Recovering the mental health of a country can only take place when truth, honesty and integrity manifest as helpful tools for seemingly complicated situations.
I am a holistic health counselor/practitioner now retired. This blog is my outreach to a hurting world in need of the best humanity has to offer. It is read in all 203 countries, territories and protectorates in the world.
It is possible to heal, to recover the personal power of each citizen, restore the fame and good reputation of the land, and the fortune of healing every country by mitigating climate change, improving air and water quality, and caring for all people everywhere regardless of land of origin, race, color, creed, gender, age, any other label of human limitation, and healing the hurting history of all involved.
When the fertile seeds of innovation, entrepreneurship, leadership combine with common sense, healing humanity and the world at large naturally occurs. If this is not occurring in your area in this one world we all live on, this is an opportunity to begin to refocus on building up rather than tearing down. Whatever we focus on grows.
It is not possible to kill enough people to even the death score, make an egotistical point of supposed righteousness, or annihilate every person on the planet with whom you disagree, and still have a planet to live on.
It takes the cooling down of the insanity of dueling prideful egos. We see this when children act out as if fighting back is the only answer.
There is another way.
The other way to problem solving involves something every religion throughout all of history has stated in one form or another. Jesus also taught this. It is known as the Golden Rule.
Most religions all over the world have this rule in their belief systems. If we treated other people in the way we want to be treated, we would treat people with more dignity, empathy and compassion.
Healing begins when two or more people, or two or more countries decide that they want to advance humanity and build better tomorrows for all involved.

Another example of the countries of the world rising their sights above the worst that humanity has to offer to each other is the Boston Marathon. Citizens from over 100 countries participate in this yearly event.
Can you imagine the benefit to every person on the planet if greed in all its mind-altering addictions could be tamed?
This is the long-awaited trophy that I was awarded for writing the book, IN THEIR IMAGE AND LIKENESS, subtitled UNIVERSAL WISDOM in the 2024 International Impact Book Awards writing competition in the Social Change category.
Why am I only sharing this trophy with you now?
It is because I only received this acknowledgement of my years of research by special delivery yesterday. This book was originally published in October 2023. I submitted this book for the International Impact Book Awards contest early in 2024 and won in the Social Change category. However, it patiently waited on the custom docks due to surprise tariffs that held it hostage until its recent release.
This major award and achievement I earned is not merely a national award. It is an international award. Each individual country in this one beautiful world we all live on are much more connected than our human egos might want us to believe. We all share a common destiny for our human emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual lives.
All humanity is in this plight together, trying to live our lives as best as humanly possible. No one wants to be the ignorant fool who blows up the world to prove that his or her indoctrination in their understood brand of politics, religion, or social change is the only way to live in this one garden of life.
That would simply be a fool’s errand.
What has brought us to this precipice of deciding which “God” is better, which system of government is better, or which side of problem solving is better in the human dilemma of how to get along with each other?
This translates to this outrageous moment we all are finding ourselves in this exact moment. This trophy that I earned for studying religions, politics, and social structures of the world gave birth to my findings in this award-winning 3-book series, which also includes: MY RED BAG OF COURAGE, subtitled, SURVIVAL WISDOM, and the last book in this series, NATURE SPIRIT WISDOM, subtitled, LIGHT WITHIN THE ANGEL, MINERAL, PLANT, AND ANIMAL KINGDOMS.

Coming to grips with the understanding that humanity does not have to sink to the lowest common denominator in the adult sandbox of the world is a healing remedy to a hurting humanity. This is not an insult to any human being on the planet at this time. It is a peaceful solution which is possible for everyone.
What is it that fuels humanity in the direction that it truly does not want to go in?
Let’s take a closer look.
There is a cancer upon not only the Maga Christians today, which bases its understanding on the War God instead of the Father of Jesus Christ. If they do not know this, it is because this information has been hidden from public view for unholy purposes of gaining your personal power, fame (your reputation and “club” which you belong to), and fortune (the keys to your cash). I go into great detail about this in IN THEIR IMAGE AND LIKENESS, subtitled, UNIVERSAL WISDOM. This book also explains the difference between the ever-popular War God and the Father of Jesus Christ. They are different.
Christians follow Jesus Christ. What did Jesus teach, was it war? No, Jesus taught love in all forms, forgiveness, turning the other cheek, and loving each other, no matter what happens. But the hate-filled War God made sure Jesus was crucified because the War God does not want peace, but the dark and inhuman promotion of war and all the materialism and greed that promotes it.
This is not only a “Christian” problem. The cancer that has spread to every religion tells on itself by revealing its fruits.
If it is hate-filled, you are following the “War God,” not the correction which Jesus Christ came to teach all humanity, regardless of which brand of human political, religious, or social indoctrination you are following.
Trying to prove you are right when you are not, is also a fool’s errand.
You do not pluck apples off an orange tree, and you do not gather figs off a cherry tree. You will know them by their fruits.
IN THEIR IMAGE AND LIKENESS, subtitled UNIVERSAL WISDOM explains in empathetic and compassionate terms how following the War God will lead humanity to cataclysmic devastation, while following the words of understanding, problem solving, and seeking resolutions will be the life-giving seeds of peace and prosperity for all involved.
Hurting humanity in any way is the tell-tale mark of following the wrong War God home to a place where you do not wish to be.

The future of humanity does not need to only be a dark and fearful place filled with multiple wars worldwide. We will grow whichever seeds we plant, either greed, ruthlessness, anger, and retaliation, or building up and healing all humanity in whichever corner of the world we call home with empathy, compassion, repair, common ground and ideals of peace, love, and happiness for all.
You are so powerful that you will reap exactly what you sow. First you manifest through your thoughts, then words, then actions.
Now is the time to build bridges, not walls, problem solve, not create the problems. It is the ego that gets in the way. Who wants to be wrong, or change course? Doesn’t that show weakeness?
No. Look at your children. Weakness is continuing to fight on the merry-go-round of lies and dysfunction. But strength, inner strength, is the upper hand of integrity and the backbone of character and adult maturity.
Now is the time to climb out of the adult sandbox of warlike games, and follow the Loving God, Father of Jesus Christ if anyone dares to call themselves Christians or religious people of any stripe. Christians supposedly follow the teachings of Jesus Christ. He taught peace, not war. Jesus told Peter to put down the sword. Remember?
Balance is the key to harmony and peace within yourself and within the world. Even you have a dark and a light side to what is within you. It is not the other guy, the other country, the other job or boss, or anyone or anything else outside of you that will bring you the balance you so earnestly seek. It is WITHIN you.
Harmony is the path you can choose every minute of every day. The choice is yours to transform the things in your personal life into harmony. It is the only way forward. Drop all energies and aspects of the word “fight,” as in “fighting” for your rights, opinions to be heard, votes to be cast, “fighting” for what’s right, or any other cause that catches your fancy. The solution to advancing humanitarian efforts is in focusing on what you DO want, not “fighting” against what you DO NOT want. WHAT YOU FOCUS ON GROWS.
Peace begins with what you energize WITHIN yourself. You will never find peace in the world if you do not value or practice peace WITHIN yourself, your family, your friends, your co-workers, your neighborhood, your society, or any other situation you find yourself in. Peace is an energy that multiplies with every thought you have.
You might think that balance, harmony and peace begin outside of yourself. That is an incorrect assessment. Peace cannot exist outside of yourself if it does not first germinate WITHIN your mind, heart, and feelings.
Jesus is a great example of how to love without conditions. He said to LOVE everyone and told Apostle Peter to put back his sword (gun, bomb) and healed the Roman guard whose ear Peter just cut off. JESUS SHOWED THAT THE WAY TO PEACE IS THROUGH EMPATHY AND COMPASSION not the sword, gun, bomb, or retaliation.
In Luke 17:20-21, when the Pharisees asked Jesus when the Kingdom of God would come, Jesus answered that it is WITHIN us. That is the Light of Love we can choose to activate in our lives. It is real. It is powerful. It is the solution to all of your and the world’s problems. It is so simple it is annoying.
Luke 17:20-21 got changed to the Light of the Kingdom of God as being “among” us with the thinking that it meant that Jesus was walking “among” humankind. But it got put back to its original meaning when it was discerned that it was Jesus speaking, not about himself, but that the Light of ” the Kingdom of God,” was one and the same thing as the Light that animates your very Spirit/Soul and is intricately part of who and what you are.
It is the energy of Love, the Light of your Spirit/Soul which you are to energize. The motivating force is found in your feelings. Energize feelings of balance, harmony and peace as soon as you feel the opposite feelings attempting to creep in, either by conversations, over the airwaves or internet. Anything that can be used for good can also be used for less than good. Use wisdom to know the difference. You already know this.
The way of retaliation is the way of the living spirits of the fallen angles and the Nephilim following the Old Testament ways of annihilating every man, woman, child, and animal like what happened in the land of Caanan and is now happening in Gaza, Palestine, Ukraine and every other world condition based on fear, aggression, and conquest by the bullies of the world. You cannot ever kill enough people to “even” the score. Which “God” are you following?
Yes, you have every right to defend yourself. But it is another thing entirely to be the instigator of imbalance, discordance (not harmonious), and chaos (not peaceful) when you have the opportunity to choose balance, harmony and peace over its opposite energy.
At every possible moment, you can lessen the ill effects in your life and in the world by changing the tone of your thoughts, words, and actions to bring balance, harmony and peace via the universal and electromagnetic Laws of Attraction.
Beware of cult-like mentality, which one side of any issue thinks that they have the only way to think. That is a direct signal to you that you are in a political, religious, and/or social cult.
Let each one of us be the Spark of Eternal Universal Life Force Energy on our one and only planet. You and I can bring in yet another Golden Age of Love and Light. It all depends upon what you focus on.
You can tell if you are in a cult if some person or organization has enslaved your intelligence and your open and thirsty Spirit by your willingness to go along with them. They manifest powerful peer pressure. Unbridled fear and visual, verbal, and/or physical insults are the fodder cults use to spread their philosophies like wildfire on a blustery day. All cults use half-truths, those little white lies that are still a foundation of lies. It takes courage to heal your Spirit for the sake of your Soul, and escape from their mental and emotional clutches.
EVERY religion in this world is a cult, just as every political and social group is a cult, UNLESS IT SOLELY RECOGNIZES ETERNAL UNIVERSAL LIFE FORCE ENERGY as the HIGHEST authority and reality. Cults tell you “how it is,” the popular think-tank jargon to believe in, justifying all other thoughts, words, and actions.It’s a belief system you buy into and with which you agree.
There is not a religion on the face of this Earth that has not been manipulated, beginning with just enough half-truth and accurate history to capture your attention. Most of humanity today has seen the forest for the trees, closing numerous churches in every denomination worldwide.
If you follow Eternal Universal Life Force Energy you will never go wrong. Mess with the Universal Laws and you will find yourself confused, angry, or manipulated by the most current think-tank agenda as you try to fit your round self into their square-peg mentality. Handing over your personal power usually begins by noticing some small point you do not believe in yet dismiss because you understand of agree with most of the rest of the subject matter.
This happened in the world’s stage when adult border patrol individuals justified putting people in cages, even ripping suckling infants away from their mothers because they were told to by their fear-mongering bosses. Fear of loss of job, fear of retaliation, fear of peer pressure, fear, fear, fear is the age-old motivator.
Yet, ALL IS ONE.
Even the Eternal Universal Life Force Energy continues to perfect Itself through you, me, and everyone else, as well as everything in the universes. It is the lived mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual expressions of life that educate and perfect Itself in every incarnation within the Nature Kingdom, Mineral Kingdom, Plant Kingdom, and Animal Kingdom.
Each of us is unique. No two of us are the exact same, even identical twins. While they may share the same DNA, their lived experiences and personalities are not identical.
The meditative mind knows the familiar and beautiful connection with the One That Is All.
Many who read today’s manipulated bibles, including the Old Testament, do not fully understand the pre-history of lived accounts that were told in oral tradition, that were altered prior to Athanasius dictating which books of the many bibles would be merged into one in the year 364 AD., and which ones would not be mentioned at all because of the powerful illumination of truth they contained.
For example, when the bible reads that the Jewish people were the “Chosen People,” they hid many facts for purposes of power, fame, and fortune. After 50 years of research, which led me to delve into these books that were buried for reasons of censorship for religious and political control, I truly understand the real reason Jesus came to Earth, why our brother was crucified, and the pure and true message he came to deliver to us. It has nothing to do with sin and sacrifice. It has to do with teaching that the Light of Eternal Universal Life Force Energy is WITHIN each ONE of us.
ALL IS ONE.
Eternal Universal Life Force Energy is not duplicitous, nor triune. It is ONE. There are not three Gods, nor three aspects of ONE God. Jesus NEVER taught that he was God. Jesus NEVER taught that God was a trinity. Jesus came to teach us that the LIGHT of God dwells in all Spirits, in All Souls, even those dark and manipulating minds among us. It will take more lifetimes for those sick and dark energy minds to evolve through the lived experience to gain the LIGHT of the Spirit and Soul to reach ascension, just as Jesus taught.
Each one of us has free will to experience life as we see fit, drawn to something that attracts us. Sometimes we get too much of a good thing and fall into addiction by the seeds we have planted. Our personal Spark of Eternal Universal Life Force Energy adheres to the Laws of Nature which reveals our lifepath.
You and I have been here before. In our other lives, we have planted the seeds for the things we experience in this life, perfecting our Spirit, Souls, and the rest of humanity along the way.
Our Spirit is found in the WISDOM and STRENGTH we have discovered. Without this wisdom of the Spirit, its full power cannot be utilized. Likewise, there can be no emerging of wisdom without the spiritual power. Yet these two things which appear as separate, are ONE with Eternal Universal Life Force Energy.
ALL IS ONE.
The two equal parts, body and Spirit, within each individual human being meld as ONE. You cannot be a human being having one without the other and still be a human being. A Spirit without a physical body remains Spirit, the living quality of Eternal Universal Life Force Energy. But a body without its Spirit is simply dead, unanimated.
This is the key point of this post:
Therefore, when humankind was being taught by the scribes that humanity lives in a threeness (mimicking Father – Son – Holy Spirit), this teaching is erroneous and falsified, because it is not taught nor experienced according to the Laws of The Creation, also known as Eternal Universal Life Force Energy.
Numerous cults have been practiced, some in the name of God, or Jesus, which have enslaved the individual souls of humanity. Cults enslave the souls of individual human beings. This is how to tell if you are, in fact, in a cult, regardless of its popularity.
All religions on the face of the Earth today are cults. They do not teach personal freedom based on LOVE without conditions. They teach oppression, censorship, sexism, racism in many cases, and prejudice and judgment against anyone unlike themselves. They demand complete obedience to their manmade doctrines, all of which decry that “God” is their author. This is false. Run from these ones.
No cult is justified unless it solely recognizes Eternal Universal Life Force Energy as the HIGHEST reality of all, AND NOT POINTING TO ONE HUMAN BEING AS THEIR FEARLESS LEADER.
Humanity has discovered the Laws of Thermodynamics, which come under the umbrella of Eternal Universal Life Force Energy, state that Energy cannot be created or destroyed, only changed. This is the reality which man personalizes as God.
The addiction to war only serves to puff up the fragile human ego only so far on both sides.
“Vengeance is mine,” says the God of the Old Testament, who is not the Almighty Father of the Christ known as Jesus, as the Nag Hammadi Sacred Scriptures tell us in the Secret Book of James.
Who would want you to not know this?
There is a reason truth has been kept from you, with others telling you that you will go to hell if your read those words of Jesus, or you will be excommunicated or ostracized if you dare to read “apocryphal” texts.
By the way, the word apocryphal means hidden, or secret knowledge, not anti-Jesus, nor anti-Christ. Man-made religions hide this once well-known knowledge, not the Author of all Wisdom, Love, and Knowledge (Light), the Almighty Father of Jesus Christ.
It is through the wisdom of this One Eternal Universal Life Force Energy, which is often referred to as “God,” (which is a title, not a name), that truth of this is finally being revealed.
Jesus was a Galilean Jew, not a Palestinian Muslim. (see footnote 1) He was born in the Palestinian town of Bethlehem. (see footnote 2) Some people refer to Jesus as a Palestinian Jew, a Jew who lived in a Palestinian region. (see footnote 3) However, the term, “Palestinian” referred to a long extinct Greek settler population, known as the Philistines, in Jesus’ time. (see footnote 4) Therefore, Jesus can be both Jewish and Palestinian. (see footnote 2)
Jesus proclaimed forgiveness and peace. Those who claim to be Christian ought to follow all of the words of Jesus, not only some of them. The New Testament boasts of the first 12 years of Jesus, and his ages 30-33. How would you like your 70- or 80-year-old lifetime to only be known for what you said and did from your first 12 years of like, and then only for your ages 30 to 33?
Would that be fair?
Those who follow the words of Jesus, the Christ, need to also follow his adult words from his ages 12-30, for a total of 18 years, not only his years from 30-33, as if that is all Jesus said.
Know that there is more to know.
Remember also that Jesus and his Jewish family were welcomed and lived as immigrants in Egypt for years in the country prolific in the worship of many foreign gods. The family of Jesus was welcomed in without incident noted in history. No one had to fight over whose “God” was the better “God.”
Eternal Universal Life Force Energy is a copyrighted term introduced in my copyrighted book, IN THEIR IMAGE AND LIKENESS. The Laws of Thermodynamics explain that Energy cannot be created, nor destroyed, only changed in form. This is the “God” of the cosmos, the universes upon universes, all the galaxies including our Milky Way Galaxy giving birth to our Solar System, and of course, our home planet Earth, and including the mineral, plant, and animal kingdoms of which we are intricately a part.
Eternal Universal Life Force Energy is the foundation of All Life, not only some divisions of humanity. All Is One.
I honor the place in you in which the entire universe dwells.
I honor the place in you, which is of LOVE, of TRUTH, of LIGHT, of PEACE.
Whether we are discussing the differences in race, color, ethnicity, creed, financial status or gender, we must realize that on this planet, there is only one race, the human race.
Sometimes we try to hide our prejudices behind other reasons, to justify the positions we take politically, socially, environmentally, religiously, or any other way we human beings use to suppress the voice of others. We are more alike than any difference we profess.
The root cause of prejudice is fear, not hatred. While certain groups may be extremely angry about an issue, the underlying cause of anger is fear. Why are we so afraid of other people, their belief system, their culture, their gender? Think of how we respond to someone expressing a different viewpoint, or addressing uncomfortable issues such as immigration, homelessness and hungry children in our country and the world.
Fear promotes radical groups in any of the human categories mentioned. If we are truly serious about fixing our world, before we can build any bridges to repair the damage we have caused, we must eradicate the root cause of fear. War, murder and killing are not communication skills.
We have made great progress in this country and in the world. We should celebrate the strides we have made. But there is more to do, more to share, more to learn, more to understand, more to forgive, more to let go. It is not about being right, or wrong, or making others right or wrong. There is no way to make up for the loss of life through war, violence, bloodshed, or retaliation. Two wrongs do not make a right. We need to build bridges to and for all people everywhere.
Despite all our unique differences, we all share this one beautiful planet. We are all born in the same way, we all breathe air while we are here, and we all die. We are all having a shared human experience. Our life is in our blood, without which we would cease to be. No one soul is better than any other soul on this planet, no matter what our pride (insane ego) might be telling us.
