Welcome to Fostering Hope Delco! Fostering Hope supports various types of families including general foster families, formal/informal kinship families, adoptive families, and those on safety plans. Caseworkers are welcome to shop on behalf of families on safety plans or accompany them during their Foster-Share Closet visit. Fostering Hope Delco focuses on four main initiatives: the Foster-Share Closet, Bags of Hope, Dignity Duffels, and Fostering Phones. More details about each initiative can be found here. Registered families can utilize the closet as many times as they would like. Please check our Facebook page for open shop days and times, or email Delco@fosteringhopepa.com.
