was not one photographer taking a picture of the Last Supper which Jesus had with his apostles and disciples numbering about 120 men, women, and children on this evening about 2023 years ago.
Artist Andrea del Castango’s 1445-1450 CE fresco, comprised of the crucifixion, deposition, and resurrection; as well Leonardo Da Vinci’s famous painting of The Last Supper, neatly only portrayed the apostles which are mentioned in the gospels. This is not an accurate pictorial of the Last Supper.
Jesus never said he was God, only the son of God. You and I are also sons and daughters of God because without our God-given Soul/Spirit, we would be dead, regardless of our belief system. Even atheists and agnostics die when their Eternal Universal Life Force Energy leaves their body. Belief against this concept does not change the reality.
Jesus did say that the Light of God, the Kingdom of God, is WITHIN him, you and me. Humanity has free will to accept this or not. Read Luke 17:20-21 again. If your bible has the word “among” instead of WITHIN, go to the footnote at the bottom of the page and you will see the word “within” there.
The words of Jesus have been hijacked by religious and political powers, adulterating the intention with which Jesus taught for their purposes of power, fame, and fortune. There is nothing in the teachings of Jesus about bowing down to religious and political leaders of the day.
The only agenda Jesus taught is to love, forgive, and peacefully serve one another.
Maundy Thursday shows us that the most important person in all of history, Jesus, who personified the Christ Energy, teaches everyone who claims to be Christian, how to forgive, love, and serve one another, this is what the Christ energy is all about.
Dropping harsh judgment against one another and substituting forgiveness, love, and service goes a long way to make up for the mistakes of the past. Each one of us is vulnerable to making large and small mistakes. That is simply being human.
Now is the time to forgive yourself for the times you did not understand, because without realizing it, you might not have had all the information you needed prior to making life-changing decisions. Even if you did have all the knowledge at your disposal, you made the decisions you did due to other factors. It is not usual that we go out of our way to harm ourselves on purpose.
Be gentle. Forgive yourself and others. Save the most life.
Holy Thursday, or Maundy Thursday as this Thursday before Easter Sunday is sometimes called, is the perfect time to go deeper in understanding yourself and others, finding common ground rather than dissecting people, problems, and projects that diminish humanity. Jesus is the perfect example of this.
It is not just the symbols of bread and wine that are transubstantiated in commemoration of this day, it is also our hearts that need to be transubstantiated into the beautiful trademarks of forgiveness, love, and service to humanity demonstrated by Jesus Christ.

What is making positive progress forward in raising women in today’s world?
EQUITY. EQUITY EQUALIZES MARGINALIZED CONDITIONS THAT TIP THE SCALES TOWARD INJUSTICE AND INHUMANITY.

In these days of quarantine, social distancing, and online learning, men, women, and children are showing signs of social distress and declining mental health. Please know there is a lot you can do right where you are to help yourself feel better. Even those in holistic health, mental health, and western medicine modalities can find themselves feeling like the rug was pulled out from under them. All of us humans, strong as we are, are not invulnerable to sabotaging mental health trips and traps.
Has anyone ever tried to help you get out of a bad mood by telling you to think, say, or do something more positive? Usually that well-salted advice slides off your depression because that is not how you are feeling. You might not be feeling positive at the moment. You think you need to be honest with yourself, saying exactly how you feel, depressed, grieving, can’t get out of your own way, lethargic, and procrastinating with every suggestion.
Grief is its own animal, like a fighting tiger; or shall I say grief is its own giant Redwood tree. The roots to our family trees grow deep, including our friends and extended family, so deep that their passing from this life to the next, is hard to grasp. It seems no one lasts forever. While we know how fleeting life is, we are never quite ready for death when it comes close to us.
While time is the usual suggestion for healing this relentless hurt, living past the life of your loved one does not ever return to what it once was. Instead, the major life shift of the new life imposed on you can seem foreign and unwelcomed. Yet, by not forging ahead, you will remain stuck until you do.
How bad do you want to feel better?
Telling someone exactly how you are feeling is the way to remain exactly how you are feeling. It is the way energy works. It is the law of inertia. Things in motion tend to stay in motion, but things, including you, who are at rest, will tend to stay at rest.
It all begins with the thinking process. Allow yourself to think of the next lighter, brighter, more positive thought. Open the window or door for a minute to let some fresh air in. Have a cup of fragrant tea. Mint, orange, apple, and lemon scents tend to lift moods. Yes, the current situation cannot be swept under the rug as if it were not there by drinking tea or opening a window or a door. But those suggestions are a good place to start.
Watch your language. No, not like that, but pay attention to the tone of the things you say. Everyone needs to tell someone how they are feeling. That is necessary. What is harmful is to keep harping on the negative way you are feeling, like an old album that keeps repeating, repeating, repeating…
Your friends, family, and/or therapist are not unaware of your feelings when you tell your mental state once you tell them how you are feeling. The problem arises when you use your personal power to not allow any other vibration around you other than commiserating with the “ever since this happened to me,” and “you don’t understand” mantras, like the constant drum beat with which you have saturated your soul.
Am I saying you have a choice in how you are feeling?
Yes, you do have a choice. To refuse to think anything but negative thoughts is totally up to you. How you use your free will is totally up to you.
We all need to impress this reality to our children who may also be feeling down in the dumps over social isolation when that occurs. Help them to see that yes, they do in fact have a choice in their feelings. Children have free will in their thoughts. Teach them that they think their thoughts. Thoughts do not think them. They can change their thoughts anytime they decide to do that.
Children, like adults, need to express their feelings in words, drawings, paintings, sign language, songs, or other means of life-affirming communication. It is important that they own the feelings they are presently feeling. However, next comes the understanding that they do, in fact, have the personal responsibility to decide to stay with that feeling, if they need to for some greater good, or decide to transmute that feeling to the next lighter, brighter, positive possibility.
Once children learn this healing mental health tip, they can use this in many interpersonal problem-solving dilemmas. Brainstorming other positive thoughts, words, and actions helps the healing process. Holding simple ceremonies of remembrance of the loss of their pet can help them move past their grief.
Tell children they have free will and about the benefits of using their free will to help them feel better. No matter what country you live in, no matter what government you live under, no matter what continent you live on, everyone in the world, including children, have free will.
This means that children, women, and men, do not have to be strong-armed into the negativity that seems to settle on them like a dark cloud, becoming a victim of their thoughts, moods, and feelings. The dark cloud is a good analogy for depression, because one strong force of wind can blow the clouds right out of the sky, just like deciding to listen to happier music, paint a picture of rainbows and the sun, or going for a walk in the fresh air, even if it is cold. Just bundle up and stay warm.
The important point to remember here, even if you have heard this before, is that you are not a victim. You are not a victim of your life; and you are not a victim of your feelings. It is important to be honest with yourself. Since you are not perfect, it is important to acknowledge to others, and especially to yourself, the times you have made mistakes. Own your stuff.
As human beings, sometimes we try to blame others for the problems in relationships, employment, or our own lives, instead of pulling our own bootstraps up, owning our part in the situation, forgiving or asking for forgiveness, and moving on. It is possible to move on with self-esteem and reputation intact. This is part of character development, no matter what age you are.
Then there are times when things land on our head unexpectedly, like getting fired, divorced, or someone close to us dies. Life altering events can take up to two years or longer before a sense of normalcy returns to the self. Remind your heart that two years is 730 days. It is important to know that in order not to rush the grieving process, or inappropriately force emotions of peace and joy during major life transitions like moving from one state or country to another when you are feeling the opposite emotions.
Take one day at a time. Find the treasure in each day. Actively look for the wonder in every day. You will have good days and not so good days. Still, you’ve got this. Know that healing is possible and one day the sun will shine in your heart again. Own your feelings.
Doesn’t this sound like a contradiction of emotions with the advice I mention above?
No. Admitting to what you are feeling is an honest assessment. Deciding to stay in depression, lethargy, and procrastination is self-sabotage. The point is, it is a decision you make, not a feeling that overwhelms you, something with which you cling for dear life.
It is a mistake to think that your feeling is your identity, that you will always be depressed. Feelings come and go and are as changeable as the wind. You are a valid person, a single soul with many wonderful attributes, feelings, moods, likes and dislikes. You are a kaleidoscope of color and intrigue, changing with every turn of your hand. You are pure wonder itself.
Once I was at a mental health seminar for continued educational credits. The course I paid for spoke to the fact that if you do nothing, eventually your feelings and moods will change, which is true. But I found it extremely upsetting to suggest allowing the person to continue to suffer from depression without remedies that can help much sooner.
Sure, you can wait and do nothing, and brighter days will appear eventually. Or you can follow my advice and usually get there quicker. I like the path of least emotional pain and anguish. My entire holistic health career is based on programs geared to the individual that can help improve each person’s mental health, not wait for some lucky day that may never come, based on the constant self-messaging of the client.
You are in control of you, even your feelings. No one else can tell you how to feel. You are in charge of that.
Some people like the attention they get when they are depressed. Realize this can be a manipulation of fear, obligation, and guilt, commonly called FOG if it persists. If you haven’t heard from your friends and family as much as you used to, this might be the reason. Once you understand the role you have been playing in your own life, it becomes easy to correct. It just requires that you want to feel better.
This is one of the reasons I decided to write this blog in my retirement. It is the same reason I chose the motto for my holistic healing business:
Over 200 girls were rounded up at gunpoint and kidnapped from their school in the town of Chibok, Nigeria April 14, 2014. They had just finished their final school exams. Boko Haram’s ideology opposes both so-called western education, and particularly women’s education. Some of the luckier girls escaped as the terrorists attacked village after village in a blaze of gunfire. We cannot accept a world where girls are in danger for going to school. What if these were your daughters?
“I abducted your girls, I will sell them.” This is part of a statement by the leader of Boko Haram, claiming responsibility for the mass kidnapping of 276 schoolgirls, who were mostly between 16 and 18 years old.
On the same day as the kidnappings, a massive bombing by Boko Haram insurgents killed more than 75 commuters hundreds of miles south on the outskirts of the capital.
Girls do not belong to any human being.
Women do not belong to men.
Real men do not buy girls and women.
Real men do not steal girls and women.
Every girl deserves an education without sexual and physical abuse.
Every woman deserves an education without sexual and physical abuse.
Girls are not property.
Women are not property.
Men are not property.
Human trafficking in the USA is the third largest illegal trafficking racket after drugs and arms trafficking.
What some girls and women have to endure to get that education is unthinkable.
Being sold is one of the most grotesque examples of human trafficking.
“We must do everything to ensure that the abducted children are retrieved and rehabilitated and returned to their parents, and the military assured us that they are working on it,” said Kayode Fayemi, of the southern, Christian-majority Ekiti state.
The USA is not immune.Map of trafficking of females globally.Human trafficking statistics by country.
Men and boys are also part of the inhuman reality of human trafficking. Now is the time to stand up for human dignity, human equality, and human compassion worldwide.
Spreading gossip about others harms reputations, diminishing others as a way of building up offender’s egos.
What do you talk about? There are a wide variety of topics to discuss. There is drama to portray. It is good to pause for a moment and reflect on the use of words. Words once said cannot be taken back. We can wish we did not say certain things. We can make amends for hurtful words said. But we cannot take back the words we wish we did not say.
Do we use words to build up, or tear down? There are many times we find ourselves in lulls at home, at work, or with friends. We have many opportunities to affirm the goodness in life. When we are with our friends, what are the topics we choose to discuss? Do we talk about our family members to our friends? Do we talk about our friends with our family members? Discussing the lives of others can be uplifting if we are talking in a positive way of the good things others have thought, said, or done. The harm to reputations only comes in if we talk about things in a negative or condescending way behind the backs of the others we are talking about. Before we talk about others in any way, we might try to remember not to say anything we would not say in their presence.
How much time do you spend talking about others? It can be easy to slide down the slippery slope of gossip once in a while. Yet once a foundation of gossip has been laid down in any group, there can be a tendency to jump to conclusions, or character assassinate those being talked about. It takes a long time to build up our good reputations. It takes no time at all to destroy another’s reputation. We ought to take care of the reputations we juggle in our mouths.
Businessman and businesswoman walking and sharing office rumors, which is spreading gossip.
Who do you talk about? Sometimes the people in our lives can seem to be easy targets of our unkind words. Unless we are talking with our counselor, we might want to filter our conversations through our empathetic and compassionate souls. It is a destructive and devastating habit to get into to complain about those around you in a warped attempt to build up the self.
With whom do you talk about others? Coworkers, gym buddies, clubs, and family and friend circles are among the endless groups of people we can rob the reputations of others without their knowing. We have no right to tarnish the reputation of others, just as others have no right to tarnish our reputation.
Women are not the only ones who gossip.
Do you talk about the people you have talked to about others, after you leave them? Everyone should be forewarned. If you ever experience spending time with anyone who gossips about others, be well-warned that as soon as you leave, you will be the next one on the gossip chop block. You might think you will fair well, but not everyone may agree.
How common is gossiping about others in your daily life? Not everyone gossips, especially if you have been a victim of cyber, business, social, or personal gossip. It is not necessary to experience the embarrassing and often crippling effects of gossip first-hand in order to recognize the need to stop the gossip stream. Gossip can be addicting. It takes strength of character to stand up in defense of integrity and honor of the reputations of others. Assault on the dignity of others ought to be beneath all of us.
Southern Poverty Law Center Hate Map shows the undercurrent of racism alive and well. Anyone who says they are not racist, but can vote for politicians known to be racist through their words and actions, hiding behind “fake news;” treating refugees fleeing for their lives, putting men, women and children in cages; separating children from their parents and “losing” 545 parents in the process; red-line voting districts; allowing the COVID-19 pandemic to run rampant while killing a quarter of a million American lives; living misogynist lives without repudiation; and not wanting all votes to be counted in the democracy of the United States; then all people need to reassess if they are in fact racist.Closing your eyes to racism is in and of itself, racist.
Now is the time to look closely in the mirror and see what we allow in our lives.
What is the real problem at the root of the separation of democracy?
What is at the root of not wanting to count all the votes of all citizens in the United States of America?
Is it tolerable to encourage hate groups to roam the streets of our cities and towns, then blame the trouble they cause on the Black, Latino, and all disenfranchised groups?
Is it lawful to incite hate groups to form bullish “trains” of vehicles to pour out onto roads onto the USA in intimidation moves?
Do you find yourself needing to ignore pangs of conscience?
Does choosing to ignore the needs of others in order to continue to financially profit personally supersede their needs?

CultAntidote: Never hand over your personal power or relinquish your free will to any person, place or thing at any time for any reason, ever.
Beware of modern day cults, especially those that tell you they are not a cult, political or otherwise.
I am writing this for the many people in these modern times, who were looking for political answers for that something more in life, and got caught up in a contagious web of diversion and dark human inspiration, a political cult.
Getting drawn into the political cult mindset usually happens slowly and insideously. It begins with well-meaning reasoning to better yourself or humanity, and looking outside of yourself for the answers, as if some other person or group possesses that which you do not think that you have.
A trip many good people fall on is the concept, “It’s just my opinion. I have a right to my own opinion.” While it is true that everyone has a right to his or her own opinion, rabid political cult followers are not free to think anything other than what the political cult leader tells them to think. This gets permeated throughout the entire group culture like the leaven in the dough.
All cults have tell-tale markers. Once these are recognized, it becomes easier to separate our beliefs in politics, or anything else, from the mind-controling guru at the top who has spread the common cult-misinformation lie, that only he is the answer to the current situation in the country, or church, or any other cult group. They are all the same in this trait. The guru touts that only he, no one else and no other thing could possibly resolve today’s proposed crisis in health, wealth, justice, and law and order.
Political cult leaders usually have a militant mindset, baiting their conversations to the general public with salted words inciting their cult followers to do illegal, underhanded and/or conniving actions, while stoking violence towards those they wish to suppress.
Suppression is the tool political cult leaders use for organizing people into certain groups or sections of cities under their control, such as red-lining districts, rigging the mail system, and suppressing free and fair elections. If political elections were actually held freely and fairly they could possibly lose, so manipulation, coercion, extortion become acceptable tactics to the political cult leaders. Once judges, juries and courts have been bought and compromised, it becomes harder for free and fair elections to take place.
Suppression is also called cheating.
A political cult leader, like every other religious cult leader, beats the drum of fear. The lowest common denominator that motivates followers of any kind is anger. Fear is the only fuel that stokes the constant rage; fear of losing power, fear of losing wealth, fear of the fake kingdom they have carved out for themselves at the extreme expense of the duped followers who chant his praises and pour their hard earned money into the poltical cult leader’s pockets.
It is not only the duped followers who follow political cult leaders. It is also the greedy corporations, acting as if they were people rather than huge conglomerates of wealth and power which seek to promote the political cult leader in order to maintain or grow in more wealth and power, without any boundaries, regardless of ethics, morals or any negative effect on the citizens of the country.
RECOGNIZE THAT YOU CAN BREAK FREE FROM ANY POLITICAL CULT. NOT BREAKING FREE FROM A POLITICAL CULT IS THE BEGINNING OF BREAKING AWAY FROM DEMOCRACY. CULT LEADERS TRANSFORM A DEMOCRACY INTO AN AUTHORITARIAN, FASCIST LEANING OLIGARCHY POWERED BY LARGE CORPORATIONS. PERSONAL AND POLITICAL FREEDOM ERODES.
There is more than one cult present in the world today. All of them deny that they are a cult. But there are 14 tell-tale marks present in all cults. The following post points out these life-altering pitfalls to watch out for.
Political cult followers who are unaware that they have fallen into the cult mentality, can find themselves carrying the cult flag, following the political leader as if this one person is the only person to lead the country, as if he were a god. This political type of cult leader is transformed by his “followers” into a god-like leader, when in fact, he is merely just another human being. Any rebutal is met by his faithful, political cult followers, no matter how much truth there is in the facts, with the cult-like wave of resistence. They support the political cult leader, no matter what truth and facts point out.
Another tell-tale tip of the political cult mindset is that it is closed system. No outside information nor influence is regarded as truth. Only the political cult leader proclaims “truth.” A poltical cult leader proclaims anything other than the lies he is spewing is “fake news.” There is no comparing both sides of any issue. The very idea of considering any other political viewpoint is considered as traitorous, when it is actually the political cult leader who has hijacked his base, who is the traitor. In this case, political cult followers’ minds have been sufficiently and successfully conditioned. These minds are no longer free to think what they want to think. It is George Orwell’s 1984 all over again. It is worth reading again.
People’s Magazine sponsored a television show in 2019 on the cult, Word of Faith Fellowship, (under the disguise of religion) which oddly enough is attracting modern day men, women and children into its criminally abusive practices. This cult is one of many popping up these days. While this show revealed the aspects of cults to watch out for, the guidelines to follow in order to get out of any cult are the same for political cult followers as it is for religious cult followers. Both are unhealthy.
Whether you have been involved with this or any other cult-like religious or political group, reclaim your mental, physical and spiritual self as soon as possible. Fear of being abused in any or all of these forms is not the path to the loving God, nor a democratic government. Fear of being abused is a faulty human-manipulation-tactic used as political-social-structural, social-psychological, inter-behavior patterns to get you to submit your will to the misguided will of the cult group, in this case, the political cult group.
Fear is the ultimate weapon cults use.
You were never intended to become a slave to someone else’s idea of how to know and/or follow a political leader. A political cult leader, nor any religious cult minister, is not more worthy of being human than you. They do not know more than you about the noble qualities you want instilled in your political leaders despite what their forceful words erroneously imply. One day in the presence of political or religious cult leaders of any title they use to inflate their own self-worth, is enough to shine a light on the soon to erupt volcano of emotional, physical and spiritual harm they eventually unleash.
Physical abuses can be seen. But the seemingly invisible mental abuses political and religious cult leaders inflict on their unsuspecting subjects is not God-inspired nor politically productive for a democratic nation, nor any healthy congregation of believers. Political and religious cult leaders cling to an un-holy god of deception, by the use of manipulation, fear, obligation and guilt.
Listen to that inner voice inside yourself, your conscience, and realize you are right to escape the cult. Political and religious cults are evil personified, no matter what they say to the opposite. Cults are heavy into guilt motivation, but that does not make them right. You already know this.
What political and religious cult leaders do know is how to exert concerted effort to influence, bully, control, manipulate, exploit, and in the worst cases to abuse your body, mind and spirit in their unholy aim. This is abuse. This is mental abuse. This is physical abuse. This is spiritual abuse.
ESCAPE FROM THESE ABUSERS AS SOON AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE.
Abuse in all these forms is criminal and must not be tolerated by any human being on earth.
All cults have similar characteristics. Here is a list of 14 characteristics that help to define a cult:
“• The group displays excessively zealous and unquestioning commitment to its leader, and (whether he is alive or dead) regards his belief system, ideology, and practices as the Truth, as law.
• Questioning, doubt, and dissent are discouraged or even punished.
• Mind-altering practices (such as meditation, chanting, speaking in tongues, denunciation sessions, or debilitating work routines) are used in excess and serve to suppress doubts about the group and its leader(s).
• The leadership dictates, sometimes in great detail, how members should think, act, and feel (e.g., members must get permission to date, change jobs, or marry or leaders prescribe what to wear, where to live, whether to have children, how to discipline children, and so forth).
• The group is elitist, claiming a special, exalted status for itself, its leader(s), and its members (e.g., the leader is considered the Messiah, a special being, an avatar or the group and/or the leader is on a special mission to save humanity).
• The group has a polarized, us-versus-them mentality, which may cause conflict with the wider society.
• The leader is not accountable to any authorities (unlike, for example, teachers, military commanders, or ministers, priests, monks, and rabbis of mainstream religious denominations).
• The group teaches or implies that its supposedly exalted ends justify whatever means it deems necessary. This may result in members participating in behaviors or activities they would have considered reprehensible or unethical before joining the group (e.g., lying to family or friends, or collecting money for bogus charities).
• The leadership induces feelings of shame and/or guilt in order to influence and control members. Often this is done through peer pressure and subtle forms of persuasion.
• Subservience to the leader or group requires members to cut ties with family and friends, and radically alter the personal goals and activities they had before joining the group.
• The group is preoccupied with bringing in new members.
• The group is preoccupied with making money.
• Members are expected to devote inordinate amounts of time to the group and group-related activities.
• Members are encouraged or required to live and/or socialize only with other group members.” Taken from the online article Characteristics of Cults,” by Janna Lalich and Michael Pantone.
“The most loyal members (the “true believers”) feel there can be no life outside the context of the group. They believe there is no other way to be, and often fear reprisals to themselves or others if they leave — or even consider leaving — the group,” say Janja Lalich and Michael Langone in their online article Characteristics of Cults.
Excerpts are from the book, Take Back Your Life: Recovering From Cults and Abusive Relationships by Janja Lalich and Madeline Tobias at Bay Tree Publishing.
Stand up for your God-given gift of free will. Use your free will to get out. Use your free will to vote. No one owns the rights to your mind, your voice or your life. Your life, body, mind and soul belong to you.
God loves you. God forgives you. You are a child of God here on earth. Only you can live your life. Only you can vote your conscience. If you have given over the rights to your mind, body or spirit to other religious or political groups, or any other group claiming rights over you, use your free will to walk away. Those are not your friends. Neither your political affiliation nor your friends can usurp your God-given rights.
While it is important to acknowledge important information that directly affects us everyday, it is equally important not to loose our Spirit of Love and Light Energy as we go through each day of our life.
It is not helpful to absorb every negative feeling as we keep up with local, national and world atrocities. Internalizing negative emotion on a constant basis as it unfolds before us will make us mentally and physically sick. There is no place in the body that is meant to store excess stress, anxiety, panic and discordant energy. The stomach holds food, the lungs hold oxygen, but excess stress, anxiety, panic and continual discord will breakdown the human body into dis-ease, better known as disease.
Beating the dysfunctional drum of the negative emotions of anger and fear (which is the root cause of anger), though you may feel justified, still ignites an imbalance, which feeds on itself like an avalanche down a steep snow slope, burying everything it its path. It is not necessary to feed on fear for lack of knowing what else to do. We need to rein in our misqualified energy and transmute it into positive, life-giving action that makes a real and lasting change. This is possible for you to do.
What is an effective action we can take to make our voices heard in a way that shines a positive light on the problems we need to address, in the energy of love and unity, not hate and division?
In these days we can take our pick of topics we want to address: racism; tackling the highest unemployment rate since the Great Depression; global warming and climate change causing wildfires sweeping across the USA; pollution affecting our oceans, lakes and rivers; farming practices that won’t kill our ozone layer any further; saving the rainforests which are the lungs of our planet; inequality in the work force between men and women; gender equality; oppression and suppression of voting rights in every oligarch, autocrat or dictatorship leaning country; or the current, out-of-control COVID-19 (Sars Co2 – or any other name we switch this particular coronavirus to) pandemic which is nearing 25 million confirmed cases worldwide, and nearly 850,000 deaths worldwide. The USA has nearly 6 million confirmed cases alone, and since yesterday has increased by at least 46,000 cases. The sadest note of all regarding the pandemic is that the USA tops the list of countries worldwide, including Third World Countries. This what happens when we place intuition and guess work above science. It did not have to happen like this. We could have stopped it the same way President Obama stopped Ebola from spreading across the USA. That worked.
Still, we make our own choices, to go along with ignorance, or proven science. The choice is ours. But it seems that ignorance and denial has not stopped this invisible so called “hoax” of a disease, at least the families of the nearly 850,000 dead people worldwide, nor the families of the nearly 181,000 dead people in the USA, would call this pandemic a “hoax.” Most medical doctors, including Dr. Fauci, tell us that these numbers are most likely higher, not lower, than what has been reported since we still do not have tests for everyone who needs to be tested, as opposed to what some are professing. Some of us die at home alone, untested and uncounted.
Racism, a fear-driven ideology, is present across the globe, not particular to one nation. Racism affects gender equality in addition to skin color, as does differences in religious and spiritual beliefs, as if there is a different God for each of the thousands of belief systems out there. Rasicm is a man-made creation which can respond positively to life-affirming, positive solutions that build up communities. Using discordant energies that promote division only serve to exacerbate the situation, not solve it.
It takes a great deal of integrity, fortitude, and creativity to address systemic racism in the warped minds of people who are ingrained with faux facts since birth, that one race, color, creed, age or gender is better than another because of man-made, inequitable agendas fueled by greed and selfishness rather than decisions made for the good of all.
We are facing the problems of pollution which feed the flames of global warming and climate change, raging in the wildfires burning out of control, caring not for which side of politics is present. Global warming and climate change have no political agenda as the polar caps are melting. They just melt, releasing unknown pathogens and illnesses that have been frozen for thousands of years, regardless of the denial that it is happening to the degree it is.
Doing nothing has not and will not ever solve a dilemma or a situation that desperately needs changing. Ignoring problems that need to be addressed is like holding an air-filled beach ball under water. The longer and deeper it is held under pressure, the greater equal and opposite reaction occurs. We all know this.
Now is not the time for outrageous and outlandish words and actions that will undermine the very problem our hearts, minds and voices are stirring us to face. We cannot deny reality, nor can we sit by, watch and do nothing, as if denying the problem will make it go away.
Now is the time to map out positive, life-affirming solutions, laws, changes in our thinking, even if we stand alone on the island of our peers and co-workers. Now is the time for Truth, Light and Loving solutions. Money is not the bottom line. It never has been. Money is an energy exchange.
What do you want to invest in, money or humanity? Keep in mind, money burns in wildfires just as well as the trees from which it is made.
“Therefore watch yourselves very carefully. Since you saw no form on the day that the LORD spoke to you at Horeb out of the midst of the fire, beware lest you act corruptly by making a carved image for yourselves, in the form of any figure, the likeness of male or female …” Deuteronomy 4:15,16
The last four days have been devoted to our Souls. At the end of our Life, we go back to God, who has no gender. God is LOVE, LIFE, and LIGHT.
The Christ, has no gender.
In Galatians 3:28, Paul writes, “There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.” New International Version (NIV) Paul is referring to the spiritual life of each human Soul.
In some of our incarnations, we have been males and females, according to most studies on this subject. The common denominator is our Souls, which remain the same, genderless, as we learn and come to greater understandings of cause and effect in our lives, until we complete our individual Ascension Process.
Has anyone ever said to you that you are an Old Soul? There is a reason for this.
The book of Galatians is a letter written by the Apostle Paul about 49 A.D. prior to the Jerusalem Council which had taken place in 50 A.D. This quite possibly could have been Paul’s first letter. The key personalities of this book are the Apostle Paul, Peter, Barnabas, Abraham, Titus, and false teachers. These false teachers had created control systems of beliefs. Jesus came to awaken us to the fact that the Kingdom of God is WITHIN US, something he preached more than 100 times in the Gospels.
Paul then declares that Christ now lives WITHIN HIM, and directs, and empowers him to live as Christ’s ambassador and instrument: “… it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me … Galatians 2:2o.
“Foolish Galatians! Who put you under a spell? … Did you receive the Spirit by doing the works of the law or by believing what you heard? Are you so foolish? Having started out with the Spirit, are you now ending up with the flesh?Galatians 3:1-3.
We can be so very human, so very physical that grasping our spiritual nature, that of our Soul can seem unreal. In actuality, we forget who we really are and why we are here, in body AND SOUL.
What did Jesus say about the gender of our souls?
Jesus said, “At the resurrection people will neither marry nor be given in marriage; they will be like the angels in heaven.” Matthew 22:30 NIV
All is One. We are one race, the human race, all with souls, each and every one of us. We are more alike then the differences than we profess. There is no difference between immigrants, or people of every race, color, creed, ethnicity, gender, age, ability or disability.
Jesus said we will ALL be like angels in heaven. Although angels have been portrayed both as male and female, they are known to be genderless, appearing as either male or female as the situation calls for.
Check out when angels presented themselves as females: “Then the angel who was speaking to me came forward and said to me, ‘Look up and see what is appearing.’ I asked, ‘What is it?’ He replied, ‘It is a basket.’ And he added, ‘This is the iniquity of the people throughout the land.’ Then the cover of lead was raised, and there in the basket sat a woman! He said, ‘This is wickedness,’ and he pushed her back into the basket and pushed its lead cover down on it. Then I looked up—and there before me were two women, with the wind in their wings! They had wings like those of a stork, and they lifted up the basket between heaven and earth. ‘Where are they taking the basket?’ I asked the angel who was speaking to me. He replied, ‘To the country of Babylonia to build a house for it. When the house is ready, the basket will be set there in its place” Zechariah 5:5-11.
It is said the Archangels Gabriel and Jophiel also presented themselves as females.
Most biblical encounters with angels have taken the forms of males. Remember though, that men wrote the Bible, translating Sanscrit and Aramaic writings, which used the male form “Angelos” when referring to angels.
The point is, if we are to ultimately be like the angels after our Resurrection and Ascension into Eternity, we will be like them, gender neutral, which is why Jesus taught us all that we will not be marrying, nor taken in marriage at that time. Jesus ought to know.
The question is, if our Souls are genderless while we are walking around in this physical world, why do we give ourselves such a hard time with how we manifest our reality in this present lifetime? We are who we are, Living Flames of LOVE, LIGHT and LIFE. In the first two Golden Ages it is said human beings were androgynous.
Be kind to you. You are who you are. You have nothing to prove. You have nothing to disprove.
What you are, are Temples of God, Temples of Energy, Temples of Love, Temples of Light, Temples of Life in human form. God, Energy, Love, Light, Life are neither male nor female, not are these aspects of the Creator of the Big Bang, God, or however you come to understand it, in competition with each other. They simply are what they are. So are you.
Re-Member, our Souls go back to the Source of Our Being, who is often called Mother/Father God, Being All Things to Everyone and Everything.
This world needs all of us to project more Love, Light and Life into the places where we live, breathe and have our being. Whatever we focus on grows. This is the way to heal the planet, and ourselves. Where there is division, let us bring peace, unity, empathy, understanding, and creative, positive problem solving to the top of everyone’s minds.
