This isn’t just another BJJ strength program. It’s a full 12-month system built from over 20 years of high-level Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu experience and a deep background in athletic performance. Designed for serious grapplers who want to stay strong, healthy, and dominant year-round, this program mirrors the way world-class athletes train—because several of the world’s top BJJ competitors are already doing it. The #TeamE2F subscription has produced multiple champions and podium appearances in top events organizations such as IBJJF Pans, worlds, Master worlds, UFC fight pass, WNO, ADCC, ADJJP, and all kids international major IBJJF events. You’ll move through strategic training blocks that rebuild the body, build real strength and endurance, and peak your power for competition. BJJ doesn’t have an off-season—but your training should still have purpose, structure, and progression. Download the program and start training with intention.
