The first chapter of Jesus in India, by Mirza Ghulam Admad mirrors the in-depth work of Nicolas Notovitch in 1894, a Crimean Jewish adventurer who claimed to be a Russian aristocrat, spy, and journalist. Notovitch also tracked Jesus into India, Tibet, and Kashmir, uncovering history of Jesus which reports that he dies of natural old age. These are not the only accounts of Jesus surviving the crucifixion. There is more to this story that warrants further investigation. …
Admad points out the well-known history, that seven hundred, twenty-one years before Jesus was born, the ten tribes of Israel were taken prisoner from Samaria by Shalmaneser, King of Assur, to Media. Jesus tracked the lineage of his family tree through this region and India, like we track our ancestry using genealogical searches to discover our own family tree roots. This was the same time frame of the Jewish capture and exile into Babylon, east of Israel, historically known as the Babylonian exile. While the Temple was reconstructed in Jerusalem, not all the members of the ten tribes of Israel returned at that time.
Admad adds that it was the mission of Jesus to find the ten lost tribes, since many of them had adopted Buddhism, and gradually relapsed into idolatry.
Consider Luke 24:39 and Luke 24:42, 43. Here Jesus is showing his wounds from the nails in his hands, and how they recognize him as he eats broiled fish and a piece of honeycomb with them after the crucifixion. He is with them physically, literally, not as a spiritual illusion or other manifestation.
Admad asks such good questions, “If he had been resurrected after death, how was it that this body of spirit could still have borne the wounds inflicted upon him on the Cross? What need had he to eat? And if he required food then, he must be in need of food even now.”
Notice what Jesus ate after the crucifixion, “When he had said this, he showed them his hands and his feet. But while they still did not believe for joy, and marveled, he said to them, “Have you any food here?” So, they gave him a piece of a broiled fish and some honeycomb. And he took it and ate in their presence.” Luke 24:40-43
Spirits do not eat food.
I do not believe this was a mistake, nor matter of chance that the food Jesus was given held immense healing benefits for his recovery from crucifixion. Other people previously survived crucifixion.
I have always used food as medicine, just as I, my mother, and grandmother did throughout our lives. First, I investigated the medicinal benefits of honey.
Honey has high levels of monosaccharides, fructose, and glucose. It has antiseptic and antibacterial properties often used in chronic wound management and combatting infection. Honey promotes wound healing, heart health, and healthy blood sugar levels. All of these would benefit Jesus’ wounds after the crucifixion.
There are many references to the history of honey dating back to 2100 BCE and several are mentioned in the Old Testament and New Testament:
Proverbs 16:24, “Pleasant words are as a honeycomb, sweet to the soul, and health to the bones.” King James Version

2 Samuel 17:27-29, “When David came to Mahanaim, Shobi son of Nahash from Rabbah of the Ammonites, and Makir son of Ammiel from Lo Debar, and Barzillai the Gileadite from Rogelim brought bedding and bowls and articles of pottery. They also brought wheat and barley, flour and roasted grain, beans and lentils, honey and curds, sheep, and cheese from cows’ milk for David and his people to eat. For they said, “The people have become exhausted and hungry and thirsty in the wilderness.”
Psalm 81:16, “But you would be fed with the finest of wheat; with honey from the rock I would satisfy you.”
Ezekiel 16:13, “So you were adorned with gold and silver; your clothes were of fine linen and costly fabric and embroidered cloth. Your food was honey, olive oil and the finest flour. You became very beautiful and rose to be a queen.”
Matthew 3:4; and Mark 1:6, “John’s clothes were made of camel’s hair, and he had a leather belt around his waist. His food was locusts and wild honey.”

Fish also has Vitamin B12, crucial for the growth of healthy red blood cells which Jesus needed to recover from his near-death experience.
It is also important to note that the gifts of Frankincense, Myrrh, and Gold presented to Jesus by the Magi, was a foreshadowing of his path. Frankincense is an antiseptic aiding digestion, coughs, and cold. Myrrh is an antibacterial, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, helping to repair the immune system and reduce fevers. Both Frankincense and Myrrh would be beneficial for healing after a crucifixion. Gold has always been a treasured mineral which would have been necessary for the purchase of travel and goods on his travels to the east post-crucifixion.
The Hyssop stalk soaked in wine was what Jesus had put to his lips when he said, “I am thirsty,” recorded in John 18:9:28. Hyssop is a holy herb that was used to sprinkled on lepers. It is commonly used in tea for coughs, decongestant, shortness of breath. It is also used to treat bruises, cuts, and wounds.
Might it have been for purposes of compassion rather than merely mockingly giving Jesus a bitter drink at such a distressful time on the cross?
“For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms,” Ephesians 6:12

Numerous Old Testament and New Testament sources cite scriptures that confirm this is still possible.[1] The choice is yours. But before you have a free will choice, you need to be aware that other negative influences of others that might not be as innocent as you might first think.
It is prudent to take an extra moment to assess if something seems off to you. Bring the matter to mind in a conscious way, enabling you to think more deeply about the choices before you, and their ramifications. Are they filled with Wisdom and Love, or the opposite?
Look at what happened in 325 CE when the Council of Nicaea[2] took place, soon after the war between the Roman Empire against the Persian Empire, waged by Roman Emperor Julian. He wanted to revert to paganism yet needed to solidify the people. The Council of Laodicea declared Christian beliefs in the Creed, with only 30 like-minded bishops from six of the Latin-speaking regions of the Western world. There were 1,800 bishops at that time.
Who decided not to include the once Sacred Scriptures found at Nag Hammadi, Egypt from the scriptures that would become our current bible?
Most of the exclusion came at the hands of certain bishops, popes, anti-popes, and the Roman Emperors Julian and Jovian in the fourth century CE as the Christian religion was in the throes of becoming, or remaining, the official religion of the not so holy Roman Empire.
It is said that, before a pivotal battle, Emperor Constantine saw a cross in the sky and took it to mean if he converted to Christianity, he would win the battle. So, he did. (Such a wonderful reason for turning to the peaceful teachings of Christ). In 324 CE, he named the Christian religion, which had up until then, to one degree or another, been a reason for persecution by the government, to be the official religion of Rome. His successor, Julian, didn’t feel the same way. He wanted to return to the old order of pagan gods and Christian persecution.
At the Council of Laodicea, Julian and the bishops who were invited decided that, among other things, any stories of women being of prominence in the religion would be squashed, as would stories of fallen angels taking on human qualities and walking the earth. Other things discarded were the stories of the multiple “gods” who ruled the earth in early times, or their several re-incarnations. Most of what was found in The Nag Hammadi Scriptures and some of what was found in the Dead Sea Scrolls was left out.
What was going on in the Christian religion at that time?
Let’s see, there was Pope Liberius who was exiled by the emperor who then installed Felix II in 355 CE. Felix II was one of the anti-popes. The Council of Laodicea was held in 363 CE and 364 CE to establish what stories would be told in the Christian religion. The emperor Julian died in 363 CE. Then the leadership of the Roman Empire suffered some very quick successions, and between 363 CE and 366 CE there were four different Roman emperors, some ruling simultaneously.
When Felix II died in 366 CE, the Christian people elected Ursinus to be pope. At the time, however, the people’s choice also had to be run by the emperor for his ratification, and Damasus, who also wanted to be pope, and who had supported the high-born followers of Felix II the anti-pope, hired a bunch of thugs to massacre the followers of Ursinus.
Ursinus was exiled and Damasus became pope. Strangely, Ursinus (the people’s choice) was called the anti-pope. Damasus, (obviously the emperor’s choice,) was now the pope. He decided to solidify the findings of the Council of Laodicea that had been held during the Papacy of Felix II the anti-pope while Liberius (the real pope) was in exile. Those findings decided which books would be entered as the official bible of the Christian religion. Human error became the “word of God.”
Suffice it to say that at that time the scriptures were massaged to closely mirror the patriarchal society of Rome keeping in line with the inequality of gender judgments of the Christian, orthodox, and political religions.
It was the Catholic bishops attending the Council of Laodicea who unified theology, agreeing to ban the writings of the words of Jesus held within the bosom of books termed Apocryphal today. I would like to point out that it is no accident that politics and religion combined in that effort to spread the Roman Empire all over the world.
Have you ever noticed the Roman Catholic Church in just about every city in the world?
Jesus AND science follow the Eternal Universal Law of Nature within the accepted Laws of Thermodynamics, which I repeat here for emphasis since most religions trip on this part. Most religions teach that God always was, always will be, and always remains the same.
Religion’s understanding can only hold true IF religion’s comprehension allows for the fact that Eternal Universal Life Force Energy experiences and learns in and through you and me in the vast experiment of the Creation within eternity, thereby becoming part and parcel with all of it, animate and seemingly inanimate. This changes with each lived experience.
If religion’s “God” already knew the experience of Love and Wisdom, along with the effects of lack of Love and Wisdom within all the angels, fallen angels, humanity, and every other creation of which we are barely cognizant, there would be no reason for this ghastly experiment of life.
The reason we are here is not merely for some cosmic game of win or lose. It’s as if we need to be shaken by our shoulders, metaphysically speaking, to shake off the cobwebs of indoctrination of the eons of time, to finally understand that the Light that animates your life and my life, is Eternal Universal Life Force Energy experiencing Itself. This knowledge matters. If we do not come to grips with this reality now, we commit ourselves to other lifetimes until we do. Re-member, infinity is infinite. Yes, I spelled remember as re-member.
Why?
To re-member is to re-connect us to the bigger whole of Eternal Universal Life Force Energy.
The problems that have tripped up societies in history throughout the world when politics and religion are combined, are the same problems occurring globally today. It would be wise to pay attention, so we do not invite cataclysms into our lives and the planet, as if we did not know better.
Turning a blind eye to Truth because of underlying religious and political undertones masking and giving permission to violent behaviors as justification for religious beliefs, wreak havoc on a civil society seeking the betterment of humanity, on one hand, while simultaneously causing the chaos they blame on others, on the other hand. Here is another example of doublethink of George Orwell’s 1984, holding two opposite ideas in your mind and believing both.
We see this playing out on the world’s stage today. We are smarter than this, but only if we allow ourselves to see what the problem is, not play the blame game with payback ramifications. It is time to mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually mature into the Life of the Eternal Universal Life Force Spirit/Soul Energy which we truly are.
“I came to teach a misguided world to love without conditions, to forgive without exception, to heal what was broken, and to build up peace and freedom for all. That generation of people could not understand how heal themselves or the world at that time. I’ll try again now and hope you listen and comprehend my words.” Jesus the Christ
Jesus eats bread, fish and honey, and explains the Sacred Scriptures AFTER he survived the crucifixion. Spirits and Souls do not eat food.
I invite all readers to consider the following information in the love for humanity with which it is written. Notice when you read something past the indoctrination of belief you were either born into or chose to accept as an adult, there can be the tendency to flare up into a fit of supposedly righteous indignation. It can seem as if others were ignorant of what you know or what you choose to believe as if you were taught everything there is to know on the subject.
Unless you know what Jesus said and taught from his ages 12-30, you have not been told everything that Jesus said and did during that time. Most of humanity boasts of the first 12 years of Jesus childhood and his 3 years of preaching, for a total of 15 years. Jesus preached to the Hebrew people and all who would listen to him. The religious and political powers of his day did not want to hear things other than what they had been indoctrinated into either. There is more for you to know.
Please read the following with patience and humility, understanding that you will possibly read some of the life of Jesus that has not been taught to you. The 18 years of the life of Jesus Christ, from his ages 12-30 are not apocryphal. They are critical for your continued emotional, mental and spiritual development.
Do not fall for popular gimmicks of any bible that does not contain the life of Jesus from his ages 12-30. There is an agenda to keep in dumbing down the sheep-like followers, which is never smart.
At this poignant time in humanly contrived convenient history, know that Jesus Christ survived the crucifixion, despite what the heavily indoctrinated religions throughout the ages have professed. They do not know what they have not allowed themselves to know. They have blocked out the adult years of the very person about whom they say is their foundation. It turns out their foundation is an illusionary rock made of sand. Jesus taught a lot more important information than most religious teachers teach.

This is a huge subject, how Jesus the Christ survived the crucifixion. I know, this can pull the proverbial religious rug out from under your indoctrinated mind.
Unless you have no knowledge or opinion of Jesus and the crucifixion, please know that you are indoctrinated, usually under man-made threats to your God-given Soul. You are a Spark of Eternal Universal Life Force Energy. You exist beyond your physical body.
I am a bridge from indoctrination of oppression to freedom to be, think, and do as you are incarnated to be. Your Spirit and Soul were never meant to be under any group think tank agenda, religious, political, social, or otherwise. Your Soul is God-given. Your Spirit/Soul is birthed by your Silver Cord of Life spoken about in Ecclesiastes 12:6-7.
Unless the people you may place yourself under have studied all the life of Jesus the Christ, not just his famous 15 years in the New Testament, you only know a fragment of what Jesus said and did.
“The leader of the authorities is blind. [Because of his] power, ignorance, and arrogance he said, with [power], “I am God; there is no other [but me.]” The Nature of the Rulers, The Blind Demiurge, Nag Hammadi Codex II, 4 (86,27-87,23)[1]

Aren’t all choices in the matter of faith up to the individual?
What if from the beginning of human history, humanity was deceived into thinking that which claimed to be “God” wasn’t?
There is a logical reason for this paradox in the Sacred Scriptures found at Nag Hammadi, Egypt that were buried in the desert caves.
The worldwide flood and cataclysmic re-shifting of the continents did rid the world of the physical bodies of the fallen angels who had taken on human bodies, as well as the bodies of their Nephilim children. However, their eternal spirits were cast out in that famous battle in heaven noted in Revelation 12:9, when Archangel Michael and his legions of angels cast these ungodly hordes out of heaven and sent them to the Earth.
Why do you think what is going on in every country in the world is taking place?
There are numerous sinister agendas taking place. It is only when we deny their initial causes that we continue their fear-mongering and hateful agendas which are the earmarks of the remanent of the fallen angels and Nephilim.
Sometimes humanity gets caught up in apparent causes, thinking they are choosing sides as if that is all that is involved. There is more to watch out for. But how can you become more aware of the reality behind that which you are being told?

The group displays excessively zealous and unquestioning commitment to its leader, and (whether he is alive or dead) regards his belief system, ideology, and practices as the Truth, as law.
Questioning, doubt, and dissent are discouraged or even punished.
Mind-altering practices (such as meditation, chanting, speaking in tongues, denunciation sessions, or debilitating work routines) are used in excess and serve to suppress doubts about the group and its leader(s).
The leadership dictates, sometimes in great detail, how members should think, act, and feel (e.g., members must get permission to date, change jobs, or marry or leaders prescribe what to wear, where to live, whether to have children, how to discipline children, and so forth).
The group is elitist, claiming a special, exalted status for itself, its leader(s), and its members (e.g., the leader is considered the Messiah, a special being, an avatar, or the group and/or the leader is on a special mission to save humanity).
The group has a polarized, us-versus-them mentality, which may cause conflict with the wider society.
The leader is not accountable to any authorities (unlike, for example, teachers, military commanders, or ministers, priests, monks, and rabbis of mainstream religious denominations).
The group teaches or implies that its supposedly exalted ends justify whatever means it deems necessary. This may result in members participating in behaviors or activities they would have considered reprehensible or unethical before joining the group (e.g., lying to family or friends, or collecting money for bogus charities).
The leadership induces feelings of shame and/or guilt to influence and control members. Often this is done through peer pressure and subtle forms of persuasion.
Subservience to the leader or group requires members to cut ties with family and friends, and radically alter the personal goals and activities they had before joining the group.
The group is preoccupied with bringing in new members.
The group is preoccupied with making money.
Members are expected to devote inordinate amounts of time to the group and group-related activities.
Members are encouraged or required to live and/or socialize only with other group members.
“Stand up for your God-given gift of free will.
“Use your free will to get out of the cult. Use your free will to vote. No one owns the rights to your mind, your voice, or your life. Your life, body, mind, and Eternal Soul belong to you. Call someone you can trust.
“Eternal Universal Life Force Energy, God, loves you because God is Love, as 1 John 4:8 says. God forgives you because Love forgives. Most mistakes are not sins. They are simply a learning curve for you. You are a child of God here on earth. Only you can live your life. Only you can vote your conscience. If you have given over the rights to your mind, body, or Spirit/Soul to other religious or political groups, or any other group claiming rights over you, use your free will to walk away. Those are not your friends. Neither your political affiliation, your religious congregation, nor your friends can usurp your God-given rights unless you let them.
“CultAntidote: Never hand over your personal power or relinquish your free will to any person, place, or thing at any time for any reason, ever.
“This is a dead giveaway as to how cults operate. This is the basis of their operating manual.
“The Nature of the Rulers,especially the section titled The Blind Demiurge, describes how this Spark of a Spark of Eternal Universal Life Force Energy experienced itself and all The Creation that was around the Earth. Seeing none other like itself, this blind demiurge, which is a Platonic school of philosophy thought, claims to be the “God.” The problem is watching this would-be “God” throughout the Old Testament in his bloodthirsty thrusts for power, fame, and fortune.
“The Nature of the Rulers is more plausible about how material things and humanity came to be on Earth than the childish pablum version in today’s modern bibles. The Nature of the Rulers, The Blind Demiurge, was also considered Sacred Scriptures until the mid-fourth century. Jesus was aware of this Sacred Scripture. He never preached against it in recorded accounts in the bible. If it were important to mention, Jesus would have corrected this information. He did not.
“The Nature of the Rulers begins with the real nature of the authority spirits. It tells how the leader of these authorities is blind, and acknowledges none other than himself, sinning against the realm of the All. When this blasphemy boast reached Eternal Universal Life Force Energy, he gets corrected by the Incorruptibility of Eternal Universal Life Force Energy, God.
“If you look at your best friend, you will see more than one aspect of this person, yet your friend is still one person, not two or three persons within one person just because you also equate this friend with power, wisdom, and love. The same is true for God who exhibits these same qualities. To explain how power, wisdom, and love operate as one cohesive whole, bible scribes and writers have personified them as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, the feminine aspect of God, and the son aspect of God.
“The blind demiurge is not the Almighty Father he thinks he is. He is the beginning of cult worship. This is explained further in Chapter 5 on the fallen angels.”
There is so much more for you to know. The word apocryphal means hidden or secret knowledge, not anti-Jesus, nor anti-Christ.
“Don’t you realize that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who lives in you and was given to you by God?” 1 Corinthians 6:19

Everyone has free will to do the good and right thing. Choose freedom, love, life, and Light. Humanity and the Earth will last longer, but only if you want to.
In 1 Enoch, as told in The Books of Enoch, The Angels, The Watchers, And The Nephilim, by Joseph B. Lumpkin, the Nephilim were “great giants, whose height was three hundred cubits”. Since a cubit being 18 inches, this would make them 450 feet tall. Their Spirits were as mean as their bodies were tall.
They ordered food grown and slaughtered by humanity to serve them, mentioned in the Dead Sea Scrolls, and when humanity could not serve them enough bulls, goats, and other animal sacrifices, they ate the people. Have you ever wondered why there were such animal sacrifice altars within the Temple area, with places to save the blood?
Today’s bible tells of a global cataclysmic flood to wipe out these unholy creatures. Evidently that worked. We no longer have physical life forms measuring 450 feet tall walking on today’s Earth. The Smithsonian Institute has some of the remains of extraordinary huge skeletons within their walls.
The thing about Souls, human and angelic, is that they never die. You and I are Sparks of Eternal Universal Life Force Energy. It was once thought that by killing the fallen angels who had taken on corporeal bodies by the flood took care of the evil spirits that were encapsulated within them.
I challenge that this is not true.
Remember the time that Jesus healed a deaf mute who was living in the tombs? When Jesus asked him what his name was, he answered, “Legion.” This is because this single man was possessed by countless demonic entities. They begged Jesus not to kill them, but to allow them to go into the herd of pigs that was nearby.
What happened next?
Yes, the man was completely healed. However, the pigs ran off over the cliff and died. The bodies of the pigs died, but the Souls/Spirits of that same “Legion” did not, since Souls do not die.
One look at today’s world is like watching a horror movie of the Spirits of the fallen angels and Nephilim “Gone Wild.”
Is there any surprise?
Jesus gave humanity the solution of how to deal with those who embody their evil Spirits. The solution is the same today as it was then because the truth of what Jesus taught never changed.
Prayer, meditation on peaceful solutions, and holistic energy work, work. Jesus told us in John 14:12, “I tell you the truth, anyone who believes in me will do the same works I have done, and even greater works, because I am going to be with the Father.”
You will never know this next part unless you agree to be done with religious censorship, telling you what you can and cannot read under threat of excommunication. No, you will not go to hell in a handbasket if you finally learn what else Jesus told humanity in those missing eighteen years of his life, from his ages twelve to thirty.
But if you are spiritually mature enough, you will be able to read the other words Jesus told you in the Nag Hammadi Scriptures in The Second Revelation of James (51,44-54,15) under the heading, James Tells What Jesus Said Regarding Two Fathers where it says, “I tell you, listen and understand. For many when they hear, will be fainthearted, but you, understand in the way I can tell you. You father is not my Father, but my Father has become a father to you.”
The usual explanation for this from mainstream religions is that Jesus was speaking to his half-brother, James. Yet notice the words of Jesus when he says, “For many when they hear …” refers to humanity at large, not just his half-brother, James.
I always wondered how a good “God” could kill every person regardless of age in all those hostile takeovers in the Old Testament. Wasn’t there even one innocent eight-year-old child or younger or older person? What was the purpose of killing all of the animals found in those territories also? Have you ever wondered about that?
Jesus taught that his heavenly Father would care for and love us, all of us, who were caught between those first unholy creations, the fallen angels, and their mean-Spirited Nephilim children. The offspring of the Nephilim who also mated with human women were known to be even more cruel and grotesque.
This is how and why Jesus Christ is our Savior. Jesus came to correct the misinformation that had been promulgated in cult-like obsession, rewarding those at the top with all the power, fame, and fortune they had robbed from their unsuspecting masses.

I share this information with you now because of what is going on in just about every country in the world. When evil appears to be winning over good in governance, political parties, radicalized and right-wing Christian extremists, and social groups with a fear-based mindset to capitalize on opportunities to oppress others for selfish gain, remember to pray and do energy work for holistic healing.
This is all about the ascension process, for you and the Earth, learning the life lessons enabling you to transform negative into positive, or evil into good. There is no judgment here, because what is not learned and experienced through you is bound to align itself in the next lifetime. It’s all a matter of vibrational frequency.
Think of what is possible if all the energy workers throughout the world chose to use their free will to spend just five minutes at some point in their day in a global effort to promote peaceful solution over dysfunction, empathy and compassion over cold-hearted judgment, and good over evil. It would generate healing in mind, body, and Spirit for every human Soul, animal, plant, and mineral kingdom, including the entire Earth.
Waking up to the active force of Divine Love and Light within each one of us sometimes
grows slowly, at other times we make leaps and bounds of realizations of that fact, while others of us are simply born with this amazing knowledge. Still some of us rather live in denial that we are living, breathing aspects of the Light and Love of Mother-Father God, the Source of All.
The words “active force” are synonymous with “Holy Spirit,” the living, creative energy of Source. God cannot be dissected. This is the very force that animates us. The Bible tells us that we came to life when God breathed life into us. When this animation leaves us, our spirits leave us, we cease to be in bodily form. This much we know.
Even those of us who know we have the spark of God alive and well inside of us, sometimes get a bit of amnesia, and seek for some guru, some religion or church, or some teacher of spirituality outside of our very selves.
Think of the word “guru.” Spell it out slowly; “Gee You Are You.” Surprise!
Notice the words that are a subtitle to this blog, “STEP INTO YOUR POWER. STEP INTO YOU MASTERY.”
The answers we seek are not outside of ourselves. We know the truth when we hear it. Those of us who have tried finding the truth outside of us know this to be true. Reading earlier posts in this blog will explain how we were not created in sin, nor was the stain of original sin ours. That was the sin of the angels. We were created perfect, infused with the Light and Love of Mother-Father God, our very own God particle.
We all have the God-given gift of free will, no matter what country we live in. Some of us live in countries that do not promote free will. It does not mean that God did not give everyone the gift of free will just because someone or some country robs them of it.
We can use our free will to become aware of the Light and Love of God that is planted, as a seed of life within us at our birth, by means of prayer and meditation. We pray, not as a needy beggar, nor meditate as a spiritually blocked or fearful individual. It begins by making a decision to change our approach.
Rather, we use our God-given free will to unite with our Source in quiet reflection. What are we reflecting? We are reflecting the Light and Love of our God. We can’t help but notice that with this reflection, this prayer, this meditation, that the Flame of Love grows to such a degree that the Light within us equally grows. We can shine so brightly that others can see the transformation that takes place in our hearts and minds, demonstrated in our attitudes, thoughts, words and actions. There is a lightness to Light and Love that permeates our entire four-body system: our mind, body, spirit and aura that reaches all the way back to Source. We are not separate. We are One with each other. We are One with Source. We are One.
We begin to radiate with the Light and Love of which we are made of.
