THE MINERAL KINGDOM & YOU

The following is taken from the 3rd book in the trilogy that won the 2024 INTERNATIONAL IMPACT BOOK AWARDS, NATURE SPIRIT WISDOM, subtitled, LIGHT WITHIN THE ANGEL, MINERAL, PLANT, AND ANIMAL KINGDOMS, from Chapter 3:

“MINERAL KINGDOM

“7.5-Billion-Year-Old Ancient Stardust Grains Found from the Murchison Meteorite[1]

“Did you know that there are stardust grains discovered on Earth that are estimated to be older than our Sun?

“What a treasure you are. Considering the unique manifestation of yourself, out of the trillions of possibilities for your birth, you are as unique and special a find on this Earth as the 7.5-billion-year-old ancient stardust grains found from the Murchison Meteorite strike discovered in Victoria, Australia on September 28, 1969.

“This two-hundred-and-twenty-pound, renegade orphan space rock comprised of “pre-solar grains which predate our Sun, was belched into the universe by dying stars during the final stages of their lives,” according to Mindy Weisberger in her January 13, 2020 article in Live Science.[2]

“What better place to start your consideration of the Mineral Kingdom in this chapter on the cosmos than one of the oldest known stardust grains. The keynote to this amazing, out-of-this-world strike is just as unique as you are, just as meaningful, just as important, and just as intriguing. You matter!

“The wonder of it all is that you, a living human being, are standing on this living, rotating Earth, another space rock, intricately connected to this living galaxy, in a living universe, in a living cosmos, and all interconnected to the Eternal Universal Life Force Energy that animates all of it, including you. You need the vitamins from the Sun and the minerals from the Earth to keep you going. You need the Earth, and the Earth needs you.

“Have you thought about your mission on this Earth, how to protect its life-giving water, nitrogen-depleted soil, diminishing protective ozone layer, leveling rain forests which are the Earth’s lungs, consideration about the emissions your car, or about feeding the hungry people of the world? There are so many possibilities for you to consider beyond self-care.

“Even more amazing is the discovery that these pre-solar grains from the Murchison Meteorite are estimated to be about four million years older than our Sun, which formed 4.6 billion years ago.

“These ancient grains of stardust remind you of the vastness of life, of your mission and Karma playing out before you. Considering all that time, you were born in this moment of time. You are here for a reason. Only you have the mission you have in this life. It is unique to you alone.

“This is a good time to stop and think of your goals, personal goals, educational goals, relationship goals, humanitarian goals, character growth and development goals, political goals, social goals, and spiritual goals. They are all intertwined into your hopes and dreams for your future regardless of how old you are. Assess them one at a time and notice what jumps out calling for more of your attention. Perhaps it is time for you to write a book or teach a class.

“If you do not like the rewards the previous seeds you have planted within your friendships, relationships, education, and employment have blossomed into, you have the free will to plant another garden. You can always begin again if change is what you need. Change careers, go back to school, or retire early and enjoy life. Play with the grandchildren, pick up playing an instrument, or volunteer at the local hospital or food pantry. The choices are endless. Bloom where you are planted.”

Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and Panic Attacks ~ Repost from March 23, 2012

Stress? What stress?

Imagine you are here ~ no worries ~ nothing to do ~ RELAX

We need to take care of our mental health, in addition to our physical health. Our mental health is important. We need to take better care of it. With physical health issues, we tend to take care of the things we need to take care of. If we ignore the first symptoms of a problem, the pain associated with the physical problem usually sends us to the doctor, even if it is inconvienient.

But those of us with mental health issues often have another hurdle to jump. Our pride, which is fed by our insane ego, suggests to us that if we were mentally strong enough, then we could simply wish our problems away, or worse yet, our insane ego might suggest that you are feeling so good, you should get off your medications because you do not need them anymore.

NEVER GET OFF ANY MEDICATIONS WITHOUT THE ADVISE OF YOUR DOCTOR WHO PRESCRIBED THEM.

Whatever you focus on grows.

The following considerations work both for people currently on medications, and for those who are not on medications.

Let’s go back. Twice now I’ve referred to the ego as the insane ego. The ego very much wants to have a loud voice, no matter how shy you might be, in order to keep you alive. It does not like to have its voice squelshed. However, our ego can make its presence known so loudly that we trip over it time after time. So I will be refering to our unbridaled ego as the insane ego.

Our insane ego can rear up when we first become aware that we might be mentally unbalanced, overly frightened or overwhelmed, by suggesting that this problem “is all in your mind,” and that “It will go away.” Guess what? Problems, mental or otherwise do not go away when we do not deal with them.

It is important for good mental health, to acknowledge our feelings. Feelings are not right or wrong. They simply are. Unpleasant feelings like guilt, unworthiness, grief, and depression do not magically transform themselves by stuffing them deep, down inside you, or denying them. First we need to acknowledge them. Sometimes these feelings are so strong they create a physical pain, but that’s just the symptom of the emotional pain. Know this, once you identify the source of the problem and deal with it, the pain begins to lessen, while your personal power grows stronger.

Whatever you focus on grows. The more you focus on the anxiety, the more the anxiety grows. The good news is, the more you focus on relaxation, and doing the things that bring on the relaxation response, the more you will unwind and heal.

While it is not healthy to pretend we do not have anxiety, it is healthy to have a conscious plan including self-talk and mantras, simply phrases we keep repeating to ourselves to re-train our mind in how we think. Yes, there are times medications are needed, but quite often using these simple self-help tools work to reduce stress, restore mental balance and increase self esteem without them.

For panic attacks, remember to breathe. Nowadays we do not breathe right. When we do breathe, we do not get the same amount of oxygen as we did a century ago due to so much pollution in the air. Plus we are cutting down the rainforests in the world, which are the lungs of the planet. So, remember to take slow, deep breaths. After taking 15 slow, deep breaths, your blood pressure usually returns to normal.

You need to know, if this hasn’t occurred to you already, that you are not going to “feel” like doing any of this. Once the negative habit of anxiety has rooted in you, a little voice inside of you will start by telling you, “This is stupid,” or “It won’t work,” or “I don’t feel like it.” It’s like you have the negative you on one side, and the positive at-least-wants-to-try-to-be-positive you on the other side. Realize this before hand so you expect it, then consciously take the steps to get better anyway.

Yes, you can get better.

To reduce stress, make sure each day includes stretching, Yoga or walking. Remember to move your body in five different directions. For example, you could do a forward bend, arch your back backwards, lean from the waist to one side sliding your hand down your outer calf or whereever you can reach, then do the same thing on the other side. Lastly, do some sort of twist, gently. None of these moves need to be extreme. They just need to be done. This helps you by releasing those feel-good endorphines. Start by doing this for five minutes, then gradually over a few days increase to 15-20 minutes each day, rain or shine.

Listen to happy music you like. Relaxing music helps a lot.

Know too that the world is not going to come to an end if you do not get everything on your to-do list done. Your head already knows this, yet somehow we place enormous burdens on ourselves, out of a mis-guided goal of perfection. Accept yourself right where you are, right now, with all limitations you see. Ask the good God who made you for the assistance you need. It is not that you are perfect if or when you get 900 things done in a day. Give yourself permission to be you and enjoy the wonder.

The ‘Cosmic Light’ of the Silver Cord ~ Part V

The ‘Cosmic Light’ is what the Bible refers to as Spirit.

Silver Cord

This ‘Cosmic Light’ travels from the One Source of All Light generating all Life everywhere. This Cosmic Light is what animates you and inspires you. This Cosmic Light is the Spirit of your Life. This Cosmic Light is Truth and Unconditional Love. This Cosmic Light of God never fails. Learn to converse (prayer, meditate, communicate, question, direct) with this Cosmic Light, your I AM Presence within your heart, mind and soul. This is the “avenue” through which prayer and meditations flow through.

What we manifest in your thoughts and feelings, we manifest in the outer world. What we think about, we bring about. What we think about and feel deeply about, happens. When we think about Love, Harmony and Peace, we manifest Love, Harmony and Peace within ourselves, our families and in the world. Likewise, when we think and have strong feelings that are born out of Not Love, Dis-Harmony and Non-Peacefulness, we see those seeds we planted, mirrored in what we have made of ourselves, our families and the world. That is the only we get the results we do, ever.

If the world is out of balance, is Not Love-based, is in Dis-Harmony producing Non-Peaceful results, we need to reassess what we are “putting out there.”

Look at the conditions of the world and ask yourself:

  • Am I selfish?
  • Am I generous with everyone?
  • Am I greedy?
  • Do I hoard money, food, clothing, things?
  • Do I help the less fortunate?
  • Am I judgmental about myself?
  • Do I Love myself?
  • Do I feel worthy?
  • Am I judgmental about others not like myself?
  • Am I prejudiced?
  • Do I only hand around with people of my exact race, color, creed, financial status, gender, age or ability or disability group?

It is a lie, a preversion of the truth, to say the conditions found in the world have nothing to do with you and me. How many times have we heard:

  • It’s not my fault.
  • I didn’t do it.
  • I have no idea why things are the way they are.

Do we want to stop:

  • human trafficking
  • gun trafficking
  • drug trafficking
  • the OPIOD crisis
  • global warming
  • climate change
  • all prejudice
  • cruel treatment of all animals and wildlife

… and help the:

  • rain forests
  • fishing industry
  • fair and just laws of our country
  • immigrants settle humanely
  • education in our land
  • people to learn and follow the Constitutions of our countries
  • people to learn and follow the Bill of Rights
  • people to learn accurate history, all history

Still, if we are living and breathing upon this planet, we have the Active Force of the Spirit of God, Energy, or however we imagine the two factors smashing together to form the Big Bang, (which by the way science has yet to figure out), with which to change the world. We have the opportunity to work with this Life Force, our I AM Presence, to make things better within our lives, neighborhoods, states, countries and the world at large. It is not up to other people to fix the world. It is up to you and I, using the Divine Gift of the I AM Presence to fix the world.

It is possible.

The Beloved Apostle John shared what Jesus taught him, when John wrote, “But you belong to God, my dear children. You have already won a victory over those people, because the Spirit who lives in you is greater than the spirit who lives in the world.” 1 John 4:4, New Living Translation of the Bible
